This hotel is in the airport. Worked perfectly for our layover. We were able to hang in the restaurant all day till flight the next evening
3.3
Room in terrible condition, not cleaned smelled very bad
3.3
This hotel is convenient for a next day connecting flight as you do not have to leave the airport for reasonable accommodations. Staff was friendly and made me feel so welcome, especially Akash Upadhyay who helped me navigate the airport with my luggage.

Very efficient staff were great !

Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable but there were faults. The mini bar fridge wasn't cold and the shower was barely warm. Overall very mid for the high price.

Good, convenient hotel in the terminal as long as you are prepared for the slight hassle to access it (so only 4 stars). I read the reviews and was ready, this is how we did it. We arrived on an international flight and had a domestic flight the next morning. We wanted to leave our hold luggage in the airport left luggage facility for a week, for this we had to exit the terminal building on the ground floor (arrivals). After doing this they will not let you back into arrivals. You need to go to departures level with your boarding pass (so print it off) for your flight the next day (in the next 24 hours) then you go to back left of check in area A where there is a hotel counter. They will scan your bags and take you up to your room, a bit of waiting around but not much bother for the convenience of staying at the airport. In the morning you get taken back out to the check-in and security area by a staff member. They have a hotel counter on the arrivals level too, so you don’t have to leave the terminal building like we did. Rooms were good, bed comfy and breakfast was good, staff friendly.

12 hours airport transit stay en route from London to Sydney. We checked into the hotel at 3.00 am, had a shower and went to sleep. The hotel is inside the airport secured area. Late next morning we checked out and walked to the airline lounge one floor below to have something to eat before boarding our next flight.
3.3
It was amazing except it was the last room on the floor and it was noisy.

**Only stay in this hotel if you are arriving in T3 and departing from T3**
We arrived into T2 and had a nightmare trying to access the hotel. We were almost not allowed into T3 to access the hotel.
Once we managed to get in, the hotel was fine and breakfast was good.

Great service
3.3
Clean but extremely overpriced for what you get. Room was not ready for 30 minutes. Free breakfast was disappointing, it was certainly not as pictured in the advertisement. Wi fi didn’t work properly.

We had a bad experience during check-in. The room was not ready despite a late check in at 2 am. The room was fully paid in advance and had a check-in time of 2 pm. Very unfortunate for us as we were very tired after a delayed flight and security/immigration formalities.
The room was also not in good condition. The phone line was dead, there were no coffee cups, no toiletries. Had to walk across to the reception to get these items.
Definitely, not a good experience.
3.3
They did not check us in the hotel at 2am and refused to refund the charges either.
3.3
Check in experience is a little long drawn but otherwise it was comfortable and convenient as a layover
3.3
Great location, clean hotel, friendly service. Perfect hotel for a brief break during long layover at IGI airport

The staff were excellent

I recently had booked a hotel stay for two guests at the New Delhi airport and the check in process was a nightmare. They spent two hours trying to check in - first the security wouldn't allow them in since one of the passengers didn't have a boarding pass but the other did. The travel desk was closed so it wasn't in their control and I had specifically explained this to the hotel and they said that's fine as long as one of the traveller's has a pass and the other has an iternary that shows their travel plans. This was conflicting.
The gate security asked someone from the hotel to come out and at that point they informed them that the hotel is overbooked and they are willing to accommodate them at a nearby Holiday Inn but the cab service to and from there will not be covered. Keep in mind the reservation was confirmed by Expedia weeks in advance, there's a reason I don't book directly in India and go via Expedia because I can at least be certain that the reservation is confirmed but this time that too wasn't true. The guests declined and insisted on staying at the airport hotel as planned. After waiting for 45 minutes, they sent a lady from the hotel to escort the guests to the hotel. I'm convinced the cab service company and the hotel staff have a side agreement where they trick guests into this agreement.
The stay itself was okay but the check in process was horrible.

