A comfortable no fuss hotel, I arrived late but they were expecting me and had my room and check in ready which was wonderful. Comfortable bed and clean room.

The room is spacious and not noisy at night. Well situated. I would of liked to have something more suitable to hang our clothes. Also to have soap trays in the shower and also bar to hold to. Other than that is was good !

The motel looks awful from the outside. But the renovated room was “clean”. However when I say clean, like newly renovated. The cleaning not so much. You have high gloss floors, you need to clean that with proper cleaning products. The bath had a black ring around it, use a magic eraser. Parking isn’t very convenient. But you have a Tim Hortons across the street.

Booked for two nights, left after one (and barely could even stay that one night) due to smell, outdated carpets, furniture, furnishings, walls, stains. Took the loss on second night and found another place. Gross!

Went there with no expectations just for a short night on a road trip but it was just terrible especially for the price they charge you for a night. The bathroom was not clean, hair in the bath and towels, a lot of coming and going and noise from neighbouring rooms in the wee hours of the morning, beds not comfortable, and that weird smell. If it wasn't for the price it would have been ok but we could've had better for this price.

Stayed 2 nights. No changing of towels or service. No A/C, .just a big floor fan. It was super hot that week. The place is dated. Older TV, old carpeting. But it is a clean room. Alright for a short stay.

But aside from clean (good) the rooms are very simple, no amenities, no AC, not even a fan (on a hot nigh, not fun). And window on crack open about 25 degrees in front and one in back. Its just a very simple hotel. Would not go there if other choices were available,

Worst motel I ever stayed. Room was dirty, no A/C, window does not cover remains open. Stinky smell in the room. Gave me room in the ground level and window remains open. No facility at all. Price level according to facility is very high. Don't know why Expedia can recommend this one. Don't suggest anyone for this Motel.

The motel beds were comfortable. However, there’s no air conditioning, which was ok because the temperature was low during our stay, and there’s no hair dryer.

La chambre est très vieille et sans air climatisée. La salle de bain est très petite et le rideau de douche ne couvre pas grand chose. Il n'y a aucun accessoire dans la chambre. C'est à dire; pas de frigo, pas de verre ou de truc à café. Les lits sont très dure. Par contre, c'était propre.

They gave our room away to someone else because we came 30 minutes late. We had no where to sleep for the night

When i reached the motel, the receptionist told me that expedia did overbookong and they have ony 1 room for me instead of 2 that i booked. They could have let me know earlier. I received the email on the same day saying if i do ot reach the hotel before 9 pm, they will rent it to someone else. But, they could not send me an email that they have only 1 room available against 2 booked. Where should I go at last minute? The room was ok. The overall condition of the building was not good, not maintained. The motel was pricey for the services they offer. The good thing is the motel is just outside the town, so i could go to town for dinner, breakfast etc. The sink was partially jammed, took long time for water to go. The toilet flush had its own brain, it worked only if you press it certain way. The classic thing is they still have cathod ray televisions in the room.

The place is pretty close to the restaurants so location is great. But the place is dirty. We had to ask for fresh linen because one of the beds had some kind of blood stain and hairs, one of the pillows looked like it had drool or something worst. Being the table and chairs still had garbage from previous clients (price tags, candy wrapping). It's a good thing we brought Lysol wipes to clean a bit before settling in..

Motel qui porte bien son nom. On ne s'attend à rien d'autre qu'une réceptionniste qu'on voudrait comme tante, un vieux tapis humide et une distributrice à condom (vide) dans la chambre.Accueil chaleureuse, amicale et en toute simplicité. Les plantes dans l'entrée sont surperbes en passant. Télévision de l'accueil est digne d'un antiquaire, montrez-la à vos enfants.La chambre était grande, avec deux fenêtres, l'une donnait sur le parking et l'autre sur un cimetière d'arbre, communément appelé "cour à bois". La déco date certainement d'avant la création du motel. La literie, bien que propre, est déficiante. La fermeté du matelas est comparable à un deux par quatre. La salle de bain était propre.Motel bien situé, pas trop loin de La Malbaie (centre-ville) et de la Sepaq. Y a même un Tim Hortons en face pour ne pas trop dépayser le québecois moyen.Bref, une place pour dormir moyennement bien.
