Check in was posted for 4.00pm strictly, but no one was there. I phoned and the answer was, "On my way." Dropped off by car at 4.10, the clerk did not make eye contact, greet or acknowledge me in any way, just unlocked and entered. Her first words were to complain about how slow her computer was. The go-kart track was immediately outside my room's window. In season, I imagine that's a nightmare of noise and smell, but it was quiet this off-season weekend. Bed was comfy, everything in the kitchenette worked. Extra bed was a futon. Thin walls: I could hear my neighbors conversation and tv clearly. Bathroom pocket door was fully inside the wall and I couldn't pull it out, so the door stayed open all weekend (pic). Shower sill needs cleaning, repair and repaint (pic). Some kind of waste - sawdust, or insect debris - dropped onto the shower floor from behind a loose molding (pic). I have no idea why this place is called a boutique, it's just an average, worn down, under maintained beach motel. Definitely not worth the price.

Office is only open from 4 to 9 pm as per a sign on the door. I was not given the wifi password at check in and was not able to get it until the next evening. I had a burned out light in the bathroom and ended up pushing a note under the office door about that and the password. When I returned that evening there was a light bulb and a card with the password hanging on my door. I HAD TO STAND ON A CHAIR AND CHANGE THE BULB MYSELF. The carpet had footprints that looked like they had been caused by walking in bleach in the bathroom then across the rug. Be careful of the coffee pot. I does not have a timer shutoff. I made coffee in the morning then left. When I came back in the evening it was still on. Fortunately I left enough coffee that it had not boiled dry and started a fire.

Shower was very small and water was hitting the wall so you could not get wet. Needs a pull down wand. Blinds need to be replaced and chairs should have been replaced 15 years ago. Can not attach pictures, please go try to take a shower. Bed and bedding was good.

Good for a one night stay after a 100 mile bike ride. Room decor was as pictured (look better in picture than in person). Our floor had some dips in and bed creaked. The blinds when pulled them down for the night a couples of canes were broken. Area was quiet. No Go Karts running nor did we hear any street traffic. The chairs in the room need a good cleaning or reupholstering.

The employee who checked us in was delightful. The room was wonderful and exceeded expectations! The location is not very walkable. The exterior would benefit from a refresh.

if you have a waist bigger than a 36 size male, you will be unable to get to toilet or shower.. let alone into the bathroom due to bed placement.. no internet in 203 and 204.. owners demand no smoking on property, which is their choice, however i feel it rude to a old person using marijuana for medical reasons.. no smoking in the rooms i understand but on the whole property??? all rooms are upstairs with steep stairs... there are better places in westport

Could you at least have spent a couple bucks to replace burned out light bulbs in the bathroom? Perhaps that's why the bathroom door won't stay closed; it's really dark in there. Also, why so many ashtrays in a non-smoking facility? The place is cheezy: everywhere you look there are electrical and structural "fixes" that look shabby and somewhat dangerous. One bright side: the gal at the front counter check in, was very nice and doing all she could to help us.

Loved the bathroom: tile, walk-in shower, some counter space, and a strong shower, too. The lady who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The room had plenty of room, appeared clean, and was quiet. I felt safe. I would definitely come here again; kinda wish I didn't have to leave now.

This little Inn suprised me! The room was very clean and it was comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and it was a great location for everything we were looking for. I was surprised at the extras they took the time in adding such as the popcorn, chocolates, and sparkling cider. It is a place we look forward to return to. The tub in the room was absolutely awesome and so relaxing!

Convenient spot for fishermen. Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Good value. The bathroom was a little cramped and the Go Carts were right next door, but I was comfortable and not bothered.

First day they had dogs locked up in the gocart area that barked constantly. There was a soaking wet towel on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Dirty sock on bed between wall and mattress. Obviously didn't change sheets between guest. Light fixtures hanging off wall. No AC in room, just a cheap fan to keep cool. No staff in office half the day. Overall not impressed. Would not recommend.

Never been to Westport and we had a wonderful time! The staff were kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Room was clean and cozy. Forewarning…walls are thin, but we were lucky since our neighbors were not rowdy. They have a go kart area right there, which was a lot of fun. I would definitely stay at this business again.

The bath tub Jacuzzi was amazing!! But the very long flight of stairs to get up to our room was too much. And there was quite a bit of bird poop on the railing. The bed was way too small and for the price they should pay for Netflix. But the most annoying thing was that there is no place to smoke on the entire property.

Good value for staying the night before going fishing on the Hula Girl. Great covered area to set and visit right outside our rooms. Only issue was that we couldn't get the TVs to work in either of the two rooms.

No staff around. No go carts open sadly or anyone to run them. But rooms were clean and place was quiet with the exception of barking dog's. No guest amenities as we are generally used to but Overal decent experience for what we needed. Did have a little smell but thats to be expected in pet friendly rooms. Loved the outdoor sitting area. Will be really nice during warmer weather! We will be back again, but in a larger room next time. Its always a learning experience the first time at a new hotel. Beds and bedding were very comfy compared to our usual spot in town. Thank you!!

The price was right. It isn't far from town, we could have walked it. It is older but you can see where they have upgraded to nice clean tiles in bathrooms, beds a little hard altho, I did ok with my back. Bedding good, extra blanket was great. Only improvement might be new carpet. It is small with few tables, but it worked for us. Grandma and 3 teenage granddaughters.

Room stayed extra warm even though I turned the thermostats down all the way. Generally very clean and tidy with the exception of the kitchenette area and dishes. Particularly the coffee pot had burnt coffee in the bottom

It was quiet. Staff was great. The room was clean. Only issue we had was when turning the timer switch for fireplace if you turned the switch to fast it would make a loud noise that can be startling. Other than that everything was great.

This is what I call a wipe and swipe hotel. Not cleaned well, and many areas that have not been cleaned in years. There was so much dust on the overhead fan it hung over the blades, and the dust on top of the frig was a close rival.If you just want a cheap place for a one night trip it will do as the beds were comfortable and seemed clean. There is no staff in the lobby/office for most of the day and on some days there is none. That could be problematic if you have any issues during your stay which is again why I would say it is good for one night. We booked it because of the number of beds we wanted, and most hotels in the area could not accommodate.

The room was absolutely beautiful. Fireplace and jetted tub. Owners made sure we arrived safely. I left my jacket by mistake and they took great care to make sure i got it back. Thank you! Will be back un the future. Suggestion: leave instructions for the jetted tub. It was hit and miss until ee figured it out.

Room was not very clean. Bathroom damp. No fire extinguisher in room. No TV remote until second night. No staff at counter after 5pm. Over priced at $140 per night. Property needs a lot of work.

I loved this place. Very quiet and comfortable. The room had a comfy couch and nice target cabin-like atmosphere. The only issue was the Wi-Fi service was very low and slow. Streaming any movies on computer was impossible. Still, if you don’t have much bandwidth needs, very recommended!
