Wasn't impressed with anything. Didn't have the "5 star hotel" feeling. Small beach is there and advertised in the pictures but in the evening the water retreats and is just rocks mud and garbage. During the day cannot swim in the sea. Is far from everything and need to drive to any point of interest in Pattaya. Pool is nice only 1.2 m deep but closes at 7 pm which sucks. I want to be able to enjoy an evening swim even more because there's no beach swimming available. No closet in room, just few shelves and a metal bar for hangers, in plane sight..room was clean but detail maintenance is needed as should be in a 5 star hotel.again, not a 5 star hotel feel. After a 5 nights stay and not in the cheapest room, wasn't allowed late check out, not even by an hour as my flight is late in the evening.that was really disappointing

The view over the harbor and... The spectacular breakfasts---freshest fruit juices, mango sticky rice, soups, prawns, varieties of Thai foods---for breakfast... Overall a great time and experience! Staff very friendly and accommodating, always ready to serve the visitor's needs ! Dr Jim Hubert

Staffs were super nice, best breakfast (Thai cuisine, seafood, mango sticky rice), nice pool, really quiet. Beach in the morning with high tide was OK, but in the afternoon low tide was not good which needs improvement

The beach was littered with debris and didn't want to swim. Staff was nice but not as pleasant as other stays in Thailand. When arriving, VIP Gold status was not honoured and was told we could upgrade but we would have to pay. After Expedia got involved, no upgrades were available.

This was a two night stay, a surprise part of a three month stay in Thailand, our room was the super deluxe with sea view, this is a great room with the bed facing the balcony so you can watch the twinkling lights across the sea of the distant shoreline, the balcony itself is amazing relax in the circular bath tub whilst listening to the soothing waves gently lapping on the golden beach below

warm service of all staff. Nice and peaceful asmosphea. modrn and functional architech design and decoration. Exellant breakfast untill 11am so it could be branch . Spa is great with reasonable price if you are hotel's guess. Dinner is choise of guess who want to stay in hotel,test is good and reasonable price.

Not downtown, but 20 min away by tuktuk at 2 USD each. Nice pool, rooms and breakfast. Calmer than downtown locations, recommended.

We had a pool villa for 2 nights. The space was amazing and private. We could have stayed in the room the whole time. The breakfast brunch was the best I’ve had at a hotel. They staff does a wonderful job of maintaining the property and everyone is very kind.

Great resort. Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Only con was that I asked for a bucket of ice and didn't know it costs about 60baht. It's usually free. Overall, great experience.

I didn't ask for extra bed and baby bed .... but 2 of them was in the room ...it took time to remove them and have no apology from the manager , don't have any thing to show that they are guilty ... this seems like what happen every time as it is normal situation .... This is the very first hotel that I have been charged for ICE from room service ... such a TERRIBLE service EVER !! no WIFI in room because they didn't help me to connect even I was asked for .... POOR SERVICE
