I had a wonderful stay at Jan’s Hotel! The location is perfect, offering stunning views that made every morning feel special. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Staff was great. The room was kept very clean. The location is fantastic. The only negatives I would have is that there was no safe in the room for valuables. You wind up carrying them all with you all day. I've never stayed anywhere that didn't have a safe. Also, the beach across the street was pretty, but a ton of seaweed and not exactly swimmable. In fact, they didn't really have many, what I would consider, normal beaches anywhere on the island, where you walk in and it gradually tappers down; except for a couple of areas at other hotels and most had boats there, but it wasn't a deal breaker at all. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The island was beautiful, and affordable. The food was very good and the people were very friendly.

Jan's entire staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved our seaview balcony that also offers the best view of the passersby and also the Pelican nest rooftop area. Will definitely be returning!

I had a great experience at Jan's hotel. They picked me up from the water taxi dock, and once I got to the hotel the check in was fast and easy. Their location is extremely convenient, close to shops and restaurants, also very close to the split. They provided daily housekeeping and there was a security guard at night. Overall, I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great option for my stay on Caye Caulker! The customer service was top notch and the property is conveniently located. I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the place clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was super helpful with arranging airport and ferry transportation. I would recommend!!

Perfect location with a Perfect view. Jan's has their own dock if you want to watch the sun rise it's beautiful. A/c runs cold. Daily house keeping.

The staff went above and beyond!! From coordinating my trip from the airport to Caye Caulker to the hotel.They are extremely nice, courteous and professional! I will definitely’HIGHLY’ recommend them to my family and friends as well as use this location in the future. The property went well above my expectations!!! Room was VERY nice, clean, comfortable and convenient to everything!!! AC was a plus and hot water showers were NICE!!!

A great affordable place to stay. Close to The Split. Friendly people. They got security every night, which felt safe. They have shuttle service to the hotel when you arrive and leave. I love the fact that you can message them through WhatsApp and get a quick response.

It was my partner and my third time staying at Jan’s in the span of 7 years. This time we stayed for 8 night. It’s always amazingly clean with wonderful staff. It’s also in such a perfect location across the ocean and close to the famous Split. Highly recommend :)

Stayed in suite 2 for 5 nights and it was amazing. I loved getting up in the morning for sunrise and watching people walk by. My mom stayed in a room downstairs and whe loved her stay. The room was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely consider staying again.

This property was so amazing, I could not have asked for a better place to stay, especially as a single woman visiting the island alone. My room had an amazing view, strong Wifi, it was prime location for the island and the customer service was incredible! I am definitely coming back and staying here and would highly recommend this to anyone else who is considering visiting Caye Caulker!

Great location walking distance to everything. Be sure to visit Iguana Reef hotel around 4pm to see and pet stingrays free. Also go to tarpon cove and feed tarpon. Eat next door at Paradiso. Very nice employees at the hotel. No pool and rooms are adequate for the price. TV is small and room was hot when we arrived so took awhile to cool down.

From check-in to cleaning out room daily (their policy) left cokes and water daily, staff was extremely friendly and kuddos to the security gentlemen who greeted us every evening with a smile. Only suggestion would be black out curtains please.

I was given a room where something mechanically was broken and a loud noise all night resembling construction being done and was unable to sleep. Had to switch rooms early the next morning to be able to sleep. Then the room they switched me to had NO running water - I was unable to shower or use the toilet. I complained and I was originally offered $50 for food at the restaurant when I was leaving that day so unable to use even the full credit at the restaurant. I asked for 2 of the 4 nights to be refunded since there were disruptive issues 2 nights. They agreed to give me a refund for 2 nights, for which I had in writing. I had to chase for a week to get a refund, and then they told me to call hotels.com to try and seek the refund. They only approved one night to be refunded even though I have messages on WhatsApp that they would refund the 2 nights. They will not honour the 2 nights they agreed to refund me originally. This place is good from far but far from good. For the amount of money you pay, which is a lot for a hotel in Antigua, you can stay at a much better place that is quiet and has running water. Go elsewhere - there are far better options than this place. Also, I got food poisoning from the chicken at their restaurant that I had for dinner one night. I spoke to the manager of Saul restaurant as soon as I started eating the chicken. He was telling me the taste was like that because of the spices used. I eat food with spices all day long. This chicken was rotten.
