Out of the staff Víctor was the only friendly and helpful one. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we return to San Cristabel de las Casas.

The hotel is very nice. Room’s furnitures and doors are all solid natural wood with clear coat, staff are friendly and helpful, close to everything, restaurants and shops all around. What’s lacking is a closet in the room, so you can’t really unpack.

If you need reliable wifi from your room I do not recommend this hotel. Other than that it was great! Walking distance from everything you need.

Really nice hotel, the guys at the reception were always helpful. We travelled with our dogs and there was no problem at all.
The rooms are in a very good condition and super comfortable. They have A/Cs with the option of heating instead of cooling which was amazing as well.
The location of the hotel is perfect as it is in the city of San Cristobal.
All in all a perfect stay.

The good things were that the rooms were clean and has a good location. The bad things: the beds were hard as rock, pillows were uncomfortable, no air conditioning, really noisy, the hot water would run out right away, so most times we had to shower with cold water. The WiFi doesn’t work, once your get into the hotel is like a dead zone for cell phone service, the only way to get WiFi is in the lobby. The free breakfast sucks, and even if you are willing to pay for breakfast they refuse to cook it for you, since the hotel technically doesn’t have a restaurant. The staff doesn’t help with anything, no help with luggage, no concerns about the bad WiFi or the issues with the hot water. I have no idea why this place has high reviews, it’s misleading. We ended up leaving two days before even when we had already paid four days by Expedia. We tried to get a refund for the 2 nights we weren’t going to be there and they refused. Overall it’s just a really sucky hotel, feels more like a hostal.

Nice modern hotel in a good location in San Cristobal. However the room that we got was very cold, there was no heating other than extra blankets. Also the wifi was average and only seemed strong in the common areas.

Centrally located and there are a few fine dinning Mexican restaurants within walking distance

This hotel is brand, spanking new. Their restaurant and brewery were outstanding. It was safe, modern, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The location is so convenient to all the San Cristobal activities. I was sad to have to leave, but I'd definitely want to go back!

There was only a hanger for the shower´s towels. No heating. No hairdryer. Internet was intermittent and slow.

It is new, but it smelled humidity a lot. The staff is really kind and helpful.
