Can not checkin because there is no staff help. Called phone help line number listed on self-checkin machine but no staff support at all. Have to leave the facility to find another place to stay. Very disappointed. Worst hotel experience in my life!

This hotel is a bit out of town so not many options nearby. But it’s a decent location if you are doing the Liechtenstein trail as it’s very close and there is a LIEBike station right at the hotel which is convenient. The bus stop is very close. Breakfast was great. Self checkin was the hardest and most time consuming we came across in the country. You can’t just use your surname like most other hotel self checkins; you must know your reservation code which we had to dig up. And then you have to enter a bunch more information about yourself, too. Hotel is very clean, room is spacious and cozy, but shower is a poor design and water gets everywhere on the floor outside of it. They do not provide fans which is a nice amenity when it’s warmer outside. Most of our other hotels had fans. The rooms have nice big windows but there is no view at all.

The property is in the middle of no where so there’s little to do nearby. The hotel itself is sterile…no life, no character. We were there 24 hours and never met a person. We had to figure how to check ourselves in on a kiosk in German to open the door to even get in the hotel. We just left keys in a box to check out. The room seemed clean, but there were two pairs of extremely smelly sneakers left in our closet. Of course, there was no one to tell this to, so we left them in the hall. The next day they were still there since it seems no one works in the building. The shower floor was very slippery when wet and felt unsafe. Breakfast was good (we saw a man who didn’t interact working behind the lines) but the coffee machine wasn’t working and the water for tea was ice cold. We felt like we were staying in a futuristic sterile environment. I’d never recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very new and clean. Starting with parking, it was readily available and free. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Nice and modern hotel. Clean and the bed was very comfortable. The self check-in was not easy at all, in fact it did not work. If a desk clerk had not stayed at work a little longer than see was suppose to we may not have gotten checked in at all. She was very nice and very helpful which really helped improve our stay

This hotel looks newly built and is obviously styled in favor of the business traveler. Parking is free in the parking garage (you get access with your room key) and there's a bus stop in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. I recommend this hotel to any type of traveler, just be aware that this location might not be ideal for everyone. The supermarkets and points of interest are all a short drive away.

We spent a weekend in Liechtenstein and stayed at this hotel because of its great location, near the highway. Easy check in with the automated machine, large room sparkling clean, good breakfast in the morning. Employees around were available and smiling. Great value, I highly recommend.

Good room decor Just was not sure about heating panels were located but there was a dial in the bathroom to control the temperature. Automatic blinds. Good staff at breakfast room. Nice breakfast. Think there was heated flooring as well. Just not sure if there was room heating but the room was warm.

Rooms are clean and basic. No front desk on the weekends, so have your documents ready to checkin via a machine, which worked fine. Breakfast which was included was nice and egg dishes were prepared fresh upon request.

Very modern hotel in an industrial area. It works well though. Beautiful, large, quiet room. Its self check in on a computer. The front desk help is only there weekdays from 7-5. Thats ok though since we didnt need any help. My only concern was the room door did not have a secondary lock for safety. Great Wifi. Great breakfast. We found a nice restaurant nearby for dinner. The shower didnt drain well so it was flooding the bathroom floor, even with a quick shower. It barely had a separation between the shower area and bathroom floor.

This is a new, modern hotel with nice, spacious rooms. The benefit is a free breakfast in the morning with cooked-to-order eggs and other items perfect for a light breakfast. The rooms were nice, the bathrooms were also nice but the showers leave a watery mess on the floor. Overall a nice stay. The downside is that there is not much in the direct area besides industrial buildings and a random casino.

It was frustrating not to be able to find anyone at the reception upon our arrival at night. After spending half an hour, we realized that it was self check-in. Could not figure out the Wifi code even though it was said that it was on the ticket. Same while checking out, there was no one at the reception in the morning. But clean hotel.

Seems to be in a very newly built up area, very little locally in terms of restaurants, everything was closed on sunday.No actual staff around so we ended up having to pay for our night again before the machine would give us our key cards.
