Nice hotel in Yokohama, easy walk to China Town, Sakuragichō, and BayStars. Friendly staff and very modern.

It would be nice if we could make coffee in our rooms, even instant coffee.

It was a nice relaxing stay. But the walls are a little thin, so you need to keep quiet.

Hotel MYSTAYS in Kannai, Yokohama, is a clean, quiet, and well-managed Business hotel.The rooms are small, but comfortable.

Was hoping for more Japanese selections in breakfast buffet (like Hotel Mystays in Haneda. Otherwise fine.

Room was filthy and smells like aging odor (pajamas as well). Drain tub stopper has black mold and i had to use toothbrush to clean it before using tub. Headboard had dust on it so i wiped all the furniture with alcohol cleaner. Location is awesome but I won’t use this hotel anymore.

It’s very close to the train stations (both JR line and city subway), convenience stores and many restaurants near by. Amazing staff, and very clean room 😊

Enjoyed the stay at Mystay. Staff very friendly, many of them spoke English that was very helpful. The hotel staff was clean, appropriate for stay. Close to the Yokohama blue line and JR Kannai station so very easy access. A lot of eateries around and central location for Yokohama. Great value hotel!

Nice, clean hotel seconds away from 7/11, family mart and resturants. The hotel Advertises parking but there is only 1 parking space available and limited to compact cars.

In the past five years I've spent a lot of time in Yokohama and Hotel MyStays Kannai has been a second home. I've spent a total of months in the same room. Location is fantastic, near Kannai and Bashamichi stations. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Service is extremely good. I can speak basic Japanese and my wife is Japanese but they have a professional English speaking member as well. Our queen bed was extremely spacious. Room layout is good and I could do my WFH as "work from hotel" easily. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, Granduca, is extremely good. I wish I had tried it sooner but we've gone back several times for dinner. The shower pressure is pretty good as is the bathroom generally. Free to use onsite laundry facilities, as well as an ice machine, cups, and utensils available at no cost. Refrigerator in the room is spacious and easily accessible. Room has a basic safe that's roomy and easy to use. WiFi in the room is pretty good but I always bring my own data service just in case for work. Room climate control /AC is pretty good. Room service is very good and easy to skip service on some days and instead just get new towels, trash pickup, etc. Overall, my favorite hotel in the area for quality and cost.

very nice, albeit small rooms. Clean and excellent value for the location. Breakfast was very good, again value.

Pros: Friendly and receptive staff. Facilities were good. Cons: Couldn't change AC controls. Room was really hot. Blankets were cleaned but seem to have a yellow stain on them.
