Got room went to it wasn't cleaned at all. Was given different room they had to do a quick cleam. Still wasn't clean enough but had no choice. We didn't even get the room we booked

The stay itself was uneventful. It was a normal hotel experience-no better, no worse. The nightmare began when the hotel clerk claimed the room had not been prepaid and charged our card for the stay-even though we had already prepaid. Hotels.com was "not able to reach the hotel" and promised to follow up. We DID have pets, so we expected a $50 pet fee as promised in the terms and conditions. HOWEVER, the second charge was for $150-not the $50 pet fee stated on hotels.com. Fast forward about two weeks, and I have gotten nothing but the run around from both Homewood Suites and hotels.com. First, the manager was going to refund the extra payment. Then, they couldn't "find" the charge. Then, the manager was refusing to refund. Now, today, all of a sudden it's "the pet fee." It's very clear they charged far more than they should have and are not the least bit apologetic about it. I would suggest only using a card that has the amount you expect to pay. We normally really like staying at Homewood Suites hotels, but this experience has really soured us and it's unlikely we will be back unless they admit their mistake and undertake training for their staff so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Good luck!

Very clean hotel, easy on/off I95. Dining options in the area Texas Roadhouse, Outback, Chilis etc….. Also there is a Target Store near the hotel about 0.25 miles away.

Very new, clean, and modern facility. Rooms are well appointed with a full fridge, dishwasher, and very comfortable bed. For those driving EVs, please note that although they advertise "destination chargers", these are for TESLA only, so you need an adapter to charge. There are only two spots.

I would of rated this property all 5 stars, but thier database crashed. They had no backup hard copy of who paid just which rooms they were assigned. I had to write my debit card info on a paper which is something your not suppose to do when traveling. They had to escort everyone to thier rooms so they can open the door.... However, the room was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. We needed to use a handicap room, I really think hotels needs an education on what handicap accessible means, we of course had a backup plan for our son, but it would be nice that a handicap accessible room had a handicap accessible bathroom..... Putting rails on a wall isn't enough...

Property was very updated and clean. Staff was so courteous and pleasant. My only complaint is pet owners should be on their own floor. We were next door to a dog owner and it was very noisy. I love animals so that was not the issue. The dog barked at everything.

Upon check-in I inspected the sheets due the pillows being extremely wrinkled and the room smelled of Lysol spray. When i pulled the comforter over the sheets and the pillow cases had stains. It was obvious the only thing done was the staff pulled the comforter set up to make the bed. When I went to the house keeper that was in the next door cleaning and informed her the sheets were not changed, she immediately said to me she knows exactly who that was that cleaned the room, because this person does that all the time. The housekeeper then proceeds to call the manager on her work phone which she had on speaker and I even heard the manager say, "she did this again?' Clearly this is a known issue the hotel knows their employees are not changing sheets for new check-in and they still work there. This was beyond disgusting and made my stay very unpleasant to know this. After driving over 10 hours and experience an matter like this was not tasteful and for the staff to know this is a known issue of sheets not being changed, is beyond me. What if I was someone who does not insect, this not sanitized and a health hazard. The only action that was taking was my room got changed, no extra perks or anything else. Beware of your sheets not clean upon check in, as they only spray lysol.

This is a very nice hotel! I enjoyed my stay. The only complaint I have, is my room was in the front just behind the flag pole. So, the super bright lights that shine on the flag pole shined directly into my room all night. The blackout curtains didn’t stand a chance.

Awesome stay. Rooms was gigantic which is great for kids and adults. Kitchen inside the room has everything one needs to get by. Only thing was that we pulled the sofa from the wall and noticed that no cleaning was anywhere near there for a while.

We have stayed here three times now and this was the first time we were slightly annoyed. The bed was nice and comfy the bathroom was clean, the breakfast was yummy. The only negative I can say is check in was not good. Check in time was 3pm we got there at 4pm and our room was not ready for us till 5:20. Then we went to the desk for a blankt and there were none clean. we were told one would be brought up when it was clean. That didn't happen.
