Horrible! My elderly husband and myself needed to check out early because of a health issue, and was told that, that would be no problem. Except it was a big deal for us Seniors giving us the runaround and keeping the money we had prepaid for our Friday night stay. They wouldn't even return the $25.00 dollars for our dog fees! Really irritating to know they got paid TWICE for the same room, and felt that stealing money from us old folks was perfectly fine. We will NOT be returning customers! Honestly is the best policy.

The Hotel probably follows "ONE SIZE FITS ALL" philosophy. 3 Adults were provided 1 small water bottle. Also we felt that the beds were not queen. Other than these issues everything else was good. Not the very Best but a very good Hotel for that price overall.

It was good until I went down to use the hot tub only to find that it was closed due to the heater being broken. I had mentioned I was mainly there for the hot tub during the check in, but the reception clerk did not let me know that it was out of order. Not a good way to keep me coming back. I generally stay a few days a year here. I will have to reconsider my next stay.

Breakfast was not stocked, had to ask 3 times if more food was being put out and it was 8am. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care or do anything. Knocked on the breakfast door and no one came out even though we say the lady enter the room. Had our room cleaned on Wednesday, only half the room was cleaned (one bed not both). Hot tub was out of service, pool was not much better - needed a good cleaning.

So first thing, we checked in at about 330-345. Our room wasnt ready. Checkin is at 3.. shouldnt happen. Then, I gave the kid a different credit card to use from what I booked it with. (Debit card) Once we FINALLY got our keys, I get an alert that he charged my Debit card instead of the credit card I literally JUST gave him. I went back, error was fixed. We get into the room, and the coffee maker is IN the bathroom. Gross. Poo particles in my coffee, no thanks. HAS to he a healthcode violation. We leave for the night and when we get back around 1115 we wanted to grab a water from the snack area. Noone around for like 15 minutes to let me pay for it. When I brought that up at checkout, the guy did seem concerned, and gave me a free water. He gives me my receipt and its someone else's receipt... how many things are they gonna screw up? And dont get me started on breakfast, cold eggs, sausage and waffles... what a joke. Oh and not enough seats so had to take food to our room. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Hotel seemed clean and was quiet.

Overall, the hotel was fine. It was clean and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They need to check the pool's chlorine levels as it was high. Our eyes were hurting/stinging. Also, the room's pillows were rough. They were small and stiff. We could not get comfortable and had to borrow from our in-laws. A couple of items that can be addressed.

The property was clean and nice in the lobby and front entrance. The breakfast was good for most hotel breskfasts. I really liked the two separate coffee stations. Those are very busy in the morning. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I liked the adult hour for the pool area. Things I might change: hot tub was not hot but warm. The exercise room was way too warm at 76 degrees to comfortably exercise. Otherwise 4.7/5 stars.

We were given the wrong room. We asked to be moved to the correct room, but we're told no. We have a family of five and booked a room with two queens and a pullout sofa. We were given a room with one bed and a pullout sofa. No one in the hotel was helpful in trying to get us the room we had actually booked. They could never get us a clean towel for all of us so we had to share towels. We did not receive housekeeping until the last day we were there meaning the kids had to live with dirty sheets and damp towels. We ran out of toilet paper and had to purchase our own coffee at a local grocery store. Our trip was packed with events that were time specific and this made everything stressful. Nobody slept well because the kids were sleeping on uncomfortable Pull out beds with no room to get around them. It basically ruined our entire trip and we didn't have time to try and get another hotel nor did we have the money to pay for a second hotel.

Stayed here for one night for a concert in the area. All staff was very accommodating during our stay and the hotel was quiet and felt safe. The only hassle during our stay was the construction and traffic right around the hotel intersection.

The rooms are very clean, the hotel overall is fabulous. The pool and hot tub on the other hand are very dirty. Disappointing considering the rest of the hotel is kept to a high standard.

The hotel is quiet and there are many dining options available. It's not the swankiest place around but OK for a few nights and certainly better than others in the neighborhood.
