Lovely boutique hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Facilities in the room were above and beyond expectations. Coffee maker, kettle, usual vanity goods including ear plugs if necessary. Everything was maintained to a very high standard. Immaculate.

First, the rooms are as pictured and very clean. The property has less than two dozen rooms so it’s cozy and the guests get lots of personal attention. Breakfast is excellent with a few standard items and something new everyday. Highly recommend this property.

we visit in Lanca for 2 days. the hotel is in the center of the city. near all the shops, near the beach. close to resturant, and public transportion.

This property surpassed my expectations! The location is fantastic and close to many shops, restos and the beach. Then the breakfast - I could see it was well curated and effort had been put in - there was a unique salad made with quinoa and figs that was delicious. But the highlight has to be the service rendered by the owners. They were warm and very very helpful - offering advice as well as helping with things like tours and cabs. A brilliant stay I had and I will recommend this place in an instant.

Wonderful place to stay, especially if you like wine and want to try something spectacular. Very accommodating and friendly and comfortable. Only small gripe: noise from the road with people driving by at high revs during the night. So ask for an upper floor at the back!

Good and affordable hotel. Right in the busy paet of the city. But sound isolation is quite good (although could hear a bit of noise feom the outside). Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is alright. Staff is helpful and really nice. Parking is 2mn away by walk and 5€/day.

This hotel and staff were absolutely amazing!!! Very attentive to our every need. The room were perfect. We felt super comfortable!!! Great location!! Close to everything. Beach, restaurants, stores and markets. Will definitely stay again!!!

Very friendly staff. Hotel is very convenient. Beach is like 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants near by. It’s very safe area.

It is a very nice property. It really is the perfect location. I few minute walk from the castle, St Lazarus church, beach and museums. There is a perfect running trail on the boardwalk. The price was better than the other hotels around there. Some good restaurants nearby. Very clean. There is no breakfast but there are places close by to get breakfast. I would stay again.

Perfect location, super lovely reception staff, Tula and Magda could not do enough to make my stay great.My constructive feedback was that the room (mine was a Grand Studio Balcony) was smaller than expected.Additionally, given it had a kitchenette, there was no dishcloth, scourer, tea towel, stirring spoons etc.a few euros spent would make the space more liveable to welcome guests.Also, the bathroom soap and toilet roll dispensers look like they would be more suitable in an office, just seemed out of place in a studio apt..Would probably stay here again, enjoyed my 5 day trip to Larnaca.

Lovely place to stay, close to cute restaurants and the beach but still quiet. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and communicated with us when we landed and before the reception closed for the day. It was our first post-COVID stay. The rooms were clean, bed was quite stiff though. AC worked great. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was nice too but could have been cleaner. Overall a great stay, would recommend!

The stay at Art and Wine was excellent. The apartment was well planned and perfect for a couple. During our stay (early March) we spent a lot of time on the roof-top where there was also a Jacuzzi with perfect view of the sunset. The hotel was the cleanest facility We have ever visited, putting many 5-star locations to shame. The staff were also lovely and super-considerate. We hope to return soon!

Fantastic, small boutique hotel in central Larnaca, 3 streets back from the front. Great welcome from reception on arrival who couldn't do more for you! The rooms are spacious and very well appointed, the roof top hot tub and wine area has to be seen and tried. We were very lucky and met the owner Nikos who gave us a wine tasting in his own time at no charge. Fantastic trip and will be back for sure.

I was very impressed by the accommodations. It is modern, clean. The shower is very convenient having rain shower and handheld shower heads. At the time of checking guests are provided with the fruits, bottled water and bottle of champagne, which we took to the roof terrace and enjoyed. The room has everything one possibly need. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I really cannot name anything that I would not like

Great location, within easy walking distance to the town centre and beach. Great welcome by the staff. Appreciated the gifts for the toddler on arrival which cheered him up after a long flight. Stayed in an apartment with a two year old and a baby. Rooms were small but adequate, warm and clean. Please note that none of the bathrooms have a bath, so it was difficult with the toddler for us. However, a baby bath was provided for the baby as was a cot free of charge. Tea and coffee was never replaced which we found unusual for a hotel. They provide you with a coffee machine that requires pods but only provided two for the whole five nights. Not sure why so thrifty with also the instant coffee (2x sachets) and the tea bags (x2). Odd. Overall the friendly staff and the location made the stay enjoyable and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a short stopover for one night at Art & Wine. We couldn’t fault it. It’s perfectly located in the centre of Larnaka and everything was stylish and new. The check in process and customer service was spot on; they let us have a later check out because the next people in our room were arriving later. The breakfast is provided by the cafe next door and was delicious, sat outside in their little garden enjoying our final Larnaka sunshine before going home. We’ll definitely visit again (and for longer) next time we’re in Larnaka.

This hotel is a WOW. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Upon arrival Maria and Julia saw how stressed that I was and they immediately asked what they could do for me. Julia got me water while I was checked in. I had difficulty finding the hotel and spent a considerable amount of time trying to find it. Maria went out of her way to wait with me for the arrival of my friend, after she closed that first evening. Maria also contacted the owner, Niko and arranged for a personal wine tasting for my friend and I as I am a sommelier and I chose this hotel because of the art and wine and the reviews. Niko is amazing and his vast knowledge of Italian wine and assortment of wines made the stay even better. I purchased 3 bottles of wine to enjoy with my friends. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
