Room was clean, but there are a lot of issues. None of the USB ports worked and the bathroom fan didnt turn on. Minor inconvienece but still.

From start to finish we had a great stay. We stayed in a lot so we especially appreciated the spacious room with the extra seating....perfect for a family with more than 4 people. The decor in the room and throughout the hotel was very tasteful and updated. The pool with the giant slide and hot tub was a huge hit. I had a few tiny nitpicks but I woud definitely stay here again.

Family getaway. Clean, well stocked rooms. Good variety for breakfast. Pool with a slide. Only complaint would be no supervision of kids in the pool which was very crowded.

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, The outdoor jacuzzi was relaxing! The breakfast was just OK and the coffee was not good at all so down the street to Ziggie's we went.

Previous damage in the room like markings on the drawers and a while in the closet door that they tried to pin on us. Booked this hotel due to the slide that ironically was down during our trip yet they failed to let us know at check in. I even told the front desk at check in that we were local travelers staying to swim and the slide. Loved the grill that we used during our stay.

Pool was cold and slide was “Under maintenance “ however our kids still had a blast in the pool, loved the toddler area for our 3 year old! Employees were very nice, respectful and helpful. Rooms were clean and decent like your everyday hotel but was perfect size for our 6 person family! Will for sure book in the future!

Read the review about the slide and booked us a room. There is a zero entry and small area for toddlers amd their own mini slide. The larger slide will keep bigger kids busy for hours. Bed comfy. Safe area. TONS of food choices you can walk. Conveniently located right off I 25 but far enough back we didnt hear any traffic. Would stay here again.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Did like the set up of the shower. No shower door that closed completely. Was sitting in our room Sunday morning and a housekeeper just opened our door no knock at all.

Hotel is a fantastic place for family enjoyment. The swimming pool has the slide feature that everybody loves, a hot tub, bathrooms that are private, a toddler pool, and an adjacent weight room. All wonderfully kept up. The hotel staff are all professional and customer oriented. Three front desk is well versed in being there for what you may need answered or direct you to were you can find what you need. Front desk staff member Sam was an amazing help during our stay. Very professional and polite with everyone he encountered. I would hire him on the spot if I owned a business. We will definitely be returning again and again!

I wish we would have known about this place sooner! We would have stayed here for multiple days. The hotel is conveniently located with many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the room was so clean and nice! The pool area was also nice and had a slide for the kids. We will definitely use this location again when we go back to Colorado!

Easy access from the interstate and close to where we wanted to shop. Recommend 9/10- oh my downfall, it's just like everywhere else in Colorado, could smell smoke in room from surrounding areas.

This is a cool place to stay with kids. It has an indoor pool that has a three story slide that twists and turn and go inside and outside the building. Great staff and nice rooms

Check in was perfect, informative & friendly! Room was large and comfortable however the bathroom floor was definitely not cleaned (urine spots in front of the toilet) and the complementary shampoo bottle was less than half full…….. No bath towels either.

We booked this room specifically for the pool. We live in Greeley and booked so the kids could swim and the pool was closed down! Nothing on the website said anything about the pool so I called to check before we booked and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes so I was unable to get answers before arriving! Everything else was exactly what we needed but we were incredibly bummed over the pool. Especially since we only live 15 minutes away!!!!

Hotel is overall decent. Staff neglected to share at check in that the pool/slide was closed. That was the main reason for us to stay there. I wish they would have explained that. We did see a sign in the elevator but not an upfront notification.

Our family wanted to originally wanted to stay for the pool and the slide but it was closed and nowhere was seen on the website that it was down. I wanted a refund they told me I couldn't. I asked for extra pillows, did not get that. I asked for towels they then stated I couldn't unless I brought them the used ones. Did not like the staff.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. As far as the condition of our room goes, the room has a very musty smell almost as if there was too much moisture in the room. The room overall was clean but the smell was overwhelming. We used the a/c to help circulate the air but the smell did not go away during the entirety of our stay. Overall we were not pleased with the hotel at all. The pictures were deceiving. The pool was in poor condition. The main highlight of the stay was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful which made the stay somewhat enjoyable. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone in the future though.
