I highly appreciate the hotel’s flexibility in accommodating my schedule change with reasonable charge for partial cancellation. While I like the size of the hotel (not huge like Marriott and Serena) and the warm welcome by most of staff, it would have been greater if the hotel does more staff training to share the same information to guests. I needed to double check and ask several times on the same issues with different personnel, which was exhausting during the intense business trip. The list of making a room would be more helpful to avoid missed items, too, which often happened. These could have been easily avoided if the manager ensure the consistent messages among different staff, especially at the reception, which was the face of the hotel. The fourth floor is not recommended at all in terms of the quality of the room. Other than that, I like the location of the hotel.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. I told them I was getting married and they had extra special touches to my room. Very thankful for that. Food was excellent and loved the option for room service.

overall, the staff were very attentive and helpful.Obviously the property is small in size and a "guest house" title would be more befitting.Annoying part is the supervisor in the small dining room looking at you constantly whilst you are eating. One feels privacy is invaded.

their free airport pickup service was good but they didnt have available rooms for us. We booked 2 rooms for1 night. They brought us to one apartment and asked us to share one bed room.(this is my business trip with my MALE boss). I said we are not a couple, but they seemed they didnt care. we had to wait until they finished cleaning. I had to share one room with a manager from my partner company and sleep on the floor(they provided 10cm thickness matress for me). The bathtub was broken, so water overflowed. no amenities even toothbrush. no restaurant. they promised us to bring our breakfast to our rooms at 8am. we checked once again at 8:30, they seemed to forget about it. finally, they brought food at 9am. we strongly insist to get a refund for one room but they didnt answer. Can you imagine?? I paid almost 190 USD for one night even though i had to take such inconvenience. I will compain about this unacceptable situation to hotels.com right after I go back to my country.

Need to find better people who are more customer service oriented for the establishment to really begin thinking about becoming 4 Star. Breakfast was ok but generally sub-par for 4-star. Location is not that great... A bit of walk from anything, since its a residential neighbourhood

I spent a week staying at the Chalet. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff were helpful. The room was a comfortable oasis. A great business travel option.
