We loved the hot tub and sauna and the Starbucks in the restaurant area. Very happy here will definitely return

Very nice place, NO outlets for charging phones and electronics in room. AC, TV and one light/alarm clock were using only outlets in room.
Had to use outlet by sink to charge phone

Our family had a wonderful stay.
2.5
Not only was it clean, comfortable, and a beautiful view but the staff were amazing and accommodating. I cant wait to come back during peak season!

Loved everything!
2.0
Great view - just a normal hotel room - clean and small bathroom - hard to get in bed - bed almost against to wall
2.0
Great stay, short walk from the strip. Our room's heat didn't work and there were a couple freeze warnings during our stay. That was a bit of a bummer. Staff was amazing and the restaurant was great.
2.5
Great location, very nice staff.
2.0
Nice restaurant and bar in hotel. Room was a little outdated and drains were slow to drain. Room had a little bit of a musty smell.
2.5
The room we had was amazing. It had 3 queen beds...one being in a whole other room so it would be great for a small family. It had both river and street view.
All the staff from check-in, to bar to servers were all wonderful and friendly.
Hotel is just a couple blocks from main street with a nice riverwalk way to lead you right there

The women at the front desk at check in was not very pleasant

Nice area - pleasant helpful staff

Just the toilets in the rooms need to be higher/updated.

The room was just okay. Clean, but outdated and plain. The private balcony looking over the river would have been fantastic but there was a porch light we couldn’t shut off and it was completely covered with bugs of all kinds. It looked like the balcony ceiling hadn’t been cleaned in many years. We would have had to sit in a swarm to enjoy the balcony but the view was still awesome. The staff were polite and helpful but not really friendly. The pool was a really nice surprise and we loved being able to easily walk up to the main downtown strip. We would stay at the Vue again, but a few small changes would make it easy to give this hotel 5 stars.

The rooms are small, the bathroom is really small. The breakfast service and selection is not great. Overall the room is not a room you want to stay in we had a river view two queens but the location is wonderful.

Great view. The only thing I didn’t like was that the toilet seat was disgusting in our room. There was marks all over the toilet seat. There was black spots inside the toilet, like it just hasn’t been cleaned in months.
Good thing I always take cleaning supplies anytime I travel. I would hope with them seeing the toilet seat like this they would replace it but no, they just kept doing what they’re doing. And that was not cleaning it.
Sorry, cleanest is a big one for me but other wise OK hotel. Room was on the third floor I think 324

Needs to be remodeled, loved the patio and the view, but room was perhaps smallest I've ever stayed in, especially with 2 queen beds. Bathroom kinda especially old, and small ants. Noisy, very thin walls!

The view from the room was amazing. Food at the restaurant was good. Walkable to downtown.

The front desk was terrible. Rude and lazy would be an understatement. As one example, I asked if there were any upgrades available and she looked me in the eye and said I can pull out my phone and check Expedia if I want to see if there are any upgrades. The bar staff was awesome. Especially the bar manager- 5 stars across the board for her. Food ranged from really good to just ok. The room was ok… just ok. Here’s the thing… For the dells this was a fancy-ish hotel. Anywhere else in the county this is a sort of ran down holiday inn that was painted in pretty colors. It would be a solid room for 125$ a night. For over $500 a night for a basic two bed room, after tax and everything, it was a let down. Nothing to write home about. It did have a nice river view though. Indoor pool was nice. Hot tub was nice. It was designed well for those of us with kids. If I didn’t have a kid I would have been annoyed with all of the kids in the hot tub and pool, but that part was a perk for my family. All in all… it’s not at all worth the money they charge, but that’s the theme in the dells. If you go expecting to over pay for a mediocre hotel room with a river view and a decent indoor pool, great bar and close to downtown you’ll be prepared properly for what to expect. Hopefully the front desk will be better for you than they were for us.

Beautiful views of the water, could use TLC in the rooms. Simple wall patching and new shower heads. Could hear neighbors next to us and above us. Walking distance to the main drag and river walk

Amazing

We were in the yellow building across the street. Large parking area. We’re able do always find parking right outside our door. Noisy family above us though.

It was sufficient for what we needed. We only stayed 1 night

Fantastic view of the River. Walking distance to downtown. We used the indoor pool every day. We did not go to the outdoor pool across the street. It seemed much smaller in real life than the photos. We did not use the restaurant downstairs. This is a nice hotel with upscale features.

Rooms were good , check in was easy however, we had breakfast at The boathouse restaurant located inside hotel. Service wasn’t good & our food came out cold. Other than that place was great!
5.0
Absolutely amazing experience, staff were able to accommodate an early check in due to us getting into town earlier than expected. Any questions or requests, they helped with a smile. Loved the amenities available at this location and the other natura resorts (same network as vue, and free to access with our reservation) would absolutely return!

Beautiful waterfront hotel within walking distance of all the downtown has to offer. Access to water parks was a perk! Loved it.

the hotel was nice but, It was frusterating because we booked online and when we got to the Vue "HOTEL" to check in with our all our stuff in tow, they told us our room was at a "motel" building across the street with a totally different parking lot.... and we had to pay $50 more to stay in the hotel we booked. NOTHING online indicated the 2nd location. WE paid the additional charge (ughh) The actual "Hotel" is very nice. and the location was beautiful on the water

Our room overlooking the river was generally great - a bit cramped for 4 people but we made it work. The nights were cool so it would have been nice to be able to open the window a bit for fresh air - we had to run the AC constantly to keep the room cool so I recommend upgrading to the patio room for future stays. Great view, generally clean. A few small maintenance things they could easily fix - broken/missing hooks on bathroom door, wobbly dresser. Great location - walked to downtown Dells nearly every night of our stay. We didn’t use any of the other amenities at the other properties. Ate one meal at the restaurant - again, great view, friendly staff, average food.

The bathroom was extremely small and dark. Only one light bulb above the sink. Seemed to be able to hear every noise in the hall and rooms near ours. Not too impressed with the hotel.

I had a very nice stay with no complaints. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was also very good. I will be returning!

Wristband key card was excellent

Nice view of the river and the restaurant has excellent food!

From the outside and the pictures this place looked great. The room we stayed in was fine, but definitely had the feel of a college apartment. We were only there for one night but had previously considered it for a few days. I’m glad that we changed plans. Again, everything was fine, just small and outdated.

Nice property with good views.

For the price we paid I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms are MUCH smaller than advertised, bathroom was so small my husband had a time fitting in (he’s 6’1” and 190lbs), air conditioner did not cool the room-so hot to sleep in! We had a patio room with door to the river-before we even opened the door there was bugs all over the ceiling and wall. Since we were on the lower there their wifi did not work. There was no landline in the room. To communicate with our sitter at home we had to go up to the lobby for wifi access. Doesn’t really allow parents to relax when potentially the sitter could not quickly get ahold of us.
The price you are paying is definitely for location and not accommodations.

The images on the website were not representative of what was experienced. Room was comfortable, but not boutique or luxurious in any way.
Staff was friendly! The bar was lovely, good bartender and selection of signature cocktails...
I wouldn't recommend staying for the price unless you intend to take advantage of ALL amenities (natura adventures).

Dated but pretty clean. Comfy bed. First floor rooms had people slamming doors and a bunch of night noise near the reception. Passes for the water park included were great

Great location on the River, and a short walk to downtown.
