The hotel overcharged me on my credit card. I was charged twice for a breakfast that I was not supposed to pay for in the first place. I called the front desk several times but they were not very helpful. I still haven’t gotten my money back. Very disappointed.

Check in service was great!! Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Restaurant service was terrible, waited as a solo diner for ten minutes, then moved to the bar to order dinner. Bar service was good. Food and drink prices were high. Convenience to the airport was 10/10. Only stayed for one night b/c I had a very early flight out of ATL.

Hotel was ok. Short visit and checked in after 11pm for a early am flight. First room was not clean, and floor was sticky and needed to change. provided new room and it was ok. expected more for a previous Platinum member now silver elite following lost points after COVID. Expectation remains the same as longstanding Marriot member. Overall for a 6 hour stay it was ok.

Property itself is fine, rooms are cozy. Only real issue was that they incorrectly charged us $278 in property taxes when we had paid in full through expedia and it took almost 2 months to get it refunded. The woman I spoke to the first time was incredibly rude and apparently didn't do anything so we had to call a second time. If you book through expedia make sure you review the reciept when checking out.

The hotel and room itself were quite nice. I arrived at midnight as an in-transit guest, leaving early next morning for a 6:30 a.m. airport check in. This hotel is within the airport and you need to use the SkyTrain to access it. Which in itself was a short trip from the airport. However, as a first time visitor in transit through this airport, it was not made clear that we would need to take the SkyTrain. We made our way to the platform with the various hotel shuttles as many other guests did. We presented our reservation confirmation stating our hotel, and the shuttle driver just took all the Renaissance guests to 'his' hotel - which was the incorrect one for a few of us. It would have been helpful to have him ask 'which' Renaissance we were staying at, so that we could have avoided going to the incorrect hotel and then to wait for the shuttle's return to go back to the airport to get to the SkyTrain to the correct location.

Excellent location. Had to catch a early flight and the hotel is right next to the tram station. I was able to return my rental hop the tram and go directly to the hotel. Then catch the tram in the morning to the airport. The room was excellent, loved the bathroom and shower.

Overall was a nice stay. The lobby was clean and very tastefully decorated. The room was nice and comfortable. I was really disappointed by the parking situation - $40 for self serve parking. Very expensive stay.

I really liked the close proximity to the airport. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. The $40 fee to park on the parking garage was a little much, but I suppose that’s the norm for areas like that.

During check-in, there was a mistake where I was checked in under a previously canceled reservation. Due to the unavailability of rooms, I was unable to stay in the originally booked 2-rooms with a king bed.Tthe supervisor, claimed that reservations made through 3rd party reception could not be guaranteed, and the front desk rudely suggested that I should find another hotel. This experience was extremely disappointing, as it highlighted how inconvenient it can be when not booking directly through the hotel.

From the moment we pulled up, the nice lady at Valet was immediately attentive and polite. The front desk attendant was very professional and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The best shower I ever had in my entire life was at this hotel. I will definitely be staying here on my future trips to the city.

The Hotel is near the Airport, however, they should give directions that the easiest way to get from the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jacksonville Airport is by taking the SkyTrain Shuttle, because the Hotel does not have a shuttle service.

Very hospital, friendly and really caring. Love them. Especially the person I spoke on the phone who got us in early because we missed are connection and had just got off a red eye. Very pleasant employees. Loved the stay.

I checked in. Gave me a wrong room different than what I booked. Called 5 times and on hold for 10 minutes. Finally she said she is going to call me back. She called back and asked me to come down to get the new room key. When I asked her to send someone up to bring the key as I have luggage and too tired, she said ok by an attitude and hung up without saying anything even a goodbye.

The food was extremely expensive and was awful. Acting like top class but dry over cooked. Over salty. 3 meals ordered and all bad. Even chicken wings were dry and tasted like fish. Must use same oil..... Plus staff were really not helpful in any way shape or form. Always did the minimum.
