Hotel staff were very professional and helpful, and the staff spoke excellent English at the check in desk. The views from our room were awesome, felt like we were in a Blade Runner movie set at night when the rain came and all the giant LED screens lit up. Housekeeping was flawless and the room was very clean. Super nice stay, recommend highly.

I stayed here with my girlfriends on a prior trip and decided to stay here again on this trip with my mom. Conveniently located in Myeongdong near all the tourist attractions with a metro stop right in front of the hotel if you want to leave the area. Got a free upgrade at check in and it was a treat!

Everything met out expectation and beyond. Room was beautiful and comfortable. It is located in a busy touristy area, yet hotel provides a relaxing environment as soon as you walk in. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel and our family found it more comfortable than a car service. Seoul subway system is the best and it is right outside of the hotel, making it so convenient.

Service completely lacking for a 5 star hotel. No one offered to help with our luggage, literally just stared at us as we were struggling with our suitcases. Any staff we talked to were courteous but not friendly or welcoming. Both days we went for breakfast, we were greeted with “we are closing at 10 am”. Comical. Rooms were nice and comfortable but that’s about all that we liked about the hotel.

The location is Really convenient. We took bus 6701 from Inchon airport and got off front of the hotel. The hotel is only 5 mins walk from Meydong’s night market…….

We stayed in the a premiere room in the hotel's executive tower. This was the only hotel we stayed at during our trip where the picture of the room on the website looked exactly like the room. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was very comfortable, clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Luxurious and spacious room, very well lit, comfy beds, Diptyque toiletries. Bus 6701 stops at the hotel and takes you to/from ICN airport. Connected to Lotte Department Store, which has lots of dining options on floors 12, 13, B1. Walking distance to Myeongdong night market. Found my home away from home in Seoul!

Exception service and interactions with all of the staff (check-in, cleaning, gym, etc). Lots of amenities. We traveled with a child and they gave 4 bottles of water a day.

This hotel is amazing in terms of location but seriously lacking in service and standards to guests. Our room when cleaned had a lot of things that made it past the inspector, our air conditioning never worked the whole trip, you had to pay for sauna access, the lounge was very nice but empty (also required payment), not much seating around the hotel areas if waiting for cab or somebody.

The Lotte hotel's location is superb for those exploring the Myeongdong area, but beyond that, it falls short of five-star expectations. Renovations are overdue, as the interior feels outdated and lacks the luxury expected of a top-tier hotel. Additionally, the repetitive breakfast menu over four days and unpleasant restroom odors were disappointing. I'm hesitant to consider this hotel for future stays.

We were treated like royals by the staff throughout our entire stay. So glad we’ve booked the executive tower, it made everything feel more special. Room has beautiful dark wood theme and art carpet plus marble flooring. Retractable curtains, beautiful bathroom. Everything we could have asked for and more.
