We stayed 2 nights. The TV was turning on automatically twice in the very early morning around 4:30 AM and 5:00 AM at second night, and cleaning staff didn’t check the alarm clock was still remained ON (previous guest’s setting) causing the unnecessary disturbance of sleeping due unexpected went off at 6:30 AM on the second day morning.

Clean, small room, but fine for the price

The best thing about this hotel is the location . It’s just a short walk from the commercial retail street with lots of restaurants and it’s close to the train. The downside is, the room is small for two person with big suitcases.

I made reservation for 1 room, 2 guests and when I got there, they had my reservation for only 1 guest. Eventhough I showed them my reservation for 2 guests they did not accommodate me into a bigger room and got stuck in a tiny room meant for 1 person. The space was very limited, could open two luggage pieces at the same time. The AC did not work properly, we turned it on when we got to the room and woke up in the middle of the night sweating because for some reason it was heating instead of cooling. tried to change it to cool but ended up turning it off and opening the window for a little while to le the heat out, and then closing it again because it was very cold outside; very frustrating.
When cleaning the room they only straightened the cover, left a towel and plush toy in between the sheets.
Didn't even replace the bottled waters they provide the first day.

Coming from australia first time to Japan this location was unreal. The people who work there are all so nice and I had the best stay possible I honestly wish I stayed longer

OK customer service - not as friendly/helpful as I thought compared to other hotels in Japan.

Rooms are too small. The room description says up to 3 persons but when we got there they didnt allow 3 persons in the room. Rhe reception told us to either book another room or leave!

Complimentary inhouse Breakfast the hotel provided are quite good for this size of the hotel, though eating space is not very big, but even allowed to bring the food you choose in the tray can bring it up to your room if you want to relax eating in your room.

I love that the room was cleaned everyday. The daily water bottle was very relaxing to have after coming back to the room. Also, I love the staff members that did their best to accommodate our needs.

Good access, from Airport (HND) and also to centre of Tokyo down town. and close to the JR station. Compact but good functional amenities, clean and tidy.

Great location very close to the main train station

Loved that it was located easily between two main transit lines, and was a cool looking hotel. Wasnt a fan of the one microwave to service the whole building. The staff was pleasant, spoke English when needed, room cleaning services were great, overall a pretty great place for the price and location.
