The front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. It is really nice to go to breakfast in the morning and be greeted with such a welcomeness. The property is duper quiet and safe, the pool is really big and clean, and you can walk to the mall. I truly enjoyed staying here and will make this property my choice when returning to Gensan.

on arrival it seemd that they lost our booking!! it took 20 minutes to place us. the room was dirty!

This old hotel is in a very run down condition. Our shower, telephone and toilet did not operate at different times during our one night stay. Its age means it is high maintenance but staff are few. I have a feeling that Covid-19 was the nail in the coffin. We found a dead squashed cockroach in one of the blankets and the pond area, where you could chose a fish to be cooked in the restaurant was polluted and fishless. I feel sorry for the staff having to constantly field people's complaints. Unless the management get a grip and inject serious money into the establishment, I doubt whether this once fine hotel will still be open this time next year - very sad.

Hotel has fotos locación and swiiming pool. Room was old, no windows bathroom Made noice al night, and restaurant was EXASPERATINGLY SLOW. Lobby staff AND shuutle drivers we're really nice. I hope they can Fox their touristic lack of knoledge.

Generally, I like the place. The accommodation was affordable, quiet with free wifi provided and walking distance from shopping centers (esp the mall). The staff were friendly and helpful. Just one slight shortfall; I was a bit scared of the mosquitoes in the room, a good number of them. I suggest schedule should be made for hotel staff to have the rooms sprayed with anti-mosquito chemicals once a week.However, in general, the place is decent and I would not hesitate to book this hotel the next time I come to Gensan.

Don’t expect too much , the place is just like a hotel out from the city. Aircon too noisy, you need earplugs. You get your money’s worth . I didn’t even bother to check what they have for breakfast . I have my breakfast out from the hotel and check out early. Over all the hotel is what you paid for. , don’t expect too much.

The staff was great...the cafe food was good..the lobby is beautiful...now for the other parts, the room was very run down..bathroom is very poor condition....the toilet had no seat and there were worms in the toilet..you flush them and overnight they were back...also no hot water and no shaving mirror. I was there 2 nights and only got 1 towel..

I can only say the staff was nice. The bed slides all over the floor, the pillows are not comfortable. It sounds like a construction site during the day so impossible to sleep and the internet was horrible and didn't work a lot of the time. Also the TV was very small and old and the breakfast is only free if you get a breakfast that is 150 pesos or less. You will pay the difference for anything else. Also was only one in restaurant for breakfast and it took them 30 minutes to make some eggs. I would never go back to this place.

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay there the staff was wonderful the breakfast was very good in the surroundings was excellent shopping was wonderful with all the malls so close by we will definitely be back there again.

Average appearance in lobby. .And has has been said before "dated". That pretty much sums up the visual aspect. The presidential room is large and requires the window ac to run alot. Refrigerator kept our small fruits cold. Bathroom shower head was almost a drip.. Toiletries were provided and replenished as required by staff. All said and done here..there was nothing that would be a dealbreaker..at the oddly charming hotel. Balcony very pleasant with a view of mountains . I would recommend if being close to everything with quiet setting and having a gated hotel . Lastly... the room service food was good ..and the free breakfast was delightful.