Even though we contacted the hotel in advance to confirm, after we flew in at midnight we were told we couldn’t stay at the hotel (and couldn’t have a refund) because we didn’t have an outgoing flight that day.
3.3
My reservation was not honored I need a complete refund

The hotel forced my parents to check out at 11.45 PM even though they just wanted to check the status of a rebooked flight after a sudden cancellation.
The rebooked flight turned out to be overbooked, so they could not make it, and the next flight was for 11.20 in the morning.
When they wanted to come back to the room, they were not let back in even though it was a full day booking. They had to spend the whole night sitting on chairs. They are 76 and 73 years old respectively.
This is absolutely pathetic - this property and staff does not focus on convenience of the customer at all.
3.3
Convenient for long layovers in Delhi. Relatively easy access. Took a few minutes to find the hotel contact person after exiting the customs hall. Staff was very helpful and escorted guests trough security process, to the hotel. Nice to wake up in the morning and be escorted to the ticket counter.
3.3
Room is fine but better instructions are required for passengers in international transit: Do not pass immigration. Go to International Transfer Desk to get your incoming and outgoing boarding passes stamped. Then pass transfer security. Then pass duty free shops and look for "hotel" signage. Thereafter take lift to 5th floor where the hotel reception is. Be prepared to be enquired by reception rather than welcomed ...
There was no coffee available at breakfast (coffee machine broken). The staff's suggestion was to return to the room and pick up some instant coffee that they could provide hot water for ....

This hotel can only be used if one is flying out of T3 Terminal at IGI Airport! No one informed about this at the time of booking. Since our local flight was out of terminal 1, we could not have access to the hotel and lost our money. Expedia should have informed us of this requirement and should refund the amount.
3.3
The reservation experience was a nightmare. So many regulations on which side one can stay (domestic or international), cannot even stay unless flights are from terminal 3, and none of that is mentioned during reservations. Very hard to find at airport
However the hotel staff is amazing. Once Mr. Nawab met me, then everything was taken care of. He took ownership of everything and provided amazing service. I hope the hotel fixes its reservations experience so that the great experience the staff provides is complete
3.3
Our experience was great thanks to Nawab Shah he found us looking for help to find the hotel desk at the airport. He was kind knowledgeable and very helpful. We would highly recommend a stay at the Delhi Holiday Inn.
3.3
It started when we could not find the desk we were told to check in with after collecting our bags. A non descript sign which when someone is stood in front off was missed twice.
Then had to provide hotel and flight booking details in a place that had no signal - so after 30 minutes finally escorted through security to get to the hotel. First set down then the second set took 30 minutes to get throuh an hour in total ...... painful. would have been quicker to stay in an hotel off site.
Beds and Rooms were comfortable but over looked a badminton court with people playing and the lights on. Sound proofing and curtains did not dumb down the sound or keep out the light.
Bathroom on a level up from bedroom and so unfortunately had to be lit up - in turn lighting up the room - put a towel over it so darkness prevailed.
Food in restaurant was not great and was not fully stocked so no beer for us on our last night, resulting in bed at 8!!

Good stay

Convenient oasis away from Delhi International Airport

Great hotel to stay if a long layer over
But you cannot leave hotel to get outside
Breakfast was good
Cooked to order
Wake up call did not happen

It was inside the airport
3.3
Excellent stay
Clean convenient and excellent staff
3.3
Horrible that they don't have wheelchairs for elderly people. They made my mom walk for miles when I repeatedly informed the hotel of her needs. The checking process was 3 hrs long and for an elderly couple with bilateral knee replacements, it was not fun. After notifying the manager through hotels.com, at least the food was delivered to the room. It took them so long to find a wheelchair that my parents were one of the last ones in the check in line for their ongoing flight and were left with horrible seats! Definitely not worth the exorbitant amount of money I paid for 6 hrs.
3.3
Nawab Shah was excellent and very helpful! The kitchen staff was courteous too.
3.3
Accessible from T3
But needed to be escorted inside and cannot leave hotel to go outside.
3.3
Excellent customer service
3.3
Convenient to a night stay with a connection flight, clean with access to restaurant and a spa.
3.3
Staff attitude is poor unhelpful disrespectful. For a hotel is decent clean enough easy to access.
3.3
Staff were delightful.
3.3
It was quick! We enjoyed the comfort of the room. And the convenience of the location! But the shower didn't drain well and cause the whole bathroom to get soaked.
3.3
The staff was excellent and the room was clean, but all the reviews I read previously were correct. Hotel is difficult to locate inside as the signs/directions are not easily seen. I called 10x before anyone answered the phone. I walked for a hour before identifying the location for hotel staff. The hallways of the hotel wreaked despite obvious signs of air fragrances. I saw roaches in the restaurant after I finished eating dinner.
