Rooms are small, beds are small, bathrooms are super small, the sheets had holes from what looked like cigarette burns all over them. Booked room ahead of time but check in was not quick.

Gross rooms, full of flies, wifi bearly exists. I've stayed in much better places for less money.

I checked in around 1:30 am due to a delayed/rebooked flight. I think I woke up the employee that checked me in because he looked a little dishelved, which was not an issue. I had a hard time hearing him through the glass.
The room did not look like the pictures. It definitely seemed a little sketchy. There were no hangers in the closet and no cups in the kitchen. Everything looked very dated. I wore flip flops in the shower. The hooks in the bathroom were cheaply stuck on the wall. My room was under the stairwell and there was a hornet's nest under one of the steps.
I ended up checking out early (without requesting a refund since I checked out in the afternoon. I went to stay with family because the neighborhood did not feel very safe. It was cheaper than other locations and I guess you get what you pay for.

The front office has a horrible smell, the patron was barefoot and nasty. The rooms, i wish i could say was better, was hot and damp. The smell was offensive and the roach population was far more than any slum would deem exceptable. I walked in, took stock of the room and left. No refund.

This place was absolutely awful. It’s way over priced, completely filthy, had roaches EVERYWHERE, no phone in the room to call the desk for the complaints, let’s just say it was bad enough I refused to bring anything into the room but ourselves and our phones and I refused to remove my shoes or walk in the room without them. We did not lay down to sleep but did sit to rest for a couple of hours and then we just left. It was a complete waste of money that we knew we would not get back so we ate the cost and just left. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

Well we got there and the guy up front did not speak any english than my room did not have towels the room had mold in the rest room it made us sick the mattresses were nasty the room did not look like it had been cleaned ever the floor was so nasty it turned are feet black the a/c barely blowing so pulled out the filter it had so much dirt on it it was horrible i told them not to clean my room until i leave and they didny listen and than agine left me with no towels it was just all out the most horrible place i have ever stayed

Not clean or modern. Not furnished with clean towels, floors, stove, or anything that basic Extended stays have...no pots, pans, eating utensils, dishwasing liquid...nothing!
I've seen better rest stops. OVER PRICED AND FALSELY ADVERTISED!!

Room 118, key doesn’t work, go back to office, key doesn’t work, go back to office, change rooms. Key works. No lamps by bed only one ceiling light. No hair dryer. Bath tub won’t drain so you are 6-8 inches deep in water when you’re done. Does have a cold AC but that’s about it!

Nasty, nasty , unclean, unkept . Noticeable Prostitution.. housekeeping couldn’t have touched the rooms . One of the beds looked like the sheets had been changed. 1 coffee maker for two rooms. No coffee for either. Shower curtain filthy . Questionable , substances on walls and chairs.

At 10:30 at night there were people in the parking lot on bicycles and they looked awfully sketchy. I didn’t even get out of my car.

This is a great place to lay your head for the night! Quiet, clean, and comfortable! There is a little noise from the road during the day but at night it’s really quiet! And the management is really helpful and friendly!

The property needs some maintenance. The door deadbolt would not operate properly because of missing screws. The door had no seal and you could see through the edge like a long peephole.

The motel is nice. It’s very clean and presentable. And the staff are respectful and considerate. They went out of their way to help me and my girlfriend during our stay.

We were visiting for the eclipse and the hotel tried to cancel 2 of my three reservations a month out claiming my card wasn't valid (same card i had for the third room, which they didn't mess with). Had to get Hotels.com involved to save my reservations and I still wasn't sure I was solid until I actually checked in. Room was ok, worn but mostly clean. A lot of mold in the bathroom cornwrs and the towels were pathetic - super worn and stained. No bedside lamps!! Very frustrating at night. Absolutely no dishes/silverware in the kitchenette - make sure to bring your own. Only bonus was the excellent BBQ place right next door.

The hotel isn’t a bad place. But the staff aren’t right! The guy at the desks kept trying to get me to pay him $10 cash EXTRA. And they don’t have good washers and driers.

My wife is a heart patient and gets short winded. We asked for a ground floor room and was told they were all reserved. a lie. We were forced to take a second floor, difficult for my wife. It was already nightfall so could not drive after dark. Next morning early, we found that the ground floor room beneath our room had not been occupied, along with several others. We will not stay with this hotel again.

It was alright for the price. Very low budget. No extras whatsoever. Bed was small and not very comfortable. It was pretty clean but needs updating. You get what you pay for and we wanted something cheap

This was easily one of the worst stays I've ever experienced ... and I've traveled a good bit! I picked the extended stay because I needed to prep a meal for a luncheon the next day. Small kitchen ... check. However, no plates, utensils, cups, cookware ... not even an ice machine on site!! AND...no coffee maker! The sheets were dirty (had someone's body hair on them and some dirty stains). The furniture had stains that made me uncomfortable sitting on. There was a TV stuck to the wall... but the remote didn't turn it on, but if you angled your phone camera just right, you could use the buttons in the back to power on...however, it didn't change channels. The fridge worked...that was helpful.

We had a good check-in & reminder of our upcoming stay. The room was acceptable, the bed comfortable, & things to do were nearby. The only complaint is that we went on the weekend & the "regulars" at this extended stay motel had no concern about the time it was & others might want to sleep. They kept on "hooting & hollering" until about 2a.The staff seemed familiar with this complaint. I just wish they had put us "non-regulars" in the back away from the area where these regulars congregate.

Bedspread and toilet seat had cigarette burns on them. Floor in bathroom was dirty. No lamps on the nightstands just very bright overhead lights. Towels were small and thin. Shower curtain had mold all along the bottom of it. Everything in room was old and outdated. The staff was friendly though. I guess for $86 a night I shouldn’t expect much.

Keeping price point in mind and "why" i decided on this property. I needed something cheap, convenient, with a bed and a toilet, and hopefully clean. I walked in the room amd was immediately disappointed. The rooms are in desperate need of paint and bleach. Its not that the room was dirty per se, it just looked extremely dirty and dingy. Hand prints and years of dirt and grime stained the doors, bathroom, refrigerator, etc... it mad eyou not want to touch anything in the room. If they would apply some elbow grease and bleach, it would make for a massive improvement.
Also, the wifi is there, easily connectable, but cuts in and out every minute or so making just about anything requiring your computer almost impossible. I ended getting frustrated after 45 minutes or so and closed the laptop to watch tv instead.
Hotel provided towels for a shower, but theres no small bar of soap anywhere, much less any shampoo.
Very minimal in terms of what you receive. Id give this property lowers scores but im keeping in mind the price and market/clientale they are aiming for. It was clean, but dingy in such a way that made the room feel absolutely disgusting. Bed is what you can expect, not good, but once again i did pay to stay at the Ritz Carlton.
Keeping everything in mind, id give my overall stay a 2/5 stars.

Walls busted, light fixtures and plugs very dirty looks like nothing had ever been wiped down in room, there was human hair in bathroom door hinge, toilet was hard to flush, dirt and cobwebs in corners!! I wonder if the owner would pay $100 to stay in a room like that, or better yet, would they let their mother stay in a room like that !! Terrible wow!!!!

Roaches crawling up the wall & all on the floor flies on the floor as well.

The challenge was the overall cleanness of the room. Mold was present in the bathroom, the AC cycled on and off, there were no cooking amenities though it had a micro kitchen. The long term tenants were friendly and helpful and seemed to be joined at the hip socially, which is nice to see.
