The chair in the room was slented and cannot be sitten. People slips off. I carried the broken chair to the front desk being told to carry it back because it won't be able to change until the next day. I told the young man at the desk that it needs to be put away as it's dangerous. He was indifferent. I advised him to move to place it in his office as it could cause accident in the lobby. He didn't even raise his head.

This is in a really sketchy area. Loys of activity late night on a weeknight. Was very nervouse about parking my car put of my sight. Walls are super thin, had to listen to a couple fighting about wanting to sleep woth someone they met earlier. And threatening to beat each other up. So that was fun..... To be clear they werent yelling they were juat talking slightly loudly. I could hesr every word as if they were in the bed next to me.

We had a terrible experience at the Motel. The first room we were in still had kids toys and trash under the bed, so it had not been properly cleaned obviously. They moved us to another room and the AC wouldn't work in that one, so they moved us to a 3rd room and this morning when I went to flush the toilet it would not flush and began to run over into the floor. We called the front desk to let them know and no one came to do anything. I turned the water off to keep it from continuing to overflow, as the toilet was running. When we got ready to leave I realized that I had left my shows in the other room. When we went back and check the room they were gone. The lady at the front desk checked the house keeping cart to see if maybe they were there, but they were no where to be found. Someone stole my shoes...smh. I do NOT recommend staying at this motel. I should have known something was up when the lady at the front desk told me no drugs and prostitution allowed when I was checking in.

Good location near 95.Close to Petersburg Battle Field ,both East and West fronts .Front desk helpful and polite .Room big and clean .It was basic but beds restful and clean. Felt safe ,although surrounding location had seen better days. Price was well worth it.

No servicing of the room until asked, no shampoo available (but they had conditioner!). Moderately clean room, but facilities are old/worn. A/C unit leaks onto floor, loud guests yelling all night. And the 2:40 am room phone ringing was an unwelcome surprise. Front desk staff was nice and friendly.

Staff are nice and friendly. However property need alot of renovations, bathroom door won’t close, missing shower curtains, ac leaking water on floor, can see that some stuff are broken (lamp, AC cover, remote for tv, etc). Staff have to move me to a different room twice. One of the room (non-smoking double queens bed room that the staff give me instead of king size bed room) I sleep in is fine however it seem like a door where you go into another room is damaged like someone try to break in, that is my concerns for safety. I also can smell someone smoking in the non-smoking room. I only slept there for one night.

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. At check-in, the clerk walked ahead to the room and verified that the fridge, microwave, TV, and AC were operating and that the room was clean. The only negative was the smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby and corridors.

worst hotel experience. Needed quick access to bathroom upon arrival and nobody was at front desk to unlock the bathroom. Finally came to check us in. Room had roll in shower as requested, but no seat to sit on in shower. No way to take a shower without a seat. Sheets were stained, and room smelled bad as if somebody had just left there after smoking. Decided to check out and not stay there, but front desk person was outside having a smoke and playing on tablet. The only good part was that I got a full refund since we didn't stay there.

I was staying there for 2 day. When i checked in staff was friendly. The second night i got back to my room with the door open all my things had been gone through and garbage was dumped on the floor. I do not ever recommend staying here and personally think they should be shut down.

This Hotel 6 was less than desirable. Lacked amenities dirty hallways. The blankets had burn holes visible. The room smelled and there was no shampoo available. Terrible place to stay.

If you’re just looking for somewhere to lay your head definitely not bad. Not in a very good area and didn’t have very good water pressure or very hot water. However, it was clean and the desk clerk was amazing!

Check-in was super easy. The desk worker was very friendly. I asked for the ground floor. She also brought us extra pillows. It is no frills, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area. We easily found restaurants and shopping. Easy access to 95. Plenty of parking. No breakfast, but fresh coffee. We would stay there again.

The site didn’t state for early check in it would be $30 for 45 early checking, the bedding the towels were dinging looking the comforter had a hole in it. The floors were nasty just overall poor quality nothing was wiped down properly. I always travel with Lysol wipes, disinfectant spray, bugs spray, and I use it all wasn’t what I was expecting at all. I definitely will be traveling with disposable bedding going forward. It was non smoking and the sheet/ had a burn hole in it

At first i was very reluctant to stay here because of all the bad reviews, i was only in town to get my son from the base. But to my surprise it was actually nice, clean, and quiet.The staff were super nice.

The staff was great and super helpful. There was a smell of sewer in the hall the entire time we were there, and it looked as if the main drainage pipe was located in the middle of the hallway. The area where the motel is located is in an area that feels very unsafe. Once we went into the room, we did not go out if it was dark, we had food delivered, and I kept checking out the window on my car.
