The room was really nice, but the floors felt like they haven’t been swept! Walking through the unit without shoes on was horrible! My feet would get covered in sand! I know it’s beside the beach, but I have stayed at Myrtle before and this is a first time experience for this! Also the living area needs to be when you walk in and the bedroom needs to be where the sliding door is. Layout was weird. Other than that it was a good stay!

The pools were cleaned in the morning which is good but they dont clean the hot tubs which were dirty and the lazy river wasnt the clean either but overall everything else was good and i really liked it may comeback next year!

We didn’t like the room we got furniture was broken it was dirty and we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our room even the pool was dirty even though it was cleaned and the people cleaning the pool were very slow the pool was supposed to be cleaned by 10:00 but they only started cleaning the pool at 10:00 and people were smoking in their houses on the balcony even though it said no smoking we didn’t like our stay there and we won’t be coming back to the Boardwalk resort. We don’t recommend it

The condo I booked was privately own with in the hotel which was unaware of because nothing tells you any of this until you arrive at the location.. which then the actual hotel people will not help you with anything they tell you contact your host which there was no way of getting a hold of the host no number or nothing … now on to the condo it was clean but a bit run down stove outdated and does not work.. no hot water tub pictures does not match the description on booking fridge shelves broke and cabinets tore up and old….now on to the hotel property there are no attendants anywhere to enforce outside people from swimming and kinda not safe for family’s every time you go out on balcony it reeks of smoke smell because no one enforces anything there

Pros= Suite was very roomy, plenty of beds 4-Total, Lil OutDated but clean. Pools were Clean. Cons=Would be nice if there was a restroom in pool area somewhere. Also Lazy River Jets dont work. Enjoyed our stay, Family of 5.

It was a beautiful waking up to the sound of the ocean but my boyfriend woke up to being biting by bed bugs and then seen baby roaches in the kitchen. So stay here at your own risk

Dirty dirty dirty, if I could give this place a zero I would, they have roaches, couches were filthy also worst place I have stayed by far. Also no house keeping for extended stays, we stayed 9 night and if you want clean towels you got to pay for it I have never stayed some where that doesn’t have house keeping threw out the stay. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL

The view was absolutely amazing.! Only downside was someone below us was smoking weed and we couldn’t take our grandchildren to the pool area due to people drinking and cussing a lot. Didn’t want them seeing all of that. They were sad they couldn’t swim in the pool area and couldn’t even let them on the balcony because it reeked of marijuana. So we had to take them to other areas to have a good time.

The room needed to be dusted, there was a diner chair that was wobbly and we had to put in closet so the kids wouldn't sit on it. It wasn't safe for kids and they were unable to provide cribs unless you paid 250.00. We had twins and needed 2 so it was difficult getting them to sleep. I was unable to get in the tub due to my disability.

It is very dated. No comfortable place to sit in the unit. No table and chairs to eat at. One chair on the balcony, every other unit had 2. Only way to shower was climbing in a jacuzzi tub with very high sides.

We like to take a long weekend at the beach before school gets out. The condo is on the fifth floor, looking directly down at the beach - gorgeous! It seemed well appointed, but we didn't cook or anything like that. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was really roomy for two people - bathroom each. Overall though, we had a great time.

There was a dirty pair of underwear in the bathroom when we arrived. There was sand in all of our beds when we arrived (hadn’t even been to the beach yet). There were dead cockroaches on the kitchen counter and in most of the kitchen cabinets. There was trash on the balcony when we arrived. Will absolutely not be staying here again in the future.

The view was excellent; pool was nice; good to be able to walk on the beach. Interior needed safety grab bars for the tub, a dustpan, broom replaced, stopper for sink. Condo was outdated; woodwork was dirty. Lots of towels, tho. Refrigerator does not work well; my salad was frozen.

This property was clean and right on the beach. There was a nice pool. The indoor pool was under maintenance, but looks very nice if it were open. The walls are very thin, and our neighbors were very loud, but that is not the property's fault.

The hotel was fine, not great but not terrible. Our room only had a dead bolt no other lock and no security around the hotel. One of the doors leading in to the hotel was completely broken and open. The actual room was okay, just dated.

Overall ok. Location was fabulous, right on the beach. The pools were very nice, but the lazy river was broken our entire visit. In the unit, the fan in the bathroom was broken. Faucets leaked. Bathtub drain clogged. Carpet was ancient and dirty. Washer/Dryer “amenity” is one set, in one building, serving the ENTIRE complex. Galley kitchen was basic, stove had broken knobs and burners. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The unit did not feel clean. Felt like a second rate hotel, not a vacation beach resort. Our room code didn’t work at check in, but Hosteeva was great, and solved the problem immediately. Good service by them can’t make up for the problems. I doubt we will be returning guests.

This property is infested with cockroaches. The view was pretty as long as you didn’t mind sharing it with these pests. They were all over the place, didn’t care that the lights were on or the time of day. Their feces is much apparent on the ceiling tiles. I would not recommend staying here unless you want these critters to get in your belongings.
