The property was beautiful and the staff was excellent and super helpful with everything, even giving a little back story throughout the small tour we received. I love that it was secluded in the woods surrounded with trees and nature. The only thing i would add is an air conditioner because it got quite warm at some points of the day.

Loved the vibe and atmosphere during a snowstorm -- great staff as well

The cabin was amazing, we stayed at Luna Blue, two adults and two kids. Everybody loves it. The beds was so cozy. The cabin itself was clean. We love the interior. It was very peaceful, quiet, charming exactly what we was looking for. Definitely would like to come back.

Beautiful view. Lovely cabins. Loved that my puppers were welcomed and loved. Only comment is that you must park in a central area and leave your car. They do provide transportation for you and your stuff but wish I had known prior.

This place was absolutely amazing. Loved the uniqueness of our cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Our kids were amazed, and rightly so. Had a great time. Can't wait to go back again.

Amazing eco-conscious spot provides the perfect opportunity to unplug and unwind. Staff and guests all made the environment feel very clean, safe, and respectful.

Great location, clean, and cute property to stay in the woods

Very cute, well thought out cabins! They had almost everything we needed (except AC), and were very fun for a weekend getaway. Only heads-up is that the wifi isn't great and there is limited cell-service in the whole DCL area, so just need to plan around that. Overall would highly recommend!

So when I want to go somewhere, I just go. I did not really know what to expect, which means when I don't do my homework it can either be great or terrible but I don't know until I get there, which adds to the adventure. But I give BUR two great big thumbs up! I thought the place was just very cute and fun and exactly what I wanted. The cabins are tiny, snug, and boat like, and perfectly comfy and with good amenities. The atmosphere was very very nice and dog friendly. I would go again and recommend to friends.
One thing that was not clear is that you don't park right by your cabin, which cuts down on noise etc, and makes a lot of sense when you see where you are and the sort of goal is peace and quiet and zen and community and the staff is happy to take you to your cabin via golf cart.
Next time I will bring ear plugs or something as it rained hard all night which is lovely on the roof and also kind of loud. But nothing detracted from the beauty of the experience.

First time in a tiny house, found it very comfortable and livable. Clean, simple, rustic. Great location with a nice trail for a hike (walk, really)
I was one of only two parties staying that night, and felt like I owned the hill.

We stayed in Kaya for 4 nights in June. Super nice staff. Beautiful, peaceful grounds. Woke up to birds singing and chipmunks running about. They provide: sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hand soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels, dish rags, dish soap. Plenty of pots and pans, glassware, plates and bowls in the kitchen. Small refrigerator fit all our groceries. The nu-wave cook top will only heat iron and steel pans. I have celiac disease and have to be careful about cross contamination on cookware etc. (gluten gets in there and you can never truly get it out) But no problem, my trusty cast iron pan and stainless steel pot heated up just fine on the nu wave cook top. There was a toaster oven that I avoided due to cross contamination but it worked fine for my husband. Communal kitchen has a full sized gas range and refrigerator and 2 gas grills outside. Did not find any gluten free restaraunts or any that understood celiac disease that I felt were safe to eat at in the area. But Blue Moon was so lovely who would want to eat any where else! You walk up a big hill to enter the property and staff was always on hand to offer us a ride in golf cart. They also carted our stuff upon arrival and check out. Only glitch - Internet went out due to a storm and although we reported it twice it was not addressed.

If you like nature and are looking to get away from it all this is the place to be! It's like camping with a few more commodities! Our kids had fun sleeping on the cabin loft! We all enjoyed our nights by the fire! The lake and Swallow Falls are a few minutes away! Great places for hiking, swimming, boating and fishing! We visited in the summer and will be back in the fall!
