Breakfast with amazing. Pool was over run with 15+ kids who were unsupervised and acting like unparented tweens. Wouldn't stay again due to pool issue.

We just needed an overnight stay on the way to NH. The room was huge, beds very comfortable, and there was a kitchenette to put sofas and left overs. Check in was fast and the staff super courteous and helpful. The location was really good too. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

This hotel is near the airport and right under the flight path. So expect some noise, but the sound insulation built into the windows seemed to be enough to adequately mitigate the noise while indoors. The hotel was mostly well-maintained and the bed was adequately comfortable. The breakfast was a bit marginal - they ran out of food and juice several times while we were there - they did get replenished fairly quickly but it was still disconcerting.

The walls and floors are ridiculously thin. I swear they are made of cardboard. You can hear the people above you tiptoe through their room like they are stomping in concrete shoes and if the people next to you are watching tv you can hear every word. This is especially fun when trying to sleep at 1am. Nothing could drown out the noise, even headphones and white noise. I will never stay there again, two nights of no sleep is crazy and unacceptable. The good note is the rooms are very large and clean and the staff is wonderful.

Checked in and found bed bugs in our room. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and offered us a discounted stay. When we declined they offered to help us find another accommodation and gave us a full refund on our reservation.

I had an amazing stay. We even got a goodie bag. I was so happy with the room. The hotel was super clean. There was also so much space in the rooms. When traveling with my family this is the hotel we choose.

Katrina at check-in was very friendly and accommodating. On different note, a couple of other front desk members that I encountered throughout the stay weren’t as friendly nor did they give any acknowledgment when passing by. Room was clean and amenities were nice. I would stay here again with my family.

It was fine. Worked for what we needed. Downsides 1. Blue blinking light in the A/C unit. 2. Set A/C on 68, felt fine during the day however it got warm at night. 3. Very little hot water.

Due to a connection issue I booked a room twice and immediately canceled one reservation when I realized the error. At the hotel they told me to contact orbitz for a refund, but when I did the hotel denied the refund because 2 days had passed. I will never use this hotel again.

First time staying at Home2 Suites. It was amazing and kid friendly. Very spacious and the staff were all very pleasant. Housekeeping showed up twice a day to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying at Home2 Suites from now on.

We arrived before the actual check in time, and when we arrived the Front-Desk Staff, (Nicole I believe) made sure we could get into our room, we had an excellent time. When traveling with kids under 10 they want to get out of the car and swim usually. The breakfast was really good, the only thing missing from breakfast was a breakfast meat. There is eggs, waffles, fritatta/omlette, cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, toast, oatmeal, and juices. While there we were visiting areas around Florence, and upon returning to the hotel, the staff at the front desk was Eslen and Katrina. They were both upbeat, happy, and excited to make sure that every guest was happy and satisfied with their stay. Both women went above and beyond for the customers. They always said hello, asked if you needed anything and constantly were moving to make sure everyone was taken care of. These two were exceptional employees, they were knowledgeable about the area and willing to make recommendations to restaurants and attractions in the area. I am from the Metro-Detroit area, and brought the staff some soda available in the Detroit area and made sure that they knew they were appreciated. I especially make the time complimenting to the staff that are deserving and make sure everyone and everything is above and beyond!

Great hotel for families! Lots of amenities and the complementary breakfast was well-varied and pretty tasty. Katrina checked us in and was so kind, making sure to go over all the amenities, breakfast hours, and local happenings. Even though there were plenty of families in the hotel, we didn't hear a peep from other rooms or the hallway. We will definitely use this hotel during future travels!

Toilet was loose, leaking from the bottom. Window roller covering shed didn't work, AC very noisy , bathroom door didn't close properly , water pressure in shower very low, breakfast very poir, oranges almost rotten
