The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and very thorough with everything. I liked that they had staff for the pools for safety reasons… our space just felt a little invaded… The bathroom door was a sliding door that shared with the closet door so that was awkward and inconvenient.

Location was fine for a one night stay but for the room cost we have stayed in much nicer hotels. The sofa couch in the room was stained and visibly noticeable, hinges on the tv were messed up and the shower curtain was ripped. Bed was ok nothing special and the bathroom was clean and spacious which was appreciate. Hotel lobby did smell like weed though and trash was left out by the garbage cans in the hallways. Breakfast in the morning was fine consisting of continental style items like fresh waffles and eggs and the check in and out process was easy.

I mistakenly reserved a handicapped room. The room was spacious and well equipped. The only problem was it was on the fifth floor. In case of fire how would handicapped person be able to escape?

Good, clean, basic stay. My only complaint is the large amount of artificial fragrance this place used. Bedding laundered in fragrance but even worse was the breakfast area. Smelled like a bad perfume party. My family couldn't even eat in the area.

The housekeeping staff removed all of our clothes that were hanging in the closet and our clothes in our laundry bag. We called and they were returned. However the next time housekeeping came into our room, they removed a jar of face cream. When we reported this to the front desk, more than once, we were told someone would look into the matter and get back to us. That was almost a week ago and we still have not heard back from anyone at the hotel

The hotel was a really relaxing experience. It was really nice to be in a peaceful place that was easy to commute to all the bustle of our trip. Every time we called a Lyft, it was never more than a 5 minute wait. One thing we found quite nice was the ability to have coffee and tea all day down in the lobby. One odd thing (to me anyway) was that the bathroom door was a sliding door that was also the closet door. Like there wasn't real privacy. Again, it was fine -- just weird. The bed was comfy and the room was so cozy and had a lot of space. We would absolutely stay there again.

Staff in front desk were ok. Housekeeping were not helpful ( unable to communicate basic English/Spanish). We had situation where adjacent room had strong marijuana diffusing into our room. Luckily, they were able to switch rooms with some resistance.

There was some minor holes in my room’s ceiling but that wasn’t a big deal to me. The only things I would have liked was a dresser & microwave in my room and, life jackets for the kiddies in the pool. Would stay there again and recommend without question.

I liked that the hotel had free hot breakfast. The hotel was clean, safe and modern/ pretty in decor. I would most definitely go back. There is a $ 50.00 per day deposit needed for incidentals.

The room was pleasant except.... we dropped a glass of water on the rug and cleaned it up with a rag. The rag was filthy when we were finished. After that I was leery about the dirty rug and felt uncomfortable. Too much waste and unfriendly packaging in the breakfast area.
