the entire resort was massive 4 seperate beaches beautiful sunbeds, the rooms fully set for relaxation, rooms on ground level had there own pools to the rooms rooms on first level had a larger balacony with spa staff could not do enough for there quest also having our own rental car made it so much easier to get around when we wanted to, i will come back here again 10 out of 10 for me.

The staff, beaches, position of hotel were first class. However the hot food at breakfast was always cold. This is something that has been highlighted by previous visitors for months but has obviously not been addressed. Cold fried eggs, bacon, mushrooms etc. The other issue is our pool. We had a nest grove junior suite with pool. The pool was not circulating water constantly like the pools around us. The filters were not emptied and full of bugs. The staff tried to assure us the pool was safe even though the water wasn’t circulating which I feel is not true at all. Consequently it wasn’t very clean.
Overall I felt the hotel staff were fabulous but the food wasn’t. There wasn’t a children menu either and very little around the hotel for children to do even though it’s advertised as child friendly. However, the nest grove rooms are very close to the beautiful Banana beach so that compensates for it.

The property is amazing. The staff is very professional and on point. We will be going back next year for sure.

All friendly staff and amazing leisure infrastructure. Beach access to private and public area and swift bar services make the stay unforgettable. Hotel cuisine is international, who likes Greek kitchen will find tavernas and beach bars in walking distance

What a horrible hotel! It ruined our last 4 days of holidays in Sporades. A completely different hotel from pictures, website and instagram. The hotel reopened at 1st of July and we arrived on the 4th. To start with, the room was so dirty, and dusty, that was probably left uncleaned when they closed down in autumn. No regulations of cleanliness at all , under the circumstances we are facing at the moment. TV was not working, safe wan not working. The amount of dust underneath the bed was horrendous, humidity on wall, a bad odour

Most beautiful setting with 4 beaches, and fantastic views. Take the 5 euro Kapitan boat transfer to Skiathos town, or bus for 2 euros from stop at bottom of hotel (no 26)

The hotel and room was fantastic- we loved the personal service and the staff were obliging and always had a smile. The breakfast was amazing with everything you could wish for, the staff always kept the various bowls full and good coffee. We must thank the hotel for an upgrade- this should not be expected- as we were booked in near the end of September and the Season was coming to an end.Our only disappointment was that the beach and beach bar which were not up to the standard of previous years before the building of the Elivi Hotel when they were outstanding, and the reason for our booking this year.(thank goodness we had a pool)Lastly we found that by spending a while at the Hotel it was not convenient for Skiathos Town as it was a bit too far to drive to for a casual walk around or after a meal and a few drinks - the Restaurants at the Hotel were expensive when compared to those of similar quality in Town.

The spa area was disappointing. The location was great. Access to beaches great. Reception staff totally ignorant we observed many of them answering the phone and talking to colleagues whilst dealing with clients at the counter which was very frustrating j deed.

Views are exquisite, best on the Island and the setting for the hotel cannot be faulted.
However, The kids club isn’t quite as advertised online and doesn’t always happen.
Service could be better.

Access to beautiful Banana Beach. Friendliness of the staff.

Pros: Lovely location and rooms with large private pool. Banana beach was beautiful and the sun beds had the most comfortable far mattresses of any I have tried. Very relaxing day time resort. Cons: the hotel restaurants were over priced and not great food. The hotel beach bars had limited choices and were also expensive. The Nest apartments were a long way from the main hotel where breakfast was served and the exit to get buses. The was a golf buggy service but sometimes you had to wait for 20-30 mins so had to plan ahead. We ended up going to Skiathos town every night to eat as the area had limited choices. Summary: This could be a great hotel but it needs some staff training and improvements to the restaurants.

Excellent location with great beaches surrounding the hotel. Being a family with 2 kids (5 and 3) we were pleased to stay in Grace beach front rooms with private pool. The beach was amazing, providing you privacy (in comparison with Koukounaries and Banana) and relaxing atmosphere. Needless to say the convenience we had being 10 seconds from our room. Beach bar was overall ok, with good staff.
Private pool of the room was quite small and over clorinine...
Breakfast had plenty of choices (even for me that I have kefir for breakfast) and variates. Very good, matching with a five star hotel.
We had dinner in the Italian which was value for money, but not something extraordinary in terms of food.
Our neighbours had dinner to the Japanese restaurant and their experience was of great quality food but to expensive.
We visited once, banana beach and it was quite crowded and we left after a couple of hours (if you are couple without childrens it might be nice).
Overall, very relaxing holidays where you can recharge your batteries and spend quality time with your family.
Some negatives aspects (i.e. cleaning) will be fixed in due time since the hotel has two years of operation and it's new.
Overall,

Great hotel - perfect location with good beaches. Room was lovely - got an unexpected upgrade on arrival which can was a nice surprise! Only disappointment was the lack of service from the staff on the beaches... 2 staff servicing over 100 loungers meant it was extremely slow and frustrating.

Very nice hotel, great location, we enjoyed our stay.

An amazing place. There was plenty to see and do and with a family wedding (in a different hotel) as our main reason for the stay, we didn’t get to spend as much time as we would have liked here and still discovered new areas on our last day. A site map would be a great benefit to guests.

The hotel, beach and room were really nice, the service was great. The only negative i have was the air conditioning which was not cool, reported it and sent someone to fix twice but nothing changed, warm air, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The clear sea on their beach was really good for snorkeling and the breakfast was really well done.

Beautiful hotel in gorgeous surroundings. Breakfast was amazing , so much choice and great view. Beds were really comfortable. Would have given top marks but for the fact that our room wasnt cleaned one day by 5pm so had to be chased up as we had no clean towels for showers etc Also the hotel offers to take you wherever you want to go within the complex via golf buggy but we gave up waiting twice as was told 2 mins and still waiting 25 mins later but overall a beautiful hotel.

Superbly located on the beautiful Koukounaries Beach, we had a lovely Grace suite with an amazing view of the sea. Our room was brand new and we did have a few teething problems but these were mostly dealt with speedily by the friendly hotel staff.

The location is stunning with breathtaking views from all parts of the hotel. Also the design and decor are beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The beaches are the best on the island and the new restaurant opened whilst we were there and was exceptional. The staff are wonderful always serving with a smile and go out of their way to help which makes your holiday very special. I also have a wheat allergy and they catered well for all my meals and provided me with special bread which was extremely good, not like the usual cardboard dished up in a lot of hotels in the UK! I wouldn’t hestitate to recommend to anyone and definitely would return

Beautiful setting, very comfortable. Easy access to Skiathos Town by boat or bus but with four beaches to choose from. Food at the hotel is good plus two local restaurants are worth trying.

Nice hotel but still had teething problems. Staff very keen to help for sure but very young and somehow inexperienced. This definitely not the staff fault but the management. The 4 beaches and service there excellent probably the best of the island. Would love to go back next year and see they evolved
