We loved our stay here and first few days in Croatia. Very clean, spacious property and friendly staff who met us to show us in and help answer questions. It's also in a perfect location - just outside the old town city walls. Close to dining, beaches - everything. Note - many of these smaller places prefer cash - try to have ready. I would highly recommend this place and return!

What a great location to explore and feel part of old town Dubrovnik. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and with an amazing balcony. Communication was great throughout. Would highly recommend. Can be noisy at night but to be expected as so close to the town.

This place was gorgeous and right outside the old town walls, making it an easy walk into town for tours and dining. The place was clean and Bozo helped us check in smoothly, providing a few local recommendations. Would stay here again!

Fabulous stay in this excellent apartment, spacious very clean and well fitted. The highlight is balcony which has a tremendous view over the old town and harbour. You can just sit there and watch the world go by or walk the short distance into the town with a huge number of, places to eat and drink. We were welcomed by Bozo who is friendly and really helpful. Highly recommend.

This property was the best. Very large with great balcony. So close to old town. Also had a washing machine which after a couple of weeks travelling was needed. Bozo was a really good communicator. All in all a wonderful apartment.

I did not get the nice front view that some people talk about in this propertt, I had a view to the back which was not nice at all and noise at times because of the neighbors talking loudly, but still had a balcony. The apartament is extremely well located, had everything close, restaurants , the entrance to the old town, supermarket, really maybe the best location in the old town. The access to the apartment had some stairs, the person in charge of the apartament was extremely nice and helped us carrying up one suitcase , the other one we had to carry up. Be prepared to some stairs, like to a third floor, but let them know in advance if you need some help. The whole area is full of apartments with steep steps due to Dubrovnik topography. Inside the old town could be even worst, so if you have a lot of baggage consider staying in another area . You could stay in the new area of the town and take a bus to the old town. The apartment has a washing machine and a small kitchen which were very useful.

Apartment was absolutely perfect - felt very new & spacious with everything you could possibly need ( especially the washing machine ) Location is 10/10.. Try and book apartment no.1 if you can - as that has the amazing view from balcony.

It’s so very good time. This apartment is shuttle bus step, old town and cable cars nearby. Bozo san is kindly. We enjoyed best locations by the terrace.When we will go to Dubrovnik,we want to stay this apartment again. Many thanks.

The location is amazing, right on the doorstep of the Old City. Meant that if we needed a rest from exploring, we could easily just pop back to the room for a rest. Also loved that we could sit out on the balcony and look at the amazing view and watch all the people moving around. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was lovely, a little smaller than I had expected, but it had everything we needed as most of our eating was dining out. Marija was there to welcome us on our arrival, and was contactable throughout. Marica, the cleaning lady, was there every morning and checked we had all we needed. The location is superb, right beside the Ploče Gate, with restaurants, museums bars, etc all very close by! An excellent accommodation all round.

We had the most amazing time in Dubrovnik and staying at the Ragusina apartment was a big part of that. The location is excellent with a spectacular view of the ocean, Lokrum island and the Old Town city walls. Bozo was helpful in getting us set up and very attentive and quick to respond to my stupid questions. The apartment is clean and roomy and beautifully decorated and new. Even though the apartment is in the heart of things the shutters and windows are great at keeping the noise out. We kept the windows open to hear the bells and the music but when we wanted to sleep we closed them and they did a good job of keeping things quiet. The washing machine was helpful. They provide coffee pods which we enjoyed on the balcony each morning. Everything is close by so it was easy to go out to the beach and come back and get cleaned up for dinner. Lots to do within walking distance. Excellent apartment.

Ragusina was perfect for our two day stop in Dubrovnik. Bozz and Marija had everything sorted for us, so we literally just needed our own food. Highly recommended for it location, cleanliness, quality accomodation.

Ragusina apts are amazing. We had a harbor view apt which also has incredible views of the walls, fort Revelin and portions of old town. The apt is very close to the Ploce gate, two markets and Banje beach which is a great swim spot. The apt was well equipped, clean and stylish. Ragusina is a real gem. We’d love to stay again.

The accommodation could not have been in a better location, everything was within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious, extremely clean, well equipped with spectacular views from balcony. We felt very safe and secure in this apartment! Communication with owner was great with very quick response. We used their service to collect & drop us off at airport which was perfect. This is the best holiday rental we have used and would definitely rebook and recommend as you would not be disappointed. Our host was Bozo who was extremely helpful and gave us his number if we needed any help throughout holiday!

Excellent location, not far from the road in front of the gate to the Old City. You do have to haul your luggage up, upm up, but it's not too far and all downhill when you leave. Suggestion - i carry a short, 2m HDMI cable when we travel. The tv is on the ceiling, and swivels (cool!), but 1) my hdmi cable should have been longer to put the laptop on the table, and 2) i couldn't get the TV settings to read the hdmi; so something the owner could easily adjust. The room in the back obviously don't have that view, but still had a nice little breakfast patio.

Property location was great. All though it said first level there were many steps. Once arrived it was beautiful. Parking was 200 m so suggest to remove items prior to parking. Distance doesn’t seem far but it is and there were 192 stairs to go down to get to unit level Again you only dio this once but give your self 15 min at least.

This has to be one of the best spots in Dubrovnik! Amazing views from the balcony, bedroom windows door even the bathroom! Apartment is beautiful and so comfortable. Sadly we only stayed one night but will return and definitely stay here. Excellent location and 1st class communication from owner and also Bozo the apartment manager who was super helpful and very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend.

Unbelievable stay! This place us amazing. Directly outside of the old town and 5 minute walk to the beach. There's even a bus stop and market right outside. It's quite and very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and the A/C works like a charm. The communication was top notch. My wife and I have traveled all over the world and this was one of our favorite stays. The only thing you should wory about is if you have some sort of handicap as there us stairs (not too many) without an elevator. But the city if Dubrovnik it's stairs everywhere anyways. I would give it more stars if I could!

The view was amazing. Great amenities wonderful short walk to old town. Great restaurant downstairs. Perfect view of all the town activities. Host is so gracious and hospitable. Definitely a perfect pick for Dubrovnik.

Very smooth meet-up for key exchange. Apartment very clean (even more than a hotel). Comfortable furniture. Very very nice location with very very nice balcony view of the ocean and city walls. Warning, a lot of steps and hills; but this is the city in general. Easy walk into the walled city, money exchange near by. Good stay.
