It was a very cozy and clean hotel. Had all the pans and plates and utensils. The ladies in the front were very friendly and helpful. Love that it was so close to the beach. My kids loved the pools. All the stores were close too, walking distance. And you can walk to the pier its so close. Over all i would stay here again. Expect us next year.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was all that my boys and I needed. It is older, but for the price it was well worth it. I was disappointed that the restaurant wasn't opened, but it's being updated so I understood. The front desk lady was very helpful and kind each time I talked to her. The pool was cleaned every morning. I will for sure be bringing my boys back.

we stayed for two nights and it was great. Family of four, enough space for all of us. We spent all day on the beach which was right out back. Perfect location, price friendly, no frills, friendly staff. Great beach stay!!

Pros: location, view, room amenities with the kitchen Cons: parking across the main road, holes in the wall, extremely loud elevator and outside noise, cleanliness could be better Hot tub was out service and the beach bar was under construction

Great views from front and back in the tower. Coffee was great. Kept my room an icebox! Cant get away from sand in the room. I love that this hotel isnt a cookie cutter box hotel! Cute and Quaint little place to stay! Second year in a row!

The Flamingo is an old school beach hotel with all the amenities of a larger beach hotel. It has a family run feel that is courteous and friendly without the huge crowds. It's also budget friendly considering it is right on the beach with great views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Room was clean, AC working good. Restroom need some fix but it work okay, little stuck with toilet flush some time. Overall it good for the price. Location are good and near foods place. Parking are good

Motel right on the beach walking distance to pier park and many restaurants wifi works great, tv as a whole lot of channels, coffee at the reception in the morning and friendly staff.

For a budget hotel, the place was excellent. Every other place that gives you a full size fridge, stove with oven, moderately stocked kitchen, and a sofa is 50-100+% more. The cabinets and doors are obviously old, but the place was clean and functional and the view of the ocean on the private balcony in the tower was great!

Very friendly. Parking was a little inconvenient and our stove needs to be replaced and doors going in bathroom was messed up. We also didn’t have a broom in the room. The room was very clean and the price was great.

The building was literally falling apart and dirty. Worst condition I’ve ever seen inside the United States. I have the staff a 4/5 because they gave me a refund and I left to stay somewhere else.

It had a couple pools to choose from so if one was packed there was still another location ! There’s also a whole area specifically designated just for lounging & tanning ! They have snacks, drinks, cold / hot coffee ( hot coffee is free ) & they also have big bags of ice you can purchase ! 10 / 10 I would definitely stay here again !!

The receptionist was amazing. She helped us find places for dinner and breakfast that were good. The room was great. It was on the floor first floor and we could go right out to the pool or the beach. it isn’t the Taj Mahal, but it is right on the beach!!

This is my Family and I 2nd stay at the Flamingo Hotel and Tower in Panama City Beach . It is right on the beach ! Convenient, clean, Hotel staff is very nice . Hotel has 2 nice clean pools and jacuzzi . Rooms are very spacious with full kitchen

We enjoyed staying at the Flamingo Towers. It was nice. We had a Deluxe room with a kitchen and cooked some meals . Everything worked. I would recommend staying here and will do so in the future.

We received an email from the property saying they begin checking in people at noon and when we arrived we ended up waiting over 2 1/2 hours for check in. There was not any place where we could sit while waiting, out of the heat. When we FINALLY got into a room, we had already seen several others come and get into rooms quickly. It seems we were put off where it should have been first come first serve.

The room colud have been better. The beds were clean and nice. The room needs repairs. The bar and restaurant were closed. That should have been noted on the website. The pool was very nice and clean.

Stayed here a few times. It’s older but had been renovated nicely. Some areas still show some age but that’s to be expected for the age and price point. We love that it’s in the middle of some of our favorite restaurants and they are walkable as is Pier Park

It’s amazing 2 pools with ocean beach views..easy access to beach. Proximity to adults things to do. Bars restaurants short walking distance to pier park and the fishing pier.rooms was plenty of space for family. Kitchen was nice to cook your own meals or something quick bite to eat. Nice views all around of the beach no parking fee even parking across the street well lighted .

The hotel was very welcoming and cute. Beach access was great. My only recommendation would be to maybe put a broom and dustpan in the room to allow guests to sweep up sand that inevitably comes into the room so maid service does not need to be called to sweep up.
