Great location and facilities with great breakfast in central Kufstein. Convenient with parking garage as we arrived by car. It had an elevator directly from garage to the floor of our hotel room which facilitated arrival and departure as we carried lots of luggage.

This property was very uncomfortable. The bathroom is open to the hotel room, and I was traveling with my sister in law. There was no privacy, even in the shower because there was no door, it opened right into the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff left for the night at 10:30, which we did not know and we got into Kufstein right before 10:30 and almost missed being able to check into the hotel for the night, after we had already paid for it. I was really aggravated. There was no one to call during the night if there was any problem, there was no staff. Further, when we were there, there was a huge festival happening outside that rocked the whole hotel and it was impossible to sleep. I went downstairs and sat on the sofa until 2 am and talked on the phone. All of the people that came in through the evening asked me for assistance because they thought I worked there and there was no one else in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was plentiful with the best Semmel I had in a long time.The wine bar served lovely snacks and the wine was not to be sneezed at either. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.Kufstein is a lovely city and the hotel is right in the centre with lovely restaurants and cafes on the river promenade.
