Convenient location. Lots of food choice in the area. Near train & bus.

Only stayed one night before flying home, but it was a very nice, comfortable hotel with a great view from the window. Would stay again if in Narita!
1.0
The facility was a terrible condition. We had to switch room because the mattresses were filthy, even we switched a room, it was not any better. We had them re-do the sheets. Bathroom had moldy spots. They do not have shuttle service from and to airport. We found out when we got to the bus stop. Service was okay, I wish we did not stay there if we knew all of that. We will not stay there again.

2.5
Wonderful location right next to the train station several local restaurants including the cage the best karaoke spot in the world if you want to meet pilots with different airlines.
3.0
Hotel oa outdated and they placed me in annex building with steong noise of others guests and a steong mold smell of old carpet, no shuttle bus to airport
1.5
It was hot the room required a fan, the AC could barely keep up…We have been here in the winter and no problems…Very few electric outlets, but overall good value for the price, staff is always accommodating and nice..

I like the location of the hotel. The room size is quite large., I like their customer service. What I didn't like is that their facility is quite dated. I was assigned to their annex building which requires you to go up to "5th flloor" by elevator and then walk 2 mins inside the building to connect to the annex building. For me it is fine since I only have a small luggage. The room was clean but had water drainage smell may be because it is an old facility. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budget hotel near the Narita station and should ask for rooms in the main building if you have lots of luggage and/or has wheelchair accessibility issue.

The hotel is at a very convenient location, just 3 mins walking from train station. And you can find a lot of food around the hotel even until 2am.
It is just a striaght road to the temple and the tranditional business area, good for the traveller as well.
The room is not cool enough at first, but it gets cold at night.
And if you use the bathing tub, the water may come back to the toilet floor if too much water.

I felt staff didn’t have energy and too quiet but rooms were very clean, there were a lot of places to eat (Izakaya area tho) and good access to the transportation. I was satisfied.

The hotel is severely outdated. I booked a nonsmoking room which smelled like smoke from the moment I checked in until the following morning. It also smelled like mold in the hallways. I asked the staff at the reception desk if I can switch rooms but I was told there was not another room like mine available.
The only good thing about this hotel is the convenience. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance. There is also public transportation within walking distance (i.e. train station and bus stops).
5.0
Great location close to the train station and a number of food options. Opposite the hotel there is a convenience store which is very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself has plenty of amenities including restaurants, ice machine, parking, bar and washing machine / dryer.

Basic Japanese style hotel , located incredibly close to the Kansei train line ( although ignore google’s walking directions! Exit at the west entrance and you’re right there! ) great location to walk to many food options - lovely walking to the shrine. Perfect if you need an overnight after landing at Narita.

Great location! Great staff. Very friendly. Speaks English. They even give you PJs and slippers in your room. Lots of great amenities.

Good if you are ok with a long train ride to Tokyo

Although I booked a no smoking room, the room smelled like someone smoked in it. Bathroom also had musky odor.

Though facilities are old they are functional and doesnt bother me much for the price i paid. Near to kesi Narita station with eateries around. Staff tried hard to please despite facilities are old but for the price paid for a night it gives good value

The property location is ideal. The Hotel is in need of renovation.
3.0
Room was dirty, lots of hair in the shower, old dirty dried out rag left by cleaning staff on the room desk. Only good thing was location next to train station to get to Narita airport.
2.0
The staff was great. the hallway on the 8th floor smelled like someone thru up.
Some areas need to be refreshed with new carpet and paint.
2.0
The overall status of the hotel is way worse than pictures lead you to believe, the hotel is in serious need of maintenance / remodeling, staff was nice enough and the room was sort of clean, you can tell staff do the best they can with what they’re given.
2.0
My room was located in the annex which was quite a walk and it seemed like there were many rooms available that were closer. But I could live with that. What I couldn’t deal with was the fact that we got a non-smoking room and yet the room had a really strong smoke smell which seemed to be coming from the ventilation. Room was very dated, especially the bathroom. Wasn’t a very comfortable stay unfortunately. The breakfast buffet was ok though, although even that was below average compared to other properties in the area.
2.5
Hotel price is very reasonable comparing to location which is very good location and convenient. Hotel staff are very helpful and nice. Room is big and comfortable. Close to jr and keisei station also bus station. Strongly recommend to stay
