Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Everywhere was cleaned regularly. Sun loungers always available. Studio was spacious. Handy for the bus and train station. 15 minutes walk from the seafront with loads of restaurants fairly close by. The only negative is outwith the hotels control. As it's in a residential area it can be noisy, with dogs barking and building work going on

The location was easy to access the harbour and the restaurants along the harbour. The ferry is close and easy to access all the islands. My stay was so relaxing, the Pool was the highlight of the hotel such beautiful setting. The breakfast was lovely fruit served was fresh and juicy. The staff were always so polite and helpful. Recommend their sister hotel for the rooftop bar and many of things to discover in olhao. Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful stay!

Good location and very modern. Excited to see a kettle in the room disappointed that they wanted 2 euros for one tea bag. Quick trip to the shop for a pack of 10 (less than a euro)! Reception staff friendly and helpful. Shower had MOLD between tiles.

Lovely simple hotel with a good breakfast available . Very very clean very comfortable bed. Good pool. Very near the train station so great to get to other local towns very cheaply. Disadvantage no restaurant available so you need to always eat out. It is very near the main town so also convenient.

I wanted a week away alone and chose this hotel as it was not large and impersonal. The hotel is in a superb position right in the town itself. The public transport is excellent with the train station just five minutes away as is the bus station. The staff in this hotel are so helpfull and friendly and will do anything to make you stay memorable. Breakfast buffet is good with a large choice of items. There is also a pool on site not massive but so convenient if you want to stay in. Olhao is now a must for me I will be coming back again. When out and about it's very safe and all the Portuguese people I met were so kind and helpful. The hotel and place get a gold star from me. Dont forget to go on the ferry to visit the islands nearby as there is no beach in the town.

Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were so polite & friendly. So clean and fresh & pool was a lovely little sun trap. Perfect for 3/4 days in Olhao as close walk to town, ferries and supermarkets. We haven’t stopped raving about our stay. Thank you!

The hotel is very convenient for guests using the train or a bus, as it is very close to both stations. It is a bit of a walk into the waterfront area, but should be manageable for most people. I stayed in a studio that was more like a one-bedroom apartment. It had a well-equipped kitchenette that opened into a nice living space (with a large sofa), plus a good shower room. The bedroom was a bit compact given the (large) size of the bed, but it was not a problem. The studio had several windows facing the pool area. Staff members were very nice and helpful.

The hotel staff welcomed me warmly into this modern hotel.Everything was clean, fresh and tasteful. Although in the city, it felt like a holiday resort with an inviting pool set in a lovely outdoor area comfortably furnished. Location was perfect for both bus and train. An excellent hotel in this great town

Pros: -Very friendly staff who all spoke English -Close proximity to the sea, fantastic restaurants located everywhere -Housekeeping very prompt and did an amazing job -Pool an amazing addition, clean. -Very affordable, can't get a hotel in Leeds cheaper! Cons (not many to list): -Air con just would never turn off, not even when pressing the off button -No toothpaste or deoderant provided in rooms, easily sorted though. -Looked like someone had a tantrum in my room, a dent in the wall and black marks on it too. -What I can only describe as mould in the shower, however couldn't be smelt, probably caused by condensation I would stay here again, due to the price, location and friendliness of the staff!

Fabulous staff - friendly, helpful and knowledable. No problem being gluten free when it came to breakfast. Room was very clean and functional (enough hangers in the closet, power sockets to charge things, well equipped kitchen). I was bit alerted when I arrived by taxi as it didn't look particularly nice area, but actually it's perfectly situated. Few minutes away from the old town and seaside and right next to 'main street'. I recommend. Just made my second booking as well

Our stay was excellent! The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are beyond helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and bright with plenty of room for the two of us. The lobby and pool area are tidy with loads of room to kick back and relax.

Front desk staff was very rude and would not accomodate simple requests which are usual in other hotels (ie taking a glass of water from the lobby to the room, use of hotel towel to go to the beach). No clue of customer service/satisfaction. Breakfast was nice though

The hotel is nice, there isn't a restaurant area but self-service breakfast offered for a fee. The pool is lovely and the staff are friendly, with a genuine positive disposition they were attentive and helpful. However I noticed that during my 3 night stay my bedding was only changed once. The top sheet was replaced but it was clearly both else was, I could see a little spillage I made from the night before still on the sheet. That was quite disappointing, as the room was very clean when I checked in.

Pool size: 8,60m x 3,85m and up to 1,70m deep. There are very less parking areas in Olhao and they have to bei paid. It ist better to Olhao without a car. The Bus Station and the train Station ( 5-10 minutes away) are close to the Hotel. The Hotel hast got sound prooved Windows. No noise from the Outside ist in the rooms. There are some shade areas around the pool. The harbour ist 10 minutes away.

A modern and sleek hotel close to the railway station and in the quiet part of Olhao. It's an easy walk into town to catch the boats to the islands with white sandy beaches. But it is tempting to stay by the pool too. Charming young multilingual staff and big comfortable beds. Breakfast is good too. Much recommended.

The staff were so friendly, they quickly learned our names and were ready to help any way possible. They always had big smiles and the property is kept so clean! One night my knee was hurting so bad they filled a bag with ice for me to put on it. Super friendly, super clean place. Can't wait to return.
