Couldn't fault the hotel, spotless great location 2 minutes from main square with plenty of places to eat and drink. Staff were helpful especially one member of staff ( sorry can't remember her name) would stay here again.

Very friendly staff, a 5 minute flat walk from the square, clean and comfortable room. We ate in the restaurant one evening and although was a little more pricey than on the square, it was well worth the money.

Great location for the bar’s restaurants and public transport to get around it really couldn’t be better One thing…. We booked as we needed a fridge but even though it s fired in the room they DON’T work

I was disappointed that the hairdryer was missing a power cord and, although I was told another one would be provided, that didn’t happen. I wasn’t allowed to buy a cup of coffee without paying for a full breakfast buffet, something I didn’t want. The location was perfect, but ivv be wouldn’t return

Best hotel ever. Superb. Except, if your room is facing the front street side, kind of noisy until 4AM or so. The front desk folks are too nice and way helpful. Breakfast was the best of any hotel ever. Room was exquisite. (Clean and upscale.) Central old town location.

We picked the hotel due to the great location and it did not disappointed us at all. It was super close to the city Center and there are lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs. The staff at the hotel was friendly and the room was spotless.

Location is perfect.. disapointed by the employees at the reception when i arrived and when i left. I did not felt like a customer mainly when the lady asked with « impatience » the payment for breakfast that i never took. She apologized for her mistake after few minutes but the behavior is terrible and seems to be part of the company culture unfortunately…

Lovely hotel in lots of ways, but not if you like actually sleeping. We had a room on the front of the building and the street noise from the bar/clubs around was just unbearable. The noise carried on until gone 4am on a Friday and Saturday and the hotel would not move us to a different room.

Hotel was in great location and was very clean and comfortable just had a couple of small gripes. The room was windowless apart from a skylight, so had no view (and couldn’t look in advance of leaving if raining etc), the other thing was that only provided enough tea/coffee for one cup per day, which felt a bit mean for a 4 star hotel ( and on the final day didn’t leave any so couldn’t have a hot drink before departing to airport)
