This is an easy stay for business. Plenty of parking, a quick check in with pleasant staff, and a nice decor. My room was very comfortable with all of the amenities you'd expect. What strikes me most is how clean all of the spaces are. There's no dust in the corners of the rooms and the bathroom was immaculate. The bath wallpaper had a slight white glaze on it and the manager messaged me to tell me that they were working to get it fixed. I appreciated the initiative and attention to detail. The breakfast was nice with lots of variety. They even had gluten free options on request.This hotel will be top of my list for St. Louis travel.

Great stay from thw time we walked through the doors. Netti at the front desk was super and very personable. Very clean and great decor! The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Although it is close to the highway it was quiet. Loved the breakfast as wrll as the courtyard.

We were sad the pool was closed for the weekend, as it was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. But, it didnt dampen our visit with our granddaughter too much. Our room was in tge second floor above the entrance and we could hear people later at night and very early in the morning talking outside which interrupted my sleep. But overall, this is a great hotel. It was our second stay there. The employees, especially the lovely woman who takes care of the breakfast area, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good!

Never got to stay at the property and could not cancel due to Covid 19 sickness. No cancel policy sucks. Buyer beware of this policy. No one to talk to and hotel says it’s on Expedia. Never going to use them again. Too many other site that have the ability to connect with a real person.

King rooms have extra large double beds, NOT king beds. You are charged for king room, I have stayed at hundreds of other hotel chains, a king bed vs this king bed much smaller width and length

We stayed in a queen suite for 3 nights and we enjoyed it. The staff was all nice and greeted us each time we interacted. This includes the housekeeping staff. We chose to get our own towels and not have anyone enter the room until our stay was over. Each towel request was handled quickly with a smile. Breakfast was good as well. I'd definitely stay there again and again.

Everything about this property was a breath of fresh air! Excellent service, excellent room! We checked out early from another property close by that was disgusting and the service and cleanliness we found at this hotel made the rest of our vacation very pleasant! thank you for a job well done team!
