Location pretty ghetto, parking was sketchy.

The service was great. The parking was inconvenient and very tight spaces.

The AC didn’t work, no action was taken in spite of request at the reception.

Room looks like on the pictures but just lokk s like it. Quality is for max 2* hotel
Hotel stop warm water most likely to reduce costs. I was asking reception for solving problem that problem - of course it wasn't fixed so I jad to come back.
Bed sheets was dirty with long black hair....
Breakfast with poor quality sort of products.

Could hear noise from neighbouring rooms - but overall clean and reasonable. Pretty good breakfast

The hotel lobby smells great and the rooms were very clean and modern looking. It lacks a shelf, cabinet, or anything that provides surface to put stuff on, especially in the bathroom. I also missed a bin just for recycling containers.

I love this place

Clean room. Good bed. Tiny wardrobe. Tiny desk. Very noisy.

Very good, very clean. Only 2 coffee pods for free and no milk in room. Otherwise was fantastic! Staff very kind and helpful. Would stay again

Very nice hotel. My first time visiting bruxelles and staff was very helpful and friendly how finding my work destination.
Clean and neat rooms.

The ratio price:quality is bad considering the installations and services are quite basic. The rooms aren't well isolated and you can hear everything around. Plus, the neighborhood where the hotel is located is not very nice. I was too afraid to go out for dinner and preferred to order food instead.
On top of this, the fire alarm went on at about 2am. I called the lobby and I received a rather rude answer informing someone smoking activated the alarm. Between this and the noise, I spent a terrible night before going to work the next day.

Nice hotel, clean and convenient. Good use of metro and bus services around

This hotel is safe. I don't know what why the bad reviews previously. Yes, the neighborhood may not be pleasant but the hotel itself is good. We are traveling with adult children so we are fine. It is a lovely hotel. We will stay here again if we come back to Brussels

Very clean and close to the city centre, but i didn't like very much the neighborhood

Good:
Very welcoming staff.
Clean
Spacious
Bad:
Very loud road / traffic noise into early hours.
Not eco friendly, disposable plastic cups, Nespresso machine, disposable stirrers.
Overall:
Would not stay again due to road noise, otherwise a nice, clean hotel.

Bad smell in the bathroom for the standard / price of hotel. Pillows are cheap and not very comfortable. Breakfast good and hotel very quiet.

The location is pretty good, there is a subway station 5mins away, nord train station is 15mins walk away.
We stayed on the 5th floor facing the main road and it was nosy at night, we needed ear plugs so avoid the rooms at the front if possible.
The room was big and comfortable and the shower was great.

The staff is nice, the room is clean and very comfortable. The only concern is the area around the property, it is not that safe. Better to call Uber.

The gentleman at reception was friendly, welcoming and helpful at all times. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Very good shower. Superb breakfast, very tasty with multiple choices. And just a few paces from Yser metro. Would definitely stay again

Staffs were helpful and room was very clean and comfortable, excellent location just walking distance to shoppings and the Grand Place. Except for bathroom, don’t feel quite safe without total coverage of the entire window.

Eveything went well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel had a lovely smell to it. The room was great and clean. I would recommend this hotel also very well located.

Worst hotel I have stayed in, did make a formal complaint but to no avail. The rooms do not have adequate sound proofing from the outside windows. All traffic noise and pedestrian can be heard 24hrs.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Customer service is non existent. I wrote to the hotel several days prior to our stay that we cannot come due to illness and that we needed a confirmation of “no show” for our travel insurance as it was apparently not possible to cancel the reservation. I sent at least six messages before and after the “stay” and asked for only one sentence as proof for our insurance company. They just ignored all my requests. I asked Expedia to help in this case but apparently they didn’t hear back from the hotel as well.
This means we can’t get our money back from the insurance. I cannot understand how a four star hotel can act like that.

Very good value for money, it’s clean, and I was able to check in in the middle of the night.

The lady working the desk at check-in was very professional, kind, efficient and pleasant. The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. The room was spacious for Brussels standards. Hotel located next to Metro, but the area is a bit challenging after hours at night.

I am sorry that the hotel do not supply kettle, fridge, cup and neither coffee/tea bag.
The wet room design of the shower area is bad, and so the floor is heavily wetted and skippy afterward.

We stayed at Yadoya for our trip to Tomorrowland so we weren’t expecting complete luxury as we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. However the room is a bit tired looking, we were given square pillows to sleep with which was terrible, the bathroom wasn’t super clean, the bathroom bin was a bit rusty, the shower was tilted towards the wall because the piping was too short so we had to stand right up against the wall to get under the water, the safe didn’t open, there was no fridge or kettle in the room to make and store drinks, the shower towels were very thin, the shower gel was cheap and came in those wall mounted holders, the door handle was falling apart, the front door at the entrance has an extra piece of metal on that kept on knocking everyone in the face so definitely a health and safety hazard. BUT the staff were very friendly, cleaned our room every day and they held our suitcases for when we had a later train home and could go out into the town for the day. I probably wouldn’t stay there again though
