Totally remodeled but kept the vintage looks, like the shower, breakfast. Did not like hearing the noise of I 70, over all it’s good.

Such a beautiful place! Great hospitality and breakfast. Option for late/ remote check-in was very helpful. Great jumping off point for skiing! We have already booked again. :)

Quaint B&B with plenty of shared living spaces furnished with antique furniture that is more interesting to look at than functional. There were home made brownies out, but they were uncovered and stale by check-in time. The other guests were nice, and people seemed to mingle as much as they wanted. There are three living rooms, but only a few guest rooms. Since it's a former old house, and therefor close quarters, there are gaps under the bedroom doors and you will hear your neighbors when they shower at 6 am. We stayed in a pretty, large, clean room with a comfortable bed, sitting area and nice bathroom with tub and local hand scrubs and soaps that were lovely. The breakfast sausages, toast and coffee were very good, but our potatoes, the main course, were undercooked. It's on the west side of town, one of the last houses before you head up Guanella Pass, so it's beautiful and quiet. Easy walk to town.

We had a lovely stay at the Rose Street Bed and Breakfast! Not only is the house itself beautiful, inviting, and comfortable, but Jaime is a kind and thoughtful hostess who has a real gift for gentle hospitality. And there were many fun things to do there, just within the house! We cannot recommend the Rose St. B&B highly enough!

Stayed in the Fall River Room. The new bathroom was very nice. Loved the local soaps. Breakfast was excellent. We didn’t spend a lot of time there other than sleeping. A couple observations: a table or small cabinet next to sink would be helpful to keep the sink from being too cluttered. There is no deadbolt for security and You need the lock the old fashioned lock from the inside so a serious fire safety hazard.

Wow. What a great time in Georgetown. Jaime is super nice and helpful. We were there for the Christmas Market this year. It is a classic old Victorian. The rooms are small but our bathroom was updated and very comfortable. Plenty of room in the common care to relax, watch TV or read a book. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Don't miss the Hotel de Paris museum on 6th street. Wonderful insight into living 140 years ago! We will be back!!

This was an old Victorian home relatively new to the b&b owners (3 or 4 years, with nearly half of that Covid.) They have retained the Victorian character and decor while adding contemporary comforts like the new and lovely bathroom in our room. The grounds, including on-site parking, are also beginning to blossom with thoughtful landscaping. It was the innate graciousness and hospitable down-to-earth thoughtfulness of our hosts, however, which made our stay special.

Not only is this BNB clean, well decorated, and well located, Jamie, the owner, is delightful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend the Rose Street Bed and Breakfast! We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

A wonderful, welcoming inn. We felt catered to, and thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning! We loved the extra care in utilizing local services for the toiletries provided, and even stopped at The Soap Shop on our way home to purchase shampoo and conditioner!

We had a restful one night stay in this beautiful B&B on our drive home after a week of skiing. The rooms and main areas were nicely decorated and very clean. Jaime served a wonderful, delicious breakfast. They followed all recommended precautions including wearing masks in common areas and expected all guests to do the same. We wish we had more time to explore the town and take the walking tours and drive up the pass. We hope to return someday to do that! Thanks Jaime!

We had an amazing time at the Rose St. Bed and Breakfast. Jaime was the best host! We stayed in the Guanella Pass Suite and our room was magnificent. Breakfast was to die for. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Georgetown and the surrounding areas are beautiful.

This was a delightful experience! Hosts are kind and attentive. They have decorated this 1882 home in Victorian style while also updating With some nice modern amenities. The beds are comfy, the rooms well appointed and breakfast was delicious!

Exceptional place in a historical Georgetown. We had a wonderful time. Jamie serves amazing breakfast. It was a great location for our hiking trip to Mt Bierstadt. We are so happy that we stayed at Rose Street B&B, even if only for two nights. We will definitely be back!

We sere made very welcome and treated wonderfully from the time we arrived to the time we departed. Our hosts wore masks whenever they were in our poresence and social distancing was practiced throughout the stay. Our room and the entire building were immaculate as were the grounds. Breakfasts were great and the folks staying there had seperate breakfast times to avoid any groups. We will definitely be repeat guests.

Rose Street bed and breakfast is a gem. Justin and Jaime have created the perfect resting spot in a gorgeous surrounding. We are so thankful to have discovered this wonderful place last year. We enjoyed our stay here very very much. Everything is beautiful and clean. The soap, shampoo, and sugar scrub were fabulous. The breakfast was amazing. The Inn Owners are wonderful. They even assisted us when we had an unexpected dead battery in the morning. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
