Location is best thing here. Friendly staff went out of their way help getting us to and from airport. Sort of strange that there is a kettle and cups in room but not coffee or tea. Guess you have to bring your own. You can buy a cup from them for €1.50.

Perfectly located in the heart of Belgrade. The room was a bit stinky. Maybe people smoked in there before. Also the fridge needs to be cleaned and the shower to be fixed

Firstly, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room. The double glazing didn't filter out the noise from the street outside. On several occasions it was very noisy at night and I was disturbed. If you choose to stay here, don't book a room with a city view. Another issue was with the air conditioning. It was impossible to keep the room cool and on the one occasion I decided to open the window to let the cool air in, I was bitten and disturbed by mosquitos. The air conditioning was stuck on 32 degrees Celsius and despite my best efforts to reduce the temperature, it remained at between 29 and 32 degrees Celsius. I was sweating and uncomfortable at night as a result. I attempted to turn the air conditioning unit off, but to no avail. Finally, I had to turn off the fridge as it was incredibly noisy and kept cooling itself every 30mins or so. Not good when you're trying to sleep. I only give Privilege Suites 3 stars as the staff were good.

On the middle of The town. On a very good location. You don't have breakfast or parking, But it was so good that I was really recommending about it and come back again. The stuff is totally Friendly. Mr. Piter on the front dask Was so helpful That for a few minutes I was afraid... Everything was with smiling, and the place it's very very clean.

The cleaning was terrible for a 4 star hotel! They didn’t even clean up the bathroom day two. The condition of the room was not good and it stank of cigarettes. The pictures are not correct with reality for the normal rooms. Would not stay here again. Disappointed

Room description showed two tween beds in a family suite. Second “bed” was actually a pullout chair. In described room for 3, two not related adults couldn’t stay in this room.

I travelled solo and was looking for a central hotel with good communications and some extras (jacuzzi). This hotel was the best choice I could have made. It has a 24H supermarket closeby, a pizza place downstairs and a dm store. Sited in a pedestrian street with lots of places to go shopping, and wide variety of restaurants. Close to a shopping mall with a rooftop terrace restaurant. I fully recommend it. Area felt safe even walking at night, as a solo woman.

Great location! In the center of the city. Easy access to transportation, restaurants, the Belgrade Fortress and other sightseeing destinations. Spaces were clean and well managed. Staff was friendly. Airport transportation arrangement was easy and very convenient. Had a great stay!

Staff has no sense, always knocks the door when you are in the room. Apart from this, when you are not in the room then they enter their rooms which is not good for couple room because we have privacy. When I kept them they gave me excuse, like we are just checking your room lights. But this could they do when we was in room. I request you please couples not come this hotel.

Amazing location, next to Republik Square and just off the high street. Plenty of places to eat out within a minute walk and handy to have a small shop and chemist style store just below too. Staff were kind and helpful when we needed help. Only issues with the room I stayed in were a weird smell coming from the bathroom, meaning we had to leave the window open a lot. Also the toilet seat was cracked as well as the door handle to the toilet falling off.

Thanks Privilege Suites for providing such a wonderful service! I had a blast and I would definitely comeback and recommend this place to my friends! Very centric, 2 blocks away from Republic Square, the hotel is surrounded by thousands of cafes, bars and restaurants! The staff is very helpful and extremely nice!

NO MASKS! on our arrival neither the receptionist or the housekeeping were wearing masks, even though there is no windows in the long enclosed hallway leading up to rooms. She led us to our rooms without making it possible to keep a safe distance. The elevator and stairwell to reach the 4th floor property were also full of other travelers and employees from the neighboring business not wearing masks either.

Well located in the center of the city, is an ideal value for money for a short stay in the heart of the city. Having most of facilities and amenities that you might need (slippers is missing for example, but there is mini bar facilities) makes your stay comfortable and convenient. Some rumours for the corridor might stress you. Nice and polite staff. Many cafes and restaurants are nearby and exchange centres as well.

The first thing you notice is that the room is smaller than it looks on the pictures. Although it has a mini bar and a kettle, it didnt have any coffee, so if you want to make a coffee you will need to go get it from the supermarket. They also do not offer slippers which is quite inconvenient, this would be more important to me than having the mini-bar stacked. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. I guess the best thing about the place is that it is very clean and the location is spot on. Plenty of room for improvements though, for exhample one day they seem to have forgotten to clean up our room. All in all, I would say you will get your moneys worth.

Very comfortable and clean, good beds and bathrooms. Free chilled water filter in a small lounge/kitchen area. Not a lot of space in rooms. Superb location for getting to Republic square, Knez Milhailova and Skadarlija restaurants. This is one refurbished floor of an old apartment/industrial block, some floors of which still appear to be disused, and is approached via a small and slightly rickety looking lift - however once you get out at the fourth floor everything is plush and newly decorated. Expect some noise in the early mornings from a large building refurbishment happening directly across the narrow street.
