We had a great time here. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The condition of the rooms is not up to scratch but we were compensated for the problems we experienced. Rooms need to be fully tested before guests can stay. TV didnt work at all and the air con was on and off.

Where to start...We had a terrible experience and travelers should absolutely avoid staying here. This hotel is undergoing major construction and is poorly staffed. When we arrived at night, there was no one at reception to check us in. Once we found help, we had to wait 20 minutes for them to prepare the rooms. We had booked 5 rooms, and all were barely livable. Most rooms didnt have running water, and the few that did only had cold water. The electricity was out most of time, so we didnt have light, let alone A/C. While the bedding was new (fresh out of the bag and unwashed), the mattresses had holes in them and the stuffing was coming out. Our door lock didnt work, and we had to pile luggage and furniture in front of the door to prevent anyone from entering. The wall between our bathroom and the adjoining room was literally unfinished (1/2 foot gap between wall and ceiling), so we could hear and talk to the people in the room next door. The rooms had heavy paint fumes, so we had to sleep with the windows open. In addition, there was scaffolding all around the grounds, and exposed wires in the lobby, rooms, and by the pool. When we tried to check out the next day, again there was no one at reception or any staff that was able to help us. We spoke with other hotel guests and they all were having the same experience. Overall, this was a completely terrible experience.

we really had great time at this hotel. The staff is really gentle. The hotel and its public area really nice. The location is one of the best for surfers with a reaf break point and a beach break. except for surfing, there are not a lot of activites around the hotel.
