Firstly, I want to thank, Nafine, Mr. Mohammed.. Thank you for the quick check-in. I am very impressed with this hotel, that's the reason I keep coming back! I would highly recommend this hotel for first and foremost safety and the dining especially the lounge on the first floor that lounge is better than VIP lounges I've come across, a nice quiet getaway.. The staff are absolutely great, the food is brilliant excellent location. And a beautiful Mosque beside the hotel, it's fascinating to see the work of this mosque, really impressive! The Gym is another bonus. Hygiene is up to date..! Great environment especially for business trips and families! I would definitely come back.. Without doubt. Thank you staff for making my trip more awesome. I would give this hotel a 5 star

I loved everything. From the staff, rooms, walkin showers, snd thr shopping msll beside the hotel. It had everything from restaurant's to shopping. Amusments, cinemas etc.. A great hotel loved it, a very trusted hotel.. very safe, housekeeping was hygienic. A wonderful.experience. DEFINITELY WILL RETURN. Mr Mohammed and guest relations Ms Nadine were soooo helpful..

I really want to take time out and share my review on this hotel. A great Thank you, to Ms. Nadine and Mr. Mohammed. This is a brilliant hotel we visit it often, because of the hospitality... I definitely would reccommend this hotel to others, the walk in showers to the comfy beds, brilliantly clean, white bed sheets, excellent service brilliant breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is very clean up to standards. Brilliant hygiene, excellent staff, especially Ms. Nadine (guest relations)... she took care of all our needs. Nearby, there is a huge mall full of restaurants, cinema, funfair, supermarket etc, its huge. Brilliant location. A great thank you, to all the staff. I Surely will return. Thank you, for the lovely cake sent to my room, I appreciated that. Fruit is given complimentry to all guest.. this hotel takes care of the smallest needs, its a matter of just asking! I would highly recommend this hotel

I received excellent service upon arrival to departure. Respect was shown to me as a independent female and not a second class person. The suite was large and very quiet. I picked this hotel after leaving the horrible Hilton Cornish Thank you Grand Plaza

This hotel was a saving-grace for me as I was originally staying at the Amwaj Hotel nowhere near Alexandria and that was awful. This hotel is in a great location in Alexandria, next to the Green Plaza complex. It felt very safe, the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff Only issue is the rooms are not sound proof. I could hear well out neighbouring rooms . On breakfast the beans were only Luke warm not hot enough for my taste

The staff were excellent! The room that i stayed in was very spacious and clean. Special thanks to Nashwa’s from the front desk for her Proffesional help with my extended stay request. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is new build in 2017 and still as new so for me it was very good , also i liked the walk in shower so much , perfect place easy shopping , easy come easy go where ever you are going it is so easy from the hotel location , least but not last friendly stuff all the time , thank you .

I booked a room for my brother and was told by a costumer service representative who contacted the hotel that I wasn’t going to get charged extra for being a foreigner, yet the hotel charged me $15 per night. Expedia contacted the hotel to request a refund but still nothing! I will update my review if I get my money back.

i use a simple personal security camera that i connect to wifi which i can access remotely from my phone. on my 4th day at the hotel, i received a notification that motion has been detected in my hotel room. i reviewed the footage which had shown a man dressed in room service uniform enter my room, look at all my belongings with curiosity then left the room. the whole event from entering my room to leaving took 45 seconds. i brought this breech of trust to the hotel manager and expressed that i no longer feel safe leaving my room unattended. the manager asked for some time to “look into it” after doing so, the manager told me: “this is quiet normal, a staff member went into the room to count your towels.” now, im not sure what planet im from any more, but where i come from, entering someones room, without permission, looking around at their belongings and leaving is sketchy AF. especially because they were not counting jack sh*t. i do not trust this hotel past how well my own eyes can see them, neither should you. do not book at this hotel, they are dishonest. if you do book, make sure to run some kind of security system to protect any assets you have. remember folks, if i didnt have a camera in there, i never would have known someone snuck in.لا تثق بهذا الفندق. احترس، يدخلون الغرف بعدم إذنك و يتفرجون علا اشيأك الشخصيه. لقد امسكتهم متلبسين بكاميرا الامن الشخصياVertraue diesem Hotel nicht. Their parking security guards are weird, they need you to pay parking fees for your stay before hand.They have weird policy that if a china is broken by a guest in the restaurant they charge you for itTowels are not enough and not clean enough

Nice hotel. Shopping centre near by. We didn’t get the rooms we requested and one room was not clean properly. Front office staff is very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Nice well taken care of hotel, staff helpful! Mall close by with bank,movie theater, food, and anything else you would need. The breakfast buffet has a lot to choose from. Happy i chose this hotel!
