this place is more of a hostel, possibly with some residential accommodation.
Very basic and not what i would regard as a hotel.
That said, bed was comfy and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful

Funky place, so handy to have a fridge, crockery, coffee maker and kettle. A microwave was also provided but we ate dinner at the Veggiesaurus Indian restaurant within the same building (it was fabulous) so we didn’t use that. It’s on a busy road that’s not so easy to walk from, but there was a good bus service to the door from Centra Station. Staff were super kind and helpful! We would come back.

Nice looking place with self-catering studios. However, kitchens don't have knives, glasses, bowls or anything to cook with, it's effectively just a microwave and a coffee maker. The interior is shabby, with broken door hinges, leaky showers and walls that need more than a coat of paint. This hotel is really past its "use by" date.

We only stayed one night as a stop over. The check it was fine, although they changed us tourist tax for 4 adults when our booking was clearly 2 adults and 2 children (in a single family room). We noticed right away, but just after tapping to pay, and we're (very kindly) told it was a mistake but too late to fix and it was shrugged off. I couldn't argue with 2 children in tow so let it go at the time. I did however chat with hotels.com staff who have sorted it and they are apparently processing a refund.
Apart from the slight annoyance (it was only 12 euros, but of course they could refund it and their refusal at check in did annoy us as it was clearly their mistake) the room was fine, clear and the hotel was quite and conveniently located.

Efficiënt and nice check in. Rooms were spacious and clean, some coffee and tea provided, as well a microwave and fridge. Internet worked fine. Great to have free parking space. Location is however a bummer, and definitely not "close to Het Binnenhof" , as advertised in Hotel.com. This description was quite misleading as the hotel is a 40 minute walk from "Het Binnenhof "!

Positive things:
- Location is quite good around 7 minutes by car from the city center and have free parking.
- The beds were comfortable.
Negative things:
-The floor was dusty especially under the bed.
-The room has a big creepy painting on the wall which the kids didn't like at all and feel scared of.
And the other thing that let me disappointed was that in the morning around 10 when we wanted to play the table soccer near the reception and I asked for the ball, the receptionist said that we need to wait until 12 because the other staff was busy with the breakfast. I mean, it has nothing to do with the staff, the receptionist could just lend us the ball and we can play by ourselves. No need to have the staff supervised or anything. It's just disappointing.

I see why it’s called the Teleport hotel.
Your first impression is “how do we teleport out of here??”
I honestly can’t understand how some people can describe this place as exceptional. I wonder how they would describe a 5 star hotel.
At best this place is just average!!
And the noise!! We were woken up 3 or 4 times each night by people walking past our room and talking VERY loudly.
And this after 2am. We would not recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming and nice team. Clean and lovely hotel. Tha breakfast is excellent quality for price. The hotel is far from the center and there are not much to see around with using transport.

Location is not central.
Not clean in general.
Price performance is too high for the quality and unnecessary ...
Not recommended.
The written information given is too little to match the reality.

Great hotel, full of free services. Free coffee, table football e biliards.
Young staff ready to help.
30 minutes from the center by walking

Front desk staff are friendly and amazing, parking is convenient and free. Room is clean and comfortable though a little small. Lobby is small, but interesting.
Breakfast is not complementary, the presentation online was not too attractive.
The only problem is the shower door is not sealed, so water gets out and flooded the bathroom every time. The shower head can be located at the side way instead.

We liked the spacious family room for our long weekend in Den Haag. Points for improvement: the room was never cleaned during our 4 days stay which was not really great considering we were 5 people and at least a quick vacuum cleaning would have made the difference. We got the towels changed and the trashed emptied once. The hotel is 30/45 mins walking distance to the city center but there are bus stops nearby.

Good value hotel and excellent service on checkout. Richard was very helpful and will return for future stays.

Great service, friendly staff, which for me is the moet important aspect of a nice stay, as a single mom with 3 kids (age 8, 10, 13).

At arrival the building and surroundings are a bit shabby. Family room is good priced and complete. We asked for an extra time vacuum cleaning because of some dust. This was quickly solved. The staff was very friendly, kids could chose their own music, they made fresh popcorn, breakfast surprisingly complete with very pleasant and friendly staff surrounding us

Basic hotel, feels more like a hostel. Everything is quite shabby, I get the feeling the building was offices and had been quickly redeveloped into a hotel 10 years ago. Loud construction site next door. There is no fitness centre despite this being advertised. At least the staff were friendly and it was cheaper than most other hotels.

They assigned rooms even the A/C is not working and our room is at upper top floor (penthouse).

Very nice staff but place wasn’t so comfortable.

We did not see mnay tourists or visitors, but the hotel was full of working migrants, cooking their own meal. Only 1 out of three elevators was working. Breakfast was prepared by friendly staff with the best intentions, but the freshly baked bread was already on the table for some time which made them dry, eggs were boiled until green, no buffet to choose from which always feels like a present when staying at a hotel. Very disappointing stay.

Vip access is for everyone. Nothing special.

Great stay! I liked the art in the lobby and the staff was very welcoming. The room had what we needed, was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfy. The staff helped us with bike rentals as well.
3.0
The room doesn’t have sound proof, so we can hear the passing by from the door outside and the neighboring rooms. The window also doesn’t block the sound, so at 7am we were waken up by the construction sound from the field. The advantage of the room is a decent size with a small kitchen.

Really friendly, veggie restaurant next door was excellent. Breakfast was nice an simple. Room had all required. Deffo not glam but I couldn't fault it for the price

Booked in with my family as the end stop of our European holiday. Sadly it’s not quite as advertised. It appears to be a repurposed office block in part of The Hague that attempted to become a business district and then gave up.
Residents loiter in the foyer, on the street and within the corridors. The one of three lifts that were functioning are used by children to shuttle continuously between floors to visit friends and family in long-term residence. The floors are dirty, rooms have no A/C and despite the protestations of the front desk to the contrary, it’s blatantly a hostel for the transient, undocumented and possibly those under government-sponsored limbo while awaiting immigration processing. Avoid.

This was the worst place we stayed on our vacation to Europe. It was so bad that we checked out early and found another hotel. The staff didn't help or offer assistance. There was no AC in the family room. That was bad enough but 730AM the day after we checked in the construction site right next door started piling that shock the ENTIRE HOTEL. This continued until 430pm. We asked to be moved to a sister hotel and was told by the very unsympathetic front desk staff that we are welcome to leave but will not be refunded. For 8 nights was almost 1900$ in a dusty hot hotel. And the advertisement about family friendly hotel WHAT a joke. The ping pong take was on top of the pool table and the foosball table was for toodlers. HORRIBLE. We emailed the hotel on Tuesday, no reply. This property is no VIP property. Please take off this VIP status as you are promoting lies.

Artwork all over. I found it interesting, my sister found it disturbing. Staff was awesome, very helpful. Laundry facilities were free, washers great, dryer not do much. Parking free--nice!

This was a quirky comfortable place to stay. We had a corner unit with great views and the lobby and art throughout was interesting.
