We stayed in the middle of all the clubs! We didnt know, but no cars went thru the street and it was very crowded at night, so walking thru to get to the hotel, was a bit intimidating. It wasnt easy to find the hotels entrance since there are two places with the same name and one of them didnt have the whole name written (wich was ours, but didnt know) so we went to both. Once we found the right place, were pleased to find out that the music did not leak thru the walls in the hotel so you would never guess you were in the middle of a party street.

Place is great. I recommend to stay here if you stay in Khaosan street. Price is also cheap in this area. also Staff is very kind.

Everything was good and clean! Pool was very nice. Only thing was a cockroach in the bathroom. Super good location for tourist & grand palace is in walkable distance.

Room not Clean at all. I've change room first because it didn't match what I've booked. And that room was really dirty everywhere. Staff member convince me to stay over night in that room. I felt really uncomfortable with the whole thing. Staff member in reception didn't care about me. So after a while I refused and got a room on fourth floor. Much better in all ways, still dirty but bed was really comfortable. If you will stay here it will be dirty but area and staff are friendly. Housekeeping is a failure here - they don't even change your bedsheets while "cleaning the room". I needed one extra hour for check out and the guy in red in reception wanted 600 bath. He didn't care at all about my situation and for me that tells staff is not here for guest service - only for working hours. And now he's sitting in the reception with his arms in the air and relaxing. So I'm changing hotel to another one instead of staying here 20 more days! I can't handle low service skills in this industry!!

When I stayed here in 2018, the rooms where new and looked like the pictures. 6 years on, and they already look worse for wear. We checked into the first room and there was a cockroach running around, so they put us in a different room. Several days later, and we had another cockroach. I won't be staying here next time I visit Khaosan road. Also, the layout of the grand deluxe suite is very weird, with the sink being in the middle of the room facing the bed. Oh and the final part, we asked for an extra towel, this took 3 hours to get to our room.

Great location on Kao San Road. The area was loud, but it was very quiet in the hotel. Lots of food and shopping steps away. Taxis and Tuk tuks were right there. Hotel was older but comfortable. Roof top pool and bar were nice. I would stay there again.

The price was very fair for the accommodations. Alot of wear and tear on the facilities. If you're on a budget and want to stay on Khaosan road, it's ideal. Laundry service is excellent and fairly cheap.

We stayed thinking the pictures were accurate and wanted a decent room but instead it was super dirty and not well maintained. The room has a smell of humidity and sweat. The air conditioning was coming out quite warm. They tried to move us but it was to a smaller and cheaper room so ultimato we left to a new hotel within 2 hours of arriving. Hoping Hotels refund this bad experience. Another guest was in the lobby trying to change her room since she saw bugs in her room.

Hotel location is a Bangkok experience destination and very popular amount the backpacking travelers. For Bangkok standards, this hotel is suitable. The hotel hallway and room smell of sewage. We ended up getting another hotel and were not able to get any of our money back for the early checkout.

For being right on Khaosan Rd, our room was for the most part, surprisingly quiet. Beds were comfy, facilties were clean and the rooftop pool/bar was an oasis from the crowds and hawkers below. If you want to be right in the thick of party central, I couldn't recommend this place enough

This is on Khaosan Road, which is a semi-closed road in the part part of town. Do not stay here unless you plan to do a lot of drinking/drugs. Parties go as long as 2 to 3am which is annoying, but the hawkers on the street are far more exhausting. This hotel is down a little alleyway and there are people flogging drugs, suits, and laundry services EVERY SINGLE TIME they see you.

The attitude of the lady at the reception is too bad. She doesn't say hello, she doesn't say thank you. Our room wasn't cleaned even though we requested it, and when we contacted the reception with dry towels, they hung up. Not recommended at all. It is better not to leave your luggage after check-out at hotel . My luggage was stolen because the hotel doesn't manage it.

I loved this hotel stay so much!! It’s very accessible to Khaosan Road. It is as tucked away a tiny bit which allowed easy access but it also wasn’t too long with all the partying going on at night. The rooftop pool and view was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel if you want something cozy but close to a fun area.

The location was great. It was around everything and we felt very safe. This is a very budget friendly place, so keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Our hotel walls were dirty, the sheets and towels were stained, and there was a roach with a rectangular egg sack sticking out of its behind crawling around the room.

We stayed for 3 night in this hotel that’s located on the very noisy Kahosan Road, but we have not hear anything at all during the night from our hotel room. Make sure you ask for a quiet room if you don’t want to hear the noise from outside or planning to wake up early the next day. The hotel itself is pretty nice, lots of room so there’s a lot of people staying. We found it very comfortable even though the rooms are not very big.

Great experience at hotel. Rooms are smaller than the pictures but the stay was comfortable. Only downside is that the hotel is located right on obscenely noisy khao San road. I’ve heard loud party streets before but this is another level. Also, road is closed to traffic at night so late check ins are inconvenient. Once inside the hotel, everything was great

Had to get my key card changed 6 times before they came and fixed the door. Then power kept going off due to being given the incorrect card to keep the electricity on. Shame, nice hotel but could have done without so many trips to reception when arriving, hot and tired.

The Hotel is located right on KhaoSan road so is very easy to get to, and from, the main strip. It’s actually a lot bigger with many more rooms then expected. Just means a lot more travellers and it’s sometimes a little crowded.

We enjoyed staying here. It is a very lively road at night. Hotel was great with a good location. Walking distance to palace, temples and river. Has a good travel bureau just to the right as you enter hotel.
