Hotel was very nice and very clean. There were absolutely no dirt anywhere, it was very shiny all over. Nice background music was playing in the lobby.
Room was very nicely decorated and bed was very comfortable. Shower worked well.
I was not satisfied with the breakfast as there was mainly thai food and only few items. The only western food was omelettes with veggies and toast which was served only with butter and marmelade.
The staff at the reception did not speak nor understood english so everything was really hard to get solved with them. It took a lot of time to get an answer for a simply question I made. Fortunately there was a girl named Mook who understood and spoke few words of english. She was very nice and helpful by taking me to the beach with her car as the taxidriver and rest of the staff did not understand me when I tried to get help with directions by questionning how to get to the beach. Mook even came to pick me up from the beach with her car !
Next morning the owners of the hotel were there and they spoke good english, I was so relieved when I finally was understood. They were very nice people.

One of the nicest places I have stayed in Thailand. The decor is quaint and tasteful and made the whole stay feel so much more pleasant as a result. The room is also very comfortable and there is a rainforest shower. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. A really lovely hotel!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel with friendly, service-oriented staff that goes above and beyond. When we wanted to go to the Taphong Fruit Market, 11 kms from the hotel, one of the staff offered to take us to the bus station where we could take a songthaew to the market. When my husband mentioned that we were vegetarian, they made sure there was vegetarian dishes available for us at breakfast. The hotel is quite new and everything was comfortable and clean.

We really liked this new hotel and its staff are as friendly and helpful as can be. It is, a little strangely, built in the style of a small French Chateau and the rooms are very well presented and clean. Everything is new and the bed was very comfortable. There is a nice small and well designed garden and also a good if small swimming pool area. We really liked the town also with a very interesting old town and great markets. People were very friendly. The staff were excellent and trying very hard and between them more than enough English spoken. If you do need to go to Utapao airport after your stay do take the hotel shuttle. It is on the expensive side but the managers advice was spot on. There is no good cheap alternative, it is a long way and access to the airport is not easy. This was a very professional transfer. Breakfast was also excellent and well prepared. Would very much recommend this hotel which is quite a class act for a very reasonable price.

This new hotel is absolutely worth of visiting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and bed was comfortable. It takes just 10 minutes to walk to the old town which probably is the most important sight in Rayong.
