Clean updated rooms, with outside patio.
Quaint with street lamps on at night.

It is a beautiful hotel overlooking the port and Sea. Staff was incredibly friendly. Nice indoor swimming pool and bar/restaurant. Decor was modern. Only problem is hotel is difficult to get to with luggage. Parking is far and not easy to wheel suitcases to hotel.

Lovely location and great comfort. Amazing views and spacious tooms with views. Only dsappointment was the breakfast, which was little modest for its price (25e) with basic quality orange juice and badly over cooked scrambled aghs.

Lovely hotel, very good service, but difficult to get to if any mobility restrictions.

Nice stay! Friendly staff. Clean and beautiful view. Very good with an elevator that spares you for walking up the steep hills to the hotel. Would recommend!

Staff not very helpful

Lovely hotel in the old part of the city
Extremely helpful staff - we arrived late and were still able to get some great room service. The breakfast terrace (including the menu) was fantastic too. Very comfortable bed.

Lovely hotel but most of the staff was young and somewhat inexperienced probably because it’s just the beginning of the season. The manager promptly took care of the issue with staff we had. Would suggest more extensive training for the staff

Zero responsiveness from the front desk staff. We called and left a message to ask where to park our car and never received a call back. When I asked the staff, the woman became defensive and said that I never called. Another front desk clerk said she will look for a nearby restaurant for dinner and called back after an hour and a half, close to dinner time. Everyone from the staff seemed completely checked out.

Hotel is a classy European hotel. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed, comfy bed and quality linens and pillows. Beautiful view of harbor.
Breakfast had a quality assortment of homemade breads, eggs, juices and coffee set in a beautiful space overlooking harbor. Wished we had stayed longer.

Very nice hotel with a beautifully view and friendly staff

Taxi couldn't get very close but it was worth the walk and exploring the citadel part of town to eventually find it.

We was so surprised of the quality of this hotel for that price. A lot of value for the money.

We had a large room with a beautiful terrasse overlooking the ocean. The king size bed was super comfortable ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant, again with a superb view overlooking the ocean! Everything we ordered was excellent. The portions are huge. We should have followed our instinct and order an appetizer and just one main plate to share.
The only drawback is the difficult access to the main entrance of the hotel. After turning around in circles with the car, we finally came to a dead-end road where we took out the luggage, walked to the hotel and went back parking at the Citadelle main public parking above. We did not find any mention of this difficult access from the hotel check-in instructions or in past reviews, so I thought i’d mention it for other travellers.

THIS IS AN AMAZING HOTEL, I’D RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS, GREAT PLACE

The staff were so kind and accommodating to us arriving late. They went out of their way to provide a meal and provide good conversation as well. The views from the rooms with a balcony are beautiful as well and the hotel is close to the lift down to the harbor. Parking is a public lot a short walk away. I highly recommend a stay here.

Perfectly located and a delight to experience

The hotel itself was very nice. Great location, bed was very comfortable, great view.
However. Parking is stated as available within roughly 500-600 feet. This may be the case, but there are a number of stairs and the hotel is difficult to reach with baggage. You cannot reach the location directly by car to drop bags off as it is a pedestrian only area.
Additionally, we arrived late and there are no open parking garages in the aera after 10 pm! The attendant politely apologized but offered no solutions. We ended up having to make multiple trips with luggage from several blocks away, up multiple sets of stairs. Then we had to park around 1 mile away at the train station.
Great hotel, beautiful location, very problematic if you have heavy baggage and or driving - especially if arriving late.

The check in time was 3pm, I arrived by ferry on Corsica at 8am they should allow / charge to check in early. 7 hours to kill is too much.

Excellent service - nice big room with view. Hotel well located
Room was big and nicely decorated, but floor was in extremely bad shape, carpet was dirty, shower small and did not drain after repeated request from front desk. despite this it still a was a very good stay.

Loved the character and situation! Stunning views over the marina and harbour and lots to watch with the ferry boats manoeuvring!!
Were given super room with very comfortable bed.
Only downside-breakfast was expensive ( but quite good!).

We had a room with a terrace and an amazing view of the port- be sure to ask for this type of room. The parking is not too far but count on a brief not-so-pleasant experience if you have a lot of luggage
Otherwise a great little hotel

Outstanding views of the inlet and light houses. comfortable beds and pillows. Very centrally located to all that Bastia offers. Le Petit Vincent is a great local restaurant located directly behind the hotel. Staff communication prior to arrival was excellent and very helpful.

The location and service at this hotel truly make this one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. The staff upgraded us to a junior suite as we were celebrating a delayed mini honeymoon and it was a lovely room. The communication prior to our arrival was excellent and personal with an email asking us for our details and requirements and then following this up with a personal email and phone call. I cannot fault this hotel and I highly recommend it

The front desk especially on our first day , sept 30 is very helpful . I wish I remember her name . She helped us a lot . She called Europcar, airport branch for us coz the return area near our hotel location closed already at 12:00 noon on Thursday .

Great location and welcoming service. A boutique hotel hence avoiding the crowds and enabling an intimate couple experience. Amazing view seaside and very accessible to Vieux Port by foot. Lovely ambiance if you’re looking for an escape
2.5
Beautiful, modern hotel, set in a stunning citadel location. Exceptionally comfortable, with attentive, helpful staff and clean, well appointed rooms. Difficult to fault the place. My only regret is that we could not have stayed longer. Excellent value for money.
2.5
Very good standard in everything. A great location in a very atmospheric part of town. The downside of the location is the difficulty finding it. Parking at the citadel is easy to access.
2.0
Excellent location even if you don’t have a room with a sea view - which is well worth the extra. Good breakfast. Carpeting in bedroom cheap, nasty and badly fitted over a lumpy floor. Nice sized bathroom spoiled by a silly little shower. Hammam out of order. Main public area of bar and lounge closed to residents due to “private function” with no alternative - very poor, especially that this is not disclosed at time of reservation.
1.5
Top notch happily stay there in future. Breakfast way over-priced. Front desk super helpful, especially Morgane.
2.5
Stellar view, very pleasant staff, one of the best hotel rooms Ive ever stayed in (we had a balcony with a view of the harbor).

Amazing views, excellent service is like boutique hotel. The property don’t have car access
