Situated near the old Spanish forts and castles of Havana’s colonial past, this very comfortable Casa Particular allows you to explore both Centro and Vieja on foot easily.
The only downside is the length of the bed - if you’re taller than 190cm, it is an uncomfortable sleep!

If you really want to live and experience Habana, you have to stay with Kary and Humberto. We have traveled around the world, and we can truly say that this has been one of the most memorable stays. Humberto and Kary take care of you as if you are one of their own. You feel at home when you arrive. The house is in a perfect location, at par with the luxury hotels in the vicinity. The room is very spacious and clean. But above all, the friendliness of the hosts made our days there. Kary took care of any an all requests for information, taxi, etc. and Humberto made sure we received the most excellent breakfast as well as detailed information about Habana, museums, clubs, etc., and the best tips as to how to travel. Both are very knowledgeable in terms of history, politics, etc., which made it feel as if we had our own private guides. Thanks so much and we look forward to visiting again.

We liked the location - easy walking around the old town, to the malecon and revolution museum.
Humberto made breakfast an event, making sure we had everything.
They were very helpful arranging collectivo to Trinidad and casa there, and taxi to the airport. Even though our Spanish is not very good.

Kary and Humberto looked after us so well. Lovely room and a great breakfast. Their home is in a great location, very close to both Central Parque and the Revolution Museum/ waterfront - was so pleased we booked to stay with them.

This is a small flat on the second floor very close to the central parts of Old Havana. The owners Kari and Humberto are a lovely old couple, very friendly and did everything to make us feel welcome and enjoy our time in Havana. Advice for travellers, prepare your Spanish as you will need it - for the hotel, but also for most of Havana. Me and my partner knew a little Spanish and this was enough to get into conversations with the hotel owners and they were happy to talk about Cuba and Havana.
The rooms are clean and quiet, I strongly recommend to get the breakfast offered as it is quite nice, includes everything and will save you the trouble to look for other places to eat. There is also a small terrace with nice view towards Museo de la Revolucion.

Fantastic host despite language barrier Humberto couldn’t do enough for us even phoning his son in law to translate if necessary. Lovey breakfast. Great location and fairly easy to find. Close to waterfront/old town etc all within walking distance. Comfortable room, hot water in bathroom, clean and plenty space.

We had an amazing stay with Kary and Humberto! We booked the room for our first 3 nights in Havana and were very pleased with the amenities of the home, the great location to walk all of Old Havana and its historic streets. The house and room were cleaned everyday, each room has their own private bathrooms and the rooms have air conditioners... also each room had their own mini fridge stocked with water and beers.. in the morning we would wake up to fresh cuban coffee and a well balanced breakfast of breads, fruit, fresh fruit juice, cheese platter and some meats. I speak Spanish so I would able to hold conversations with Humberto, he is very knowledge about places and its History. From the moment we arrived it felt like we were home or staying with family members. They were even nice enough to make dinner reservations for us, also phone our cab driver, and also arranged a car service to drive us to Trinidad (about a 4 hour car ride and cost $150 cuc) We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. I wish I would of booked this house for our last night (we booked a different hotel. for the price of 1 night, we could of stayed 3 nights with Kary and Humberto.. great value)
