Everythings was perfect … except the pilows !

Was disappointed no bath and also no kettle or tea making facilities - this was resolved though as I requested a kettle from housekeeping. Channels on TV - would be good to have some English ones?

We were only there for one night before flying out of Lisbon, but all amenities (spa, pol, hot hub) that one might use for paying the price of night were closed at 1930hrs, The design was grand but boring, lacking character that should be expected for a Lisbon stay. Carpets were stained. Drywall patches were noticeable throughout. Also, the two small elevators were always full by the time it reached our floor and we had to carry iut baggage downstairs after 15mins of waiting. For the price, this was our least impressive hotel in our two week travel.

We had a very nice stay. Hotel, spa and pool were all very good, as was the service.
We had booked our room several weeks in advance but on arrival a twin room was not available. It was not idea sharing a King with my son, but just about ok

A nice hotel, but probably more of a 4* than a 5*.
The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet location with convenient transport options nearby.
The pool area was quite crowded during our stay with limited sunbeds. That said, we still found this area enjoyable to cool off from the heat.
Ricardo at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful during our stay.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We got a very warm welcome when we arrived! Friendly staff, great help with luggage to our room. The room was clean and airy, but we would have loved a balcony. Especially for hanging out wet swimsuits haha. The pool was nice and clean, and not overly crowded, but COLD! That is the main complaint we have with our stay. Other than that, a beautiful hotel, about a 30 minutes downhill walk to the city center (which we thought was fine as we like walking) AND great drinks at the pool bar. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is well-designed, classy, and has a kind and accommodating staff. The pool area and spa were great. We highly recommend Iberostar to all tourists—especially North Americans who have an unrealistic standard to European accommodations. We were certainly impressed.

Pros: Good location, clean, spacious rooms, indoor and outdoor pools.
Very polite and welcoming reception staff.
Cons: You can only access the indoor pool once free of charge.
Room is cleaned sometime in the afternoon while you stay there, but check out needs to be done promptly by lunch time in order to clean the room...
The area around the pool is not well kept, a real downside to this hotel. Grass overgrown, half dead. In addition, it is also overlooked by surrounding buildings.
Went for a coffee at the pool bar in the morning and was closed. Was offered the possibility to make my own coffee at the breakfast buffet and was charged 7 euros.

Perfect hotel for a weekend away with girlfriends. Lovely staff - reception staff very attentive, bar and restaurant staff great and very helpful. Maybe the lifeguard could be a little more friendly but certainly didn’t spoil our trip. Breakfast had a wide selection of options and snacks from pool bar lovely. Great location - not a bad walk to the old town. Pool and bar area a bonus. Rooms were great and beds comfy. Definitely recommend and will stay again if visit Lisbon.

Nice hotel for the most part. Two issues that were kind of too big to ignore. The beds are old and uncomfortable, pillows are terrible. The pool was crowded and the water was dirty because it was so over used. Probably wouldn't go back to this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Iberostar hotel in Lisbon, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The front desk staff and hotel bar staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making every interaction a delight. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, and there’s an amazing restaurant right across the street that you shouldn’t miss.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast at the hotel. I highly recommend starting your day with their delicious and varied offerings. The diversity of the guests added to the vibrant atmosphere, making the experience even more enjoyable.
If I had to point out one small negative, it would be a bit of friction with the staff at the pool, who weren’t as welcoming as the rest of the team. However, this was a minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, contributing to an overall fantastic experience. I highly recommend the Iberostar hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon!

Property was very nice and convenient. Breakfast was little pricey at the restaurant but there are plenty of options near the hotel.

Really nice hotel. Staff was amazing and really attentive. Helped with a lot of navigation efforts and guidance on the surrounding area. Room was great although in both stays ended up in the B building which I don’t get the impression has the same views as the A building.

Excellent stay, staff very attentive and helpful, breakfast very good with plenty of choice and as much as you can eat, great to have the pool facility after a warm day touring the city, rooms very good, comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. Staff are a real plus point here, very helpful and speak great English too.

This is a very nice hotel with just about everything you would expect from a 5*. Front desk staff and Concierge were very helpful, breakfast buffet and diner at the restaurant were very good, the spa facility and pool were very nice. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk downhill to shopping and 15 minute walk down to the main tourist areas.
A few quirks / observations about our room. The bathroom sink faucet is too close the back of the sink basin, which makes washing hands awkward; the soap dispenser holder fell off the wall in the middle of the night - it’s just a plastic stick-on. It sat on the counter for the rest of our stay. They had bathrobes but no slippers. The other 2 hotels on our trip had slippers.
Our bed was really firm and housekeeping was closed, but the front desk staff found a pillow top cover and installed it themselves for us - that’s great service. Overall it’s a great city-centre hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool which are hard to come by in that area.

The staff from bellman to front desk to the bar lounge was always pleasant, professional and helpful! I would definitely stay her again if/when we return to Lisbon!

Air conditioning on the property was a disaster - two staff members telling us the property mechanicals hadn’t been functioning properly. Rainhead shower button would stick in the shower once pressed and you couldn’t get the button back out. Front desk staff was so rude - at one point arguing about not willing to do anything to fix the problem until the manager returns the next day. Over 3 occasions we requested maintenance to come look at the problem … we’re told they were on their way, but never showed up. At one point, the front desk woman actually laughed at me when we were expressing our frustration. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Every Iberostar property I’ve stayed in has been excellent. I really like the eco friendly environment. All this means is, there is very little if any disposable items, namely the use of plastic. Back in the old days, there weren’t any plastic utensils, or drinking vessels. Iberostar properties seem to hold to that standard. It’s a shame that the old ways are considered to be innovative today instead of just being “the way”. Wherever we travel we search for an Iberostar property to stay at.

Traveling as a couple and spent about 5 days at the hotel. We loved the room and found the bed to be comfortable; really enjoyed that they had a water machine right in the hallway so we always had access and did not have to purchase bottles. Additionally, utilized the gym and sauna which were well kept and wonderful. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was safe, convenient, and near quite a bit of shopping, food, etc. would stay here again

Pool and spa are great

Hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable. Staff were helpful except they weren’t aware of a strike that was occurring at all of the tourist sites which lead to a full day closure. I was told by others that hotels are notified of this so that they can inform their guests. The bathrooms don’t provide much privacy. So I wouldn’t recommend if you are traveling with friends. The location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions. The lobby has a very strong perfume smell almost as if they are masking a smell.

Couldn’t sleep because of the lifts. Extremely uncomfortable bed, to the point springs we’re poking our back. When asked to change room we were told to pay extra money. Amenities such as milk for your coffee were missing. No vanity provided.

Rooms were big based on European standards and quiet. The breakfast was excellent including the facility. Also enjoyed the free water dispenser on each floor.
