No frills no fuss, perfect for a short stay, close to all attractions. The extra time allowed for check out is very convenient. Great value for money breakfast was a added bonus. Staff helpful and friendly

Excellent overall however, we booked free car parking but the hotel tried to charge for parking on our bill? They explained that hotels.com hadn’t taken the free parking off? I explained that this was not our fault, so take it off and take it up with h.com. I should them the our booking proof, they took it off immediately, we thought this was very good of them to do that. Everything else was very good, a pleasant stay in face we extended for another two nights via the hotel as they lowered the price even further to our delight. Thank you.

This hotel is in the middle of the university area. It was loud outside all night, the restaurants in the area are basically fast food types. On a positive note the room we booked wasn’t available so they upgraded us.

Overall good budget hotel. Very basic but good for the price. Short walk to centre ville. Friendly staff. Overall a good experience.

Check in was friendly and easy. I liked having a code to get in my door instead of a key. My room was quite clean too. However, the shower was handheld and the locking fixture on the wall was broken, so I had to use one hand to use the shower and one hand to wash myself. Also the rooms have a “no food or drink” rule so if you want to bring a pastry in for a cheap breakfast you are not allowed which is ridiculous. No kettle or fridge either of corse because of this rule.

Room was clean & well presented, bed very comfortable & breakfast very good with a wide range of choice. Shower gel dispenser was empty on arrival & not refilled during our stay. Local area is beautiful with a lot to do, wide variety of places to eat & drink. The Old Port area only an easy 15 minute stroll from the hotel. Don't bother with taxi if coming by train, as hotel easily accessible by walking.

Cheap for a reason, clean and comfy but poor condition. Staff were friendly. Breakfast now €9.50 and no food in room rule still applies.
