The hotel is very pretty. The territory around it looks great. The front desk employees and other staff thought out the hotel very pleasant and always say hello once you encounter them in the hallways. Unfortunately, I can’t say that about some people working the entrance. Once before checking in I was given an advice I didn’t ask for. Second time before checking out the guy was running behind and asking for room number even after was told that I would check out later. Especially when check out is at 12 and this was before 11. I’ve never 👎 encountered anything like this before. Very odd for the 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel, kept spotless. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It really is a stunning experience staying in the hotel. The only downfall I would say is that due to the room and bathroom floor being marble, it can get quite slippy when wet. Also there is a soap tray at the side of the bath that serves no purpose (as there is a pump soap dispenser above it) and I cut myself off the side of it when coming out of the bath.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, lovely room really no complaints except the security and pool staff. They treated guests like animals, spoke down to us, long queues for towels. Asked for an extra towel for the baby was refused. My wife ate some sweets by the pool and was told off and then had security patrolling up and down by our beds in case she ate them again! Such nasty people. It’s a shame as the hotel is beautiful although the pool area was alittle crowded overall had it not been for the pool/ security staff it would have been a great trip!

I had an amazing stay here with my husband. The rooms are spacious with super comfortable bed and choice of pillows. The staff is extremely helpful and always smiling. Definitely will be back. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed.

The hotel and staff are fantastic. Everything was clean and kept well and up to date. Would highly recommend this place. Front staff were accommodating especially Rocio. She made checkin easy and was very helpful and friendly. The restaurants serve delicious food and staff is awesome!

Amazing hotel, right beside the beach, close to everything. Room was actually much nicer than the pictures shows. more modern. Very good AC, very quiet and excellent service. Only critic is the prices for food and drinks are very high but you don't have to eat and drink there.

This is one of our favorite hotels in Spain! We have stayed here a few times and the whole experience is exceptional. It is pricey but you do get what you pay for. The staff go above and beyond, the food is amazing and the facilities equally fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble! The building is simply stunning too

Amazing from start to finish a super hotel where you are able to enjoy life! Staff are amazing nothing is too much ( sun umbrella up or down several times the life guard always smiled and obliged, super service!) could not find a single fault and can’t wait to return .. would recommend this hotel in a hearbeat

This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in in my entire life! It was a palace. It had beautiful history. It had a saltwater pool! The staff was absolutely impeccable. Beyond friendly, they made me feel like I was genuinely appreciated and the breakfast was something to behold. The next time I visit Malaga I will only stay at the Miramar. I literally miss the staff already! I could not recommend it more. Luxurious. Bvlgari products in the rooms! I felt like the darn queen of England.
