Truly enjoyed our stay here as it was close to the Pantheon and Trevi fountain as well as many shops and restaurants. We had a very big room for European standards. Had a bit of an issue with the toilet flusher as it would always cave into the wall. After seeing the staff member repair it, I knew how to fix it when it happened again. The shower head was strangely situated in the bath where there was a small partition that only covered the part of the bath. So, water did tend to splash out of the tub. It was easy to clean with the towels. The breakfast was incredible. There was plenty of choices. Loved it!

Amazing place to stay! Quiet and close to everything!

After a first night in a “basic small room dungeon” that I booked by mistake, the staff was very helpful and we upgraded to a Junior suite which was excellent in every aspect. Great bed, modern room design, big bathroom with tub and walk-in shower, great amenities. The hotel is in walking distance to many famous places of Rome and lots of nice restaurants around.
4.5
We were disappointed as the internet was hardly working. The bathroom shower floor had paint peeling off and what appeared to be mold in the corner.
4.5
The hotel room looked nothing like your picture! Our room was a dungeon!!!!
It had a round bed and I couldn’t get in or out of the bed on the side I slept on. I had to climb in from the end of this stupid bed! The room was dark and had red and blue lights. I felt like I was in a cave, AWFUL! It also smelled of cleaning solution I got a terrible headache!
4.5
Location! Location! So close to the sites! Within walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and staff were fantastic. Small elevator BUT it had one! Would stay again.
4.5
The hotel location was fantastic being within walking distance of all the historic places. Hotel room was reasonable and cleaned daily, pressure of shower was awful and took ages to get hot, breakfast was just ok, could have had a few more choices, overall we had a great time in Rome.
4.5
The hotel is in a great area of Rome and within walking distance of many places to see, shops and restaurants. The Italian Parliament building is literally down the street. The room was nice and clean. The only reason I gave “comfort” a 3 start was due to the bed. It was very firm but to someone else that might be perfect. I’d highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay when in Rome.

Pros: AMAZING location. Steps from everything, but still quiet; lots of restaurants around as well. Air conditioning was marvelous. Rain shower (small-ish), lovely-if-not-lavish breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and thoughtful.
Cons: Pretty minor, but wasn't a fan of the not-entirely-family-friendly decor in the triple room. Also, the elevator was European (i.e. small).
Overall, fabulous stay! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Amazing. Location couldn’t be better, staff very helpful. room fantastic modern & clean.

Great location, wonderful stay, friendly staff. Not a fan of the circular beds but overall comfortable stay. Some rooms don't have a door for the restrooms. The cab pick up offered by the hotel never worked for us, we had to get our own cab anyways but overall nice experience and will be back!
4.5
Rooms were clean and spacious but not the same type of bed as indicated in the description (circular bed). The staff at reception was helpful and room was ready on time. Stairs to get to reception with heavy suitcases was not ideal. Very well situated, close to main attractions.

The biggest selling point for this hotel is the location - it’s situated perfected near The Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. Room was fantastic - very spacious, clean and the air-conditioning was very welcomed it was actually really cool unlike some of the other hotels we stayed in. It had a mini bar which wasn’t that cold. The bathroom/shower was amazing - the changing coloured lights gave it a spa-like feel. The only complaint is any time we ran the sink the water wasn’t going down for a long time and was actually bringing bits (food, dirt, etc.) up from the drain.

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at the Colonna. The front desk was welcoming and helpful when needed and they speak English which is a plus for me. Our room accommodations were modern and perfect! The bed was comfortable and we loved the LED lights in the shower. The breakfast in the morning was very good. I am recommending this hotel to everyone.
4.5
The rooms smelled musty and the hotel tried to cover it with a perfumes spray.
Our room was tiny not what was pictured.
However, staff was friendly.

Great little hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful

We stayed one night in the heart of Rome close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable but a little dated. The area was perfect for walking to a lot of amazing sights and restaurants. The Trevi fountain was very close by as well. It was a little hard to find at first because the only signage is the front door mat. Great spot none the less, we’d stay again for convenience.

