A lovely cosy, relaxing Guest House. Excellent attentive,unobtrusive staff. Very clean, modern and excellently maintained. Perfect locality for peace, and relaxation and well situated for Accra Centre, West Hills Shopping Centre and the uncrowded beaches at Bortianor. Oh and an absolute bargain with DSTV, a/c and a big comfy bed. This is my idea of the real Ghana.

The hotel information needs to be reviewed and made more accurate. It was a clean accommodation but not 3*. Breakfast was a couple slices of bread and a mug of hot drink and there were no restaurants nearby. When we asked about the onsite restaurant, we were told it's the same meal of jolly rice and chicken daily. The expectation for being 9 min drive from the centre was more like 45 mins. The area was pleasant and Accra is a really nice place to visit.

The management is pleasant and helpful, the rooms are nice for what you pay. The location is a long way from anything you want to see or do - Accra is a megalopolis and this is in the urban sprawl. Uber or Bolt are inexpensive, so that doesn't rule it out. Definitely a place to consider for those who are trying to save money.

This hotel is great value for money and has a lovely quiet atmosphere. Rooms are exceptionally, clean, tidy and up to date. Staff are always on hand without being obtrusive or overbearing. Its a place where you can truly relax

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend the Golden Apple. Staff are friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and comfortable and beautifully furnished and location was excellent for my busy day In all it was an absolute bargain and i will be booking again for more days before returning home.

This was just as i hoped. Cosy atmosphere, lovely neat and tidy modern facilities and excellent friendly and helpful staff without being at all intrusive. Im going to stay on here for a few more days.

I booked the property for a 1 night stay after arriving in Accra from London and thinking i would then look around for somewhere else for the rest of my stay. I have been so impressed by the property and staff that i have decided to stay for the duration. The Golden Apple provides everything i need and for a fabulous price. It is convenient for town and beach but in a quiet residential area. The facilities are spotlessly clean and the staff are so delightful and helpful. The food is great too, my room is spacious and comfortable (especially the bed) and it feels like a home from home experience. The Golden Apple definitely lives up to its claim of "affordable luxury".

It was so amazing to be in such a calm environment at the height of the Corona virus outbreak. All sensible precautions had been taken without any drama. Everywhere was very clean and up to date and the staff, especially the manager Elvis, were so helpful and kind. A trul memorable experience

My room was spacious and very comfortable, the staff were attentive and friendly without being intrusive and it was very conveniently situated for all I had to do. Additionally I really enjoyed being in a real African community. The staff were lovely, the facilities were great and my room was very stylish and comfortable. Also everything worked as it should. A big thank you to Elvis and all the staff at The Golden Apple

I frequently travel to Ghana always on a budget and I know where I will be staying on my future visits. The place is modern and very smart and the service and hospitality cannot be faulted. It isnt easy to find quality budget accommodation in this part of Africa and I would thoroughly recommend The Golden Apple to anybody in my situation. Great recent renovation on the ground floor too

I have stayed here before and will always come back. Every time I come there has been further investment and the place has has a really lovely new ground floor refurbishment. My room was very tastefully decorated, spacious and with all modern facilities. The staff were extremely professional and the food was great. You really cant fault the facilities and you can enjoy luxury on a budget

It was conveniently located for all I needed to do and the staff were very friendly and helpful without being in the slightest bit intrusive. And also everything worked.The electricity supply was cut and the generator kicked in immediately, the televisions were new and had every channel imaginable and my bed and my room was so spacious and comfortable.I will definitely be staying here on a regular basis from now on and thoroughly recommend it to anybody else travelling to Ghana on a budget

If you a person that cant do without internet the hotel is not for you, I paid for the best room their, and find out I have to come out of my room for network, that goes on and off every 5mins. I was to stay from Friday to Friday but I checked out on Wednesday cos I could not stand it again. At a point I just did not understand if they had light issues.

This is a lovely place: in a real community and with lovely relaxing facilities and helpful friendly staff. It is close enough to the city and beaches and shopping areas but far enough away to enable you to relax, unwind and enjoy life. My room was modern and stylish and comfortable, the food was great and I was able to watch English football to my hearts content. What more could I ask for?
