Property was inexpensive for the area with a great outdoor environment. However, the cabin had very little storage and none for clothes. We were told the kitchen had a full cook stove but it only had a cook top .. no oven. Also, there wasn't a dining table for meals not even on the deck. Space around the king-size bed was so limited that I had to crawl into bed from the foot. Owner should have a better description for this cabin which was called Acorn. Other cabins were bigger.

It was great except we had reservations for 3 nights and they only had 2 washrags. Also had to dry dishes with paper towels. The bed was extremely hard

We had a great time at whispering pines. The place was great for our small family. We enjoyed sitting out front and letting our kids play in nature. We met the owners and they were very kind. The only problem was the smell inside our cabin. Not entirely sure what it was, but it didn’t make or break our stay. We would stay again.

My SO and I stay for a quick weekend getaway at the Pinecone Cabin. Below is our review: Pros: The jet tub was amazing its works and we both could fit in it. The cabin was clean and smelled nice when we arrived. For a small space it was spacious and open with plenty of room for two people. If you wake up early enough deer walk by the cabins in the morning. They provide a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, dish soap, towels, washcloths, and soap bars. Cons: The water pressure is low so it does take a minute to fill the tub. Shower is not made for two and it’s a bit small. Bed is firm, but the pillows were soft so I used pillows for cushion and my SO enjoyed sleeping on the rock. Pro they provide a lot of pillows! Other things to note: The cabin is in a community of a cabins so you’re in the woods, but will have neighbors nearby. This didn’t bother us just wasn’t what I had excepted. You will need to bring own shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc. All in all, this was a pleasant getaway for us we would recommend this place to friends/family and definitely will be back!

We loved our stay there. My only issue was the pre-school size toilet. The pillows were not comfortable but luckily, I had my own. Other than that, it was a very relaxing setting with a lot of charm. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We were expecting an older cabin which was fine, but a dirty cabin is what we found. The previous guest has left spaghetti in the kitchen sink drain, kitchen light fixture was so dusty it was ridiculous, front porch hadn’t been swept, and bathroom sinks needed to be replaced. Just needed a good scrubbing ❗️

Amazing !! The perfect serene and tranquil get away!! I had 5 deer outside my cabin eating the foliage- that was the icing on the cake!! I will be back - thank you!!

This cabin is almost perfect. My only disappointment was the bed. It was big, but made a lot of noise my husband is a thrasher, so the bed creaked and squeaked all night. Other than that, it would have received an A+

Registration somewhat problematic, office remote from cabin site, and signage not super clear. Juniper cabin one room, TV perched precariously on the microwave. Have to wedge your way to sink to brush (between hanging clothes and the wall). This would be great for outing in the woods, but for much less money. Everything quite clean, and very nice king bed. Internet service marginal, and widely variable. Would do it again for half the cost.

I really liked the wood burning fireplace and the 2 person whirlpool. Comfortable firm memory foam mattress. There are cheaper cabins in the area that are just as good