Perfect location in the heart of Rome! 🇮🇹
We are very satisfied with our 4 nights at this hotel. The location is absolutely top. The hotel is quietly located in a side street, but you have all the sights such as the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon within a 5-10 minute walk. Colloseum about 20 minutes to walk. Several good restaurants nearby. We got room 105 facing the backyard. Very quiet and calm, but maybe a little dark room for some. Firm but good bed. Round bed :-) Nice with a fridge, AC and safe in the room. The breakfast is ok, but not memorable. Pleasant staff who were helpful with tips and help to book a taxi. We can certainly recommend this hotel for couples on a trip to Rome who like being close to the sights.

Staff were rarely around. Had to pay for breakfast. Shower was terrible. Bed was terrible.
4.5
The hotel was centrally located. Shops, restaurants and all major sites were in walking distance
4.5
The location inside the old, narrow alleys,
near the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain was just right. Many restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. Due to the old age of the building, there are many steps even inside the guest suite (e.g. step up into the bathroom), on which one cab trip easily. And the alleys around are cobblestone, like much of Rome’s ancient area.
4.5
Everyone was very friendly at the hotel. It was a perfect location between Trevi fountain and The Pantheon
4.5
Clean, close to the main area!
4.5
Amazing place to stay at the only complaint is the place is very echoey so you can hear everything everyone in the floor is doing.
4.5
Pictures can be a little deceiving. Remodeling definitely needs to be done. Shower wasn’t working properly and all the walls were dirty and paint chipping everywhere. We only used it to sleep in and wash up. Location was prime at least.
4.5
Me and my wife stay in the most convenient location. Walking distance to the most historical locations.
4.5
The hotel was a 3, maybe 3.5 star at best. Perhaps my expectations are higher than other reviewers but I was expecting more based on the high ratings of others. The room was dark, bed hard, and pillows flat. While the room was definitely a small one, the bath was tiny in the one I was in. If I ever return to Rome, would definitely find other accommodations.
4.5
The staff was so attentive and helpful. The location was wonderful. Only about 15min to the Colosseum! Comfortable rooms as well. Highly recommend

The accommodations were what we expected and we were very satisfied. However, be warned that if you have mobility issues, or are of large stature, you may have difficulties.
Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Plenty of good dining options, and easily walkable to key sights for folks without disabilities.
4.5
The staff are very courteous and accommodating. We booked one room for 4 people and was pleasantly surprised that they gave us a suite with a connecting door and each room has a bathroom which was really awesome. They served good breakfast and they even gave us food to-go on the day when we need to leave for an early flight. The hotel is in a safe area a walking distance from most major attractions. We had a great time and would stay here again.
4.5
Great location that’s within a mile of the typical sites you’d want to see in Rome. Very friendly staff and daily room refreshes without having to ask. Nice breakfast options. There was no sign outside showing the hotel name, so just pay attention to the address and look for the 41 above the door so you know you’re at the right location. The only other thing that marks the location as Colonna Suite is a floor mat after entering the door.
4.5
Great location in the heart of the tourist areas, makes it so easy to walk to places. Staff is very helpful, there are stairs we need to bring our luggages as the reception is in the mezzanine level, the lift do not access. Staff is very helpful. Room is spacious considering its in an old building. I'll stay again if I come back to Rome!
4.5
This is our only experience with a hotel in Rome so I have nothing to compare it with, but for the price we were very happy. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was done well and included lots of choices, the minibar was stocked, and most importantly, the air conditioning worked well. We didn’t need it, but there is an elevator for heavy luggage. The location is fantastic, however there are no views out the windows since they face other buildings. But you don’t want to spend time in the room while you are in Rome anyway!
4.5
The location was amazing. Staff was so helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
4.5
Super nice and very helpful staff. Uber picks up and drops right in front of the hotel. Pantheon is about a 10 minute level walk away.
4.5
The staff was great and so was the location. The room was very dated and we did notice quite a bit of dust webs hanging from the fixtures on the ceiling.
4.5
Good hotel in center of the city. Restaurant , stores and famous points are close. I really recommend.
4.5
Great location and nice property to stay at. Would recommend this hotel to others as well. This hotel is centrally located. Great location to shopping, cafes and restaurants.

Location.
