Very convenient location just outside Split old town. Very modern room with all the things you need and the space to feel comfortable.

Great place! Would benefit from a few more signs to make it easier to locate the entrance. It was also impossible to sleep with the windows open due to a lot of traffic noise, but overall, pleased about this stay!

If there were 10 stars location would get all 10 , rooms were nice , parking was a challenge but we were able to find something about a 10 min walk .
No signage visible on building as it’s in a large shared space …be sure to have outside picture of door to help locate .

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is exactly as descy

Room was very large, check in was friendly and easy. Very walkable area. Fit my needs for one night. Maybe it said it on the booking, but the rooms are on the 2nd floor and there is only stairs, so I had to haul my luggage up the stairs. If you or your party are not able bodied, this isn’t the location for you.

Very clean. Modern.
Not very well insulated. So you could hear the people in the morning on the corridor. Luisa at reception is very sweet and friendly. Gives you suggestions for around the city.
Could leave bags at reception. It’s a plus.

It’s a nice little room but the walls are thin and I didn’t sleep the best due to the noise from other guests

The hotel is in a good place. Just few meters from the old town. This has few rooms but as I was a solo traveler it was good for me. I was picked up at the airport and it was a nice person that did that. The staff is good and friendly.

Property was very modern

The property was super convenient. Right next to old town and very walkable to the areas near it. In any case there was a bus right in front! The staff was great, they were waiting for us when we got there and provided all we needed. I had accidentally booked a day less that I had intended too and upon asking the hosts for an extended stay (even when the website said it was all sold out), I was able to get the room for another day!

excellent location and staff. 4-5 min walking to palace👍

It is fine but as mentioned they need to be flexible to allow us to have an early check in.

The room was first class. We had to take a Bolt from the train station,,,only cost 5.50 Euro. When we arrived, it was dark, no sign out front, so a little daunting. We rang the bell, got check-in instructions from the person, excellent room. Went out for something to eat after the worst 6-hour train ride ever. Only complaint, We like to have the window open and there was a lot of street noise.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great location; right beside the old town.

Very clean and comfortable.Apartment is on the first floor, but no lift. So getting the luggage up has be kept in mind.
The lady was very friendly and helpful.

Great location for the old town, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfy bed, access to English speaking tv channels, handy fridge, tea making area in corridor was useful and the shower was fabulous.
Was reasonably easy to find. There were a few stairs which wasn’t ideal with our big case but we managed. Communication from property was very good. Would stay again.

Prima Luxury Rooms was an excellent choice although when we first arrived, we were not sure. The actual entrance was a little hard to find and the entrance lobby appeared a little sketchy. But once we found our way up to the first floor entrance, our room and the area was very nice. The room was clean and beautiful, nice linens, and the bathroom was spacious. A small refrigerator, safe and closet space were a nice touch. The location was excellent…. On a somewhat quiet street, and within walking distance of The Central Square, The Riva and water front harbor. Parking is an issue but Mia directed us to a public parking lot a couple of blocks away. Not ideal but just how it is in the City Centers in Croatia. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice room - quite spacious. Very nice staff. A little hard to find but otherwise great. Close to Old Town.

The location is ideal for walking to old town split and the room was clean. The air conditioner worked well too which was needed for how hot it got in early July. What was not made clear in the hotel description was that there are two locations (apparently ???). It was was advertised that parking would be available which it was not… we had to park in a lot nearby that was expensive. Also, it was advertised that breakfast would be available for purchase which again was not the case. Please update the descriptions to include what is/isn’t included at each property.

Location. Location. Location

Well positioned on the edge of the old town but hard to find the entrance. Once inside it was a nice modern room with good facilities including communal kitchenette and they stored our bags when we left.
A big problem was a lack of parking despite it being promised on the website. Very unhelpful advice about street parking and limited open air public parking which was very expensive. This was in May and I hate to think what it must be like in summer. An honest “we have no parking” would have saved a lot of stress!

Don’t be put off by the exterior, the rooms in this small accommodation are spacious (large shower!), air conditioning works great, staff is friendly and helpful and security is good - not that we ever felt vulnerable while in Split. Our only issue was that we had a car and had chosen this property because Expedia listed that parking is available on site. No, Split is a busy city and Prima Luxury Rooms is in a perfect location for walking but not for parking. As I checked in, another couple was returning to their room and I asked if they had needed parking and said that was one reason we had selected Prima - and they said”same for us!” and told me they had parked far away. We left the car in a pay lot several blocks away and made a couple trips with our luggage, but at 1.5 euros per hour 24/7 we didn’t want to leave the car there for our entire stay. There is free street parking about half a mile away, once we located that life was easier. Mikaela at the desk tried to help us with the parking situation but it’s complicated, as in any large city. We really, really liked our room, it was quiet, had a desk and ample space, with a coffee maker and kettle right outside in the hall. There is a private drive next to the entrance that made leaving with luggage easier as we staged our belongings by the door and parked super briefly to move them into the car. A heads up about the parking situation would have made a big difference for our initial stress level.

The staff that checked us in was very helpful but the checkout staff the following day was extremely rude. I would never stay there again! Plenty of nice places with excellent staff.

The room is, in my opinion, perfect. The bed, the shower, how tidy the room is... Everything is good. The inside of the establishment surprises a lot when you see the exterior. Special mention for the service: Julia is so frendly and nice. The price-quality ratio is fantastic.

This is a very nice, clean, modern apartment, located near Marmontova street so it's perfect location for exploring Split. Our room was spacious and tastefully designed with super comfortable bed and big shower.
Big thank to our friendly and helpful host who made our stay even better.
Definitely will stay there again and hopefully see you soon.

Spacious, modern room with everything you need. Reception staff was so friendly and helpful in giving orientation to the city and recommendations. Great location-across the street from palace and 5 minute walk to Riva. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay for your trip to Split this is it. The location is perfect because you are right next to all of the action but you don’t have to deal with all of the noise etc. The hostess was extremely helpful in getting me all situated and familiar with the area. The room was dark and quiet which I love for sleeping in. I highly recommend this hotel and thank you for a wonderful stay. It is a little tricky to find, so make sure you do your research a head of time, but once you find it once you are golden!
