The hotel is in a very good area in Naples. The are many restaurants and lots of shopping near. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, especially Valentina. She was always helpful and recommended a good restaurant (Vincenzo Capuano) to have pizza that was right across the street from a fountain. The room was clean and overlooked a courtyard. I also felt very safe because not just anybody from the street could enter the hotel without being buzzed in or knowing the code to enter from the side entrance. I preferred to use the side entrance to avoid the stairs. When I come back to Naples I will stay here again. The one negative is a taxi cannot drop you off in front of the hotel. Its on a pedestrian only street and you have to walk about half a block or so with your luggage.

very small boutique hotel, excellent location to walk around the room size is big , excellent finishes modern and big bathroom very well finished no services to be expected and no elevator but not an issue since its only one floor and all around it and under it excellent restaurants we highly recommend it

This hotel is in the middle of a Napoli street and not really well marked. We arrived on a Sunday when they do not have a security guard on duty. There is a small banner above the hotel which has a huge door. You must know to buzz in which we did not know. They opened only a small pass through door. The hotel itself was fine but not 4 star and overall an odd experience. The room was nice as well as clean.

Strange property, there was one floor of rooms with a reception desk. There was no one to help me with my 100 pounds of luggage up a huge flight of stairs with no elevator.

Besides the VIP benefits and upgrades we were unaware of to receive during this location, we truly did enjoy our stay. Staff was nice and kind. Room was excellent and clean. Loved it.

The location is absolutely perfect, so that’s really great. The hotel itself is very plasticy - the floors are plastic wood look, the bed is poor, the pillows poor…so it’s a 3 star hotel at best, dressed up to seem 4-5 stars and it’s not,

I loved staying here and i would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay im a central location for naples with lovely hosts and spacious and clean rooms. Each of our rooms had its seprate jaccuzzi to the shower and we didnt even know breakfast was booked for us. The staff was very very lovely. I however found the instructions to finding the property a little difficult but once found it, it was very easy.

Great property, centrally located and extremely clean. Only down side is you have to ball huye luggage from taxi stand, but it’s a short walk. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and room was very spacious with a modern bathroom.

Sandra help us out so much when it came to our initial check in and a few minor issues. She made sure everything was perfect. And Lina/Carmella, was so helpful for breakfast and even memorized our coffee orders. Amazing and helpful staff and would recommend to others for stay

it is a small nice hotel, all rooms are on the same floor. rooms and public areas were so clean.breakfast was convenient.located on the most famous shopping street but, was noisy at night

Uphill and no clear markings of the front door. There is no bell guys to help with luggage. It’s in a very congested area. We woke up to loud noises from trucks loading up. The hotel is on top of other businesses that start early and are VERY loud at 6:00 am. This isn’t a vacation spot if you’re traveling with family. There is shopping all around and vendors selling fake name brand items. Not the relaxing Naples I was looking for.

Make sure you review the parking instructions if you are driving, but once you park, you can walk anywhere from the hotel.

Nice little hotel if you want to be in a good area of Naples. Hard to get to though so be prepared to walk a bit. Confusing entrance so good luck with that.

My friend and I stayed at Caruso place Boutique for a few days, we stayed at this hotel for the first time and we had the best customer service from all the receptionists, the girls were so friendly and made us feel so welcome! Also the lovely receptions guy too, didn’t get names but this is the best customer service we have had in about 10 years. The hotel is also in a very great location, very central, and not far walk from bus stop to airport. Hotel was super clean, they were not doing breakfast buffet because of the corona virus so instead we had free room service breakfast which was so good! If I comeback to Naples will definitely comeback to this hotel again and will highly recommend it to everyone!

We only stayed one night as we had to catch a flight out of Naples early the next morning. The staff was very friendly, helped call a cab for a 4:30am pick up and even packed us each a little bag of breakfast treats to go. The room itself was spacious and clean and the location was great. Its right in the heart of some major plazas and shopping. Would definitely stay here again if in Naples.
